Despite ongoing reforms, many schools in the Philippine basic education system continue to struggle with delivering consistent and high-quality services due to gaps in leadership effectiveness and teacher empowerment. This study investigates the mediating role of empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and service quality among school principals. Using a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational design with path analysis, data were collected from 160 public elementary school teachers in Alabel, Sarangani Province. Results revealed that transformational leadership, empowerment, and service quality were all perceived at high to very high levels. Strong and significant correlations were observed among the variables, with empowerment shown to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on service quality partially. These findings are anchored in Conger and Kanungo's Psychological Empowerment Theory, which explains how leaders can foster meaningful work engagement by enhancing employees' intrinsic motivation. The study highlights the need for leadership development programs that integrate empowerment strategies to strengthen institutional service delivery, supporting the realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 4 and 16 by promoting inclusive, quality education and effective school governance.

The incorporation of Industry 4.0 technologies has largely helped foster the creation of data-driven culture toward performance excellence within organizations. Due to the fast-growing volume of data being generated through digital mediums-- like mobile phones, social media, and wearable technology--efficient management, analysis, and conversion of data into meaningful information is vital. Big Data Analytics (BDA) is central to system revolution as it increases the quality of decision- making, strategic forecasting, and organizational performance overall. The contribution of BDA to the betterment of decision-making quality, operational productiveness, and achieving competitive edge is a focus of system. The system identifies the need for the integration of digital transformation and data science in the organizational processes for the optimal exploitation of BDA potential. Despite various uses of BDA in various industries, there is still a research gap regarding its combined effect on forecasting, decision-making, and firm performance. Plugging system gap, the research develops a conceptual research model based on the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capability View (DCV) that is validated using the PLS-SEM approach with 366 Indian firm data.

Abstract-Creating an efficient and error-free timetable is a critical yet challenging task for educational institutions, often requiring significant manual effort and prone to scheduling conflicts. This paper presents an automated timetable scheduler designed to streamline the scheduling process in colleges. The system generates timetables automatically by taking subjects, faculty names, and specific constraints as input. The primary objective is to reduce the time and effort required for timetable generation while ensuring conflict-free scheduling that adheres to predefined constraints, such as faculty availability and subject requirements. The proposed system employs constraint satisfaction algorithms and a rule-based approach to generate optimized timetables. The methodology integrates a user-friendly interface for data input and employs back-end algorithms to allocate slots efficiently. Key findings demonstrate that the system can produce accurate and scalable timetables within minutes, significantly reducing manual workload. The system also includes features for administrators to manage events and reschedule lectures when necessary. This solution holds the potential to enhance college administration by automating a traditionally time-intensive process, ensuring accuracy, and allowing flexibility for future enhancements, such as multi-campus scheduling or integration with attendance tracking systems.

Sleep disturbances are prevalent in stress-related disorders, significantly affecting physical and psychological health. Craniosacral therapy (CST), a gentle, non-invasive manual therapy, has shown promise in modulating the autonomic nervous system and promoting relaxation. Although direct evidence linking CST and improved sleep is limited, this review explores the plausible neurophysiological mechanisms through which CST may enhance sleep quality, particularly in individuals with chronic stress, anxiety, and associated conditions. By synthesizing findings from manual therapy, neuroscience, and integrative health literature, this narrative review highlights the therapeutic potential of CST in addressing sleep dysregulation and proposes directions for future clinical research.

Job satisfaction is one of the most crucial determinants of employee motivation, productivity, and organisational success. This theoretical paper aims to explore the key organisational factors that significantly influence job satisfaction among employees working in the State Bank of India (SBI), Patna. Drawing insights from existing literature, the study highlights the role of factors such as work environment, leadership style, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal systems, interpersonal relations, training and development, and organisational culture. Special emphasis is given to public sector banking dynamics in the Indian context, where job security and organisational policies play a unique role in shaping employee perceptions. The paper critically analyses various established theories of motivation and satisfaction, including Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and Equity Theory, to examine how these frameworks align with the experiences of SBI employees. Furthermore, it discusses the interrelationship between employee satisfaction and organisational outcomes like employee retention, service delivery, and institutional reputation. While this paper is theoretical in nature, it also lays the groundwork for empirical investigations by identifying measurable dimensions of job satisfaction specific to the public banking sector. The findings of this review suggest that improving internal organisational practices can lead to enhanced employee satisfaction and overall efficiency in service delivery. The study concludes with implications for human resource managers and policy makers in SBI and similar public sector organisations, with suggestions for fostering a more satisfying and productive work environment.

Motion sign based language becomes important roles for mute community for data transmission. Mute people facing very difficult situation to convey information to normal people. We find the solution for dumb community to make their communication simple and smart using micro processor. We proposed a latest sign language system for dumb people; it helps in emergency situation to convey their required information to normal people easily. This proposed system converts their sign signal to voice. In this proposed method we implemented using Raspberry Pi microprocessor to fast conversion of data. In this technique two major roles that sign based data conversion and voice generation system using micro processor. For the implementation of this enhanced sign conversion system we used open cv camera as sign conversion and RPI module for processing and 3.5mm Audio jack for voice enable. This proposed system will be useful to all mute community, physically unable persons as well as older people to share their information in any situation.

Peas (Pisum sativum L.) are a nutrient-dense legume crop that is an excellent source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and bioactive compounds necessary for the human body. This review provides an extensive summary of the chemical ingredients and health benefits of peas and their products, focusing on their potential as a sustainable and healthy food. We converse about the nutritional profile of peas, together with their protein quality, glycemic index, and content of essential minerals and vitamins. The review also inspects the biological activities of pea-derived bioactive compounds, such as flavonoids and polyphenolics, and their potential health care benefits, including regulation of metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease prevention, and antioxidant effects. Additionally, we study the processing and food application of peas and their components, along with hot air frying technology as a healthier substitute for deep-frying. This review aims to stimulate further research into the expansion of pea-based products and their ability to promote sustainable and healthy eating habits.
