ABSTRACT It has been observed that human capital is an important factor behind economic growth, especially corresponding to the developed countries or, of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries over the past five decades. The theoretical models differ however regarding the extent of impact of human capital upon the economic growth. According to the Solow-Cass-Koopmans type of models, increase in human capital has only transitory effect upon economic growth in the sense that it only affects the level of steady state output with a growth effect only during the transition towards the new steady state growth path. However, according to the Lucas type AK models, human capital has permanent effect on economic growth in the sense that it affects both the level and the growth rate of the steady state growth path. Here, we are going to test the empirical validity of the Augmented Solow Model vis--vis Uzawa-Lucas Model in terms of the speed of convergence firstly for the Developed OECD Countries to find out whether the impact of human capital on growth is transitory or permanent. Next, we are also going to enquire about the alteration in results, if any, when both India and China are included in the OECD Country Group. Here we are using the Dynamic Fixed Effects (DFE) Approach of Panel Data and using the GMM estimators for this purpose.

Communication skills is one of the central elements for university students. Through their years in the university, students would have been exposed to position, in and out side, where they have to utilize their communication skills. Communication skills were including oral, written and social behaviour also. The corporate world always experts the well skilled candidate who satisfies their needs. Students should have the aim to expand all the talent and skills which required in world to make them successful. Indian Former Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru once said that," The destiny of a nation is shaped in classrooms."

Domestic violence at home is an overall issue coming to across national cutoff points similarly as budgetary, social, racial and class separations. This issue isn't simply commonly dissipated geologically, yet its rate is moreover expansive, making it a customary and recognized lead. Forceful conduct at home is wide spread, significantly instilled and impactsly influences women's prosperity and success. Its continued with nearness is morally flawed. Its cost to individuals, to prosperity systems and to society is tremendous. The inspiration driving the present assessment is to report the regularity of various kinds of damaging conduct at home against women, to separate the data on injurious conduct at home against women in India and some fascinating measures. The organization of injurious conduct at home fundamentally requires united effort of law execution, social government help and restorative administrations organizations. Disregarding the way that tries have been made at this moment, went to cases address basically a look at something bigger, as a lot of the cases are not point by point on account of social loads from family members or social disgrace of analysis. Real change in these cases must be accomplished by changing the mentality of society through guidance and better law essential.

Excess amount of substance will disturb the balance of nature. Although traces of some heavy metals such as Copper and Cobalt are supposed to play some essential role in nutrition. However excessive amount can induce toxic effect. Several heavy metal ions are known to exert their toxic effect particularly on the rapidly growing tissue such as the gastro-intestinal mucosa. Bone marrow and some highly specialised cells such as neurons and renal tubular cells. Adsorption has been proved to be an excellent method to treat industrial waste water. Significant advantages like the low-cost availability. Techtona-grandis tree bark substrate was found to have good sorption capacity for the Cr(VI). Studies indicate that sorption of Cr(VI) increases with the increase in pH value and contact time are found to be maximum. The effect of metal ion concentration shows that Techtona grandis tree bark substrate can remove Cr(VI) from aqueous solution as the concentration of light metal increases as the adsorption decreases.

Grouting have been used effectively in many application of ground improvement to increase the bearing capacity and reduces the settlement, particularly in strengthening the foundation. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of using cement grout to improve the bearing capacity and settlement reduction on soft clay. For this purpose, the grouting is conducted by varying water cement ratio and pressure .The index and engineering properties of both untreated and treated soil is studied. Laboratory load test is carried out on model footing of dimension 7.5cm x 7.5 cm x 1.0 cm resting on soft clay before and after the grouting process. The load versus settlement behavior of both cases was compared and the results obtained from the load-settlement analysis indicate that maximum load bearing capacity of footing on cement grouted clay increased to about 6.5 times and the settlement of footing reduced to 2.7 times when compared to that of untreated soft clay.

The question of the representation of the victor and the vanquished has tantalized all stake-holders spatio-temporally. While the victors have had their absolute truths, the vanquished, in their undergrounds, have sustained a voice of themselves and complained of a dissociation of that absolute from their collective memory. History and literature, two major aspects of narrative, have been the loci of this debate and there have been persevering interrogations about the status of and space in recits. The paper attempts an analysis of these narrative spaces and the need to resynchronize them in order to offer genuine space to the tribal reality. In addition, the paper strives to foreground the kind of spatial distribution that is imminent for a just and civilized social order and the progenitors of the same.

The earlier work on the snails and cercariae of this region was carried out by Karykarte and Yadav( 1974 to 1979 under PL-480 Project on Control of Molluscan Agents of Helminth Parasites of Agricultural and Veterinary Importance (Project No. A 7-ADP-39). The account of their finding was published in the year 1981. They examined 8 species of snails viz , Viviparous bengalensis, Melanoids tuberculatus, Melanus scabra, Lymnea acumulata , Lymnea luteola, Lymnea auricularia, Indoplanorbis exustus, Anisus (Gyrulus) convexiusculus. Out of these 8 species, they reported cercarial infection in 6 species of snails and 2 species, M. scabra and V. bengalensis were free from larval infection. Their work included description of 11 species of fresh water cercariae belonging to Monostome, Amphistome and Distome groups. The work on larval trematodes was further continued in this region in the Trematology Laboratory. Present paper deals with two species of freshwater cercariae which belong to Furcocerus cercariae of Baiswan Group. Out of these two species, one is reported from the host Lymnea acuminata and the other is from Lymnea Luteola. The collection were carried out at Gangapur project ( Water reservoir ) Godavari river, Dharha river, Waldevi river, Girnare, ponds and ditches around Godavari river.
