The Glorification of the Bodhisattva Avalokite?vara in K?ra??yavy?ha MITHUN HOWLADAR Ph. D Scholar, Department of Sanskrit, Sidho - Kanho -Birsha University, Purulia, West Bengal, Email : mithunhowladar1988@gmail.com, M - 7501386746 Corresponding Author : DR SUDIP CHAKRAVORTTI, Assistant Professor, Department of Sanskrit, Sidho - Kanho -Birsha University, Purulia, West Bengal Abstract ?rya K?ra??yavy?ha means detail description of the making of a basket. Its Tibetan significance is very clear by rendering Za ma tog bkod pa. The text was translated into Tibetan by the 8th century A.D. when the eminent Lo cha ba, Tibetan translator Ye shes sde rendered it into Tibetan. Prior to that the book was translated into Chinese in different names since 3rd century A.D. to the 4th century A.D. The K?ra??ay?ha S?tra is a very important Mah?y?na Vaypullya S?tra out of nine. K?ra??yavy?ha S?tra, belongs to the Vy?ha categories of Buddhist Mah?y?na S?tras. The text is one of the most important Vy?ha-s?tra from the climax of the large text of the Avata??ataka S?tras. By the 3rd century B.C. Mah?y?na S?tras, developed in different dimension. The Avalokite?vara - gu?a - k?ra??avy?ha - s?tra or known briefly as the k?ra??avy?ha - s?tra is devoted to the glorification of Avalokite?vara in its entirety. The s?tra reports that Avalokite?vara is also said to have create the world , and all the Hindu gods with it. He places the Hindu gods in their places ; they rule by his permission. One of the most important Bodhisatta in Mah?y?na is Avalokite?vara . He is regarded among Mah?y?nists as 'the Bodhisattva of great compassion ' who always available to succor and help out all suffering sentient beings . More importantly , not only Mah?y?nists worship this important Bodhisattva, even non - Mah?y?nists and non - Buddhists also widely respect him. The objective of this research is to see how the glorification of Avalokite?vara is explained in the K?ra??avy?ha S?tra.

The construction of building with floating column may be difficult in seismic zones but it may not be impossible, it is the need or demand to comprehend the earthquake impact forces that grows at various levels of floors which is then carried down along the height of the building by the smallest path. During earthquake or seismic forces the entire conduct of the building depends analytically on the size of building, its shape and its geometry along with the earthquake forces that are initiated from the ground storey that may lead to parking failure and tends to cause heavy damage. Where as in this project totally 4 models have been analyzed for the seismic zone 4 and zone 5 respectively as per IS 1893:2002 by using ETABS v9.5.0. version by equivalent static method, 2models are analyzed without floating column with respect to zone 4 and zone 5. Whereas other 6 models are analyzed with floating columns at different levels of buildings with respect to zone 4 and zone 5. The outcome results are differentiated concerning with roof displacement, storey-drift, base.shear, storey forces and time.period as per the zones contrast is made and graphs are planned

The classical economic order quantity (EOQ) model is a cost-minimization inventory model with a constant demand rate. It is the most successful model of all inventory theories because it is simple to understand and easy to apply. However, the demand rate remains stable only in the maturity stage of a product life cycle. Therefore, using the EOQ formulation in stages other than the maturity stage will cause varying magnitudes of error. In the growth stage of a product life cycle, the demand rate can be well approximated by a linear form. This paper deals with an optimal inventory replenishment policy for a non-deteriorating items and shortages. Two models are developed (i) inventory model for non-deteriorating items, (ii) inventory model with shortages. A mathematical model is developed for each model and the optimal production lot size which minimizes the total cost is derived. The validation of result in this model was coded in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

The National Stock Exchange is widest and fully automatic trading system in India. Analysis and prediction of stock market time series data have involved considerable interest from the researchers over the last decade. Time Series Model is an essential tool for a data prediction in future demands. ARIMA Model is a forecasting model in time sequence records. In this paper, Bank sectors of Nifty50 daily closing stock market prices were computed and predicted of stock market fluctuations using Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) approach. From the study, it can be observed that the Private Bank sector of Mean Absolute Percentage Error is (0.603) tiny for other bank sectors. Hence, the Private Bank sector would be a minimum risk of investors for forthcoming trading days.

The concept of Employee Satisfaction has been developed in many ways by many different researchers and practitioners. The Data is collected from 19 Arts & Science Colleges in Tirunelveli District. This study presents an analysis of various categories of factors affecting Employee Satisfaction among Private Arts' and College Lecturers in Tirunelveli District. Employee Satisfaction is developed with dependence on Employee Involvement, Work Place Conflict, Working Condition and Employee Retention. The Recursive SEM is used to test the hypothesis and solve the model using ADF Estimators .The Recursive CFA model is fitted. The SEM model is fitted. The fitted model is Recursive SEM Model. In the research work, the relationship between Work Place Conflict andEmployee Satisfaction did not have the significant result and can't be supported.

Many software reliability growth models have been proposed for measuring the growth of reliability of the software. This paperdescribes Logistic GrowthModel (LGM)to study software reliability.Software Reliability Growth Model (SRGM) is a mathematical model of how the reliability of the software improves as faults are detected and repaired. The performance of SRGM is judged by its ability to fit the software failure data. The model which is used for the analysisLogistic Software Reliability Growth Model. An approach is used to estimate the model parameters by Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and least square Estimation (LSE). To assess the performance of the considered SRGM, It’s carried out the parameter estimation on the real software failure data sets.

In this paper, I derived shape functions for 12-noded cubicserendipity family element by using natural Co-ordinate system and also I verified two verification conditions for shape functions. First verification condition is sum of all the shape functions is equal to one and second verification condition is each shape function has a value of one at its own node and zero at the other nodes. For computational purpose I used Mathematica9 Software [2].
