Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) resulting from drug-drug interactions are a major healthcare concern. While Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) effectively model these interactions, their one-dimensional processing limits complex feature extraction. This research introduces a novel extension by integrating a two-dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN2D) to enhance ADR prediction. By converting drug interaction data into 2D matrices, CNN2D captures intricate spatial relationships, complementing the GNN's graph-based insights. This hybrid model achieves a superior prediction accuracy of 99.87%, significantly outperforming traditional methods like KNN and Decision Trees. The extension showcases the power of deep learning in advancing drug safety evaluation.

Objective: The present research work deals with the development and evaluation of herbal anti-acne gel containing the fruit extract of Cinnamomum tamala & Curcuma longa. Conclusion: The idea that natural medicines are safer and have fewer side effects than synthetic ones makes them more acceptable. The demand for herbal formulations is rising on the global market. Establishing the herbal anti-acne gel with C. tamala & C. longa extract is a trending approach. However further in vivo studies are highly recommended to prove the efficacy of our developed anti-acne formulation.

The Iso-Flow valve delivers improved sealing performance, extended service life, and greater reliability. The Iso-Flow valve is for vessel isolation service in high-pressure pneumatic conveying of dry ash and other abrasive materials. The Ash Handling dense phase system designed to convey large quantities of material, up to 200 TPH, over distances of 1,600m (5,200ft). The automated control system maintains constant conveying air mass flow in the pipeline at low velocities, which helps prevent plugging while minimizing abrasion, maintenance, and power consumption. With hundreds of installations globally, our Iso-Flow technology is a proven solution for continuously conveying ash from pulverized-coal boilers, and oil-fired boilers. The upgraded design improvements made to the Iso-Flow valve significantly reduce valve maintenance resulting in increased system reliability, even in the most demanding and severe-duty applications

Study design: A two arm randomized controlled trial (RCT) which is a clinical study design that compares the effects of one treatment (or intervention) to another treatment, often a control group or standard of care, by randomly assigning participants to either group. It includes an experimental group & a control group. Experimental Group: Who receive Homoeopathic Medicine- Calcarea carbonica in Chronic constipation. Control Group: The control group helps establish a baseline for comparison. It receives a standard treatment (allopathic mode of treatment). In this study we are comparing the effects of Standard treatment or Allopathic medications in cases of Chronic Constipation with an Experimental group which is receiving Homoeopathic medicine- Calcarea carbonica in cases of Chronic Constipation. Here, we have used the Constipation Scoring System (CSS) Scale for determining the severity of our cases. We took 30 cases of chronic constipation in children, which were divided into two groups: 15 for homoeopathic treatment and 15 for allopathic treatment. Result: We took 30 cases of chronic constipation in children, which were divided into two groups: 15 for homoeopathic treatment and 15 for allopathic treatment. In most of the cases, constipation was associated with passing stool only twice a week, along with straining to pass stool. Other symptoms found were abdominal pain, bloating, diminished appetite, fissures, hemorrhoids, and acne or pimples on the face. After the entire observation period, the outcome for the homeopathic treatment was 80%, i.e., 13 out of 15 patients were cured. The outcome for the allopathic treatment was 70%, i.e., 12 out of 15 patients were recovered. Conclusion: Cases in which homeopathic medicine is prescribed, the results are quick and faster in relief of complaints.

Group decision-making, whether in academic institutions, organizations, or social settings, often results in lengthy discussions and disagreements, making it difficult to reach a consensus. Traditional methods lack a structured polling system, leading to inefficiencies and participant frustration. This paper introduces VVE (Virtual Voting Environment), a digital polling platform designed to streamline decision-making through a transparent, organized, and conflict-free process. Unlike conventional debate- driven approaches, VVE allows users to cast votes on various topics, such as electing student representatives, choosing organizational leaders, planning events, or even deciding on movies and trips. The system ensures fairness and security by implementing authentication protocols, reliable vote tallying, and real-time result processing, preventing any manipulation. This paper provides a detailed overview of VVE's architecture, key features, and security measures. Experimental results demonstrate that VVE is an efficient, scalable, and innovative solution for structured decision-making across various scenarios.

Cyberbullying has become a growing concern with the rise of social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc, where individuals can face harassment, threats, and abusive language. Early detection of such behavior is crucial to ensure safe and healthy online environments. This study focuses on the development of a cyberbullying detection system using Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The proposed model processes user-generated content from social media platforms, extracting linguistic features such as sentiment, profanity, and semantic context. Preprocessing steps include text normalization, tokenization, and stop-word removal. Various supervised ML algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest, and deep learning models like LSTM are trained on annotated datasets containing labeled examples of bullying and non-bullying content. Performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score are used to evaluate the models. The results demonstrate that combining NLP with ML can effectively identify cyberbullying, enabling timely intervention and contributing to safer digital spaces.
