The construction industry is facing problem of price fluctuation in all of its inputs. This major problem is spread all over the country and Nepalese contractors are critically affected. The general objective of the research is to investigate the effect of price fluctuation for improving the financial capacity of Nepalese contractors to enhance the performance of the industry. Questionnaire, scheduled and case studies ware used to assess the contractor’s perspective. The research result shows that the problem of price fluctuation occurs in an unpredictable manner. At least 27 % price was escalated of the construction inputs. Contractors lose their at least 52 % of the expected profit. Few contractors are planned to address for the future price escalated situation and remaining others are not concerned about the future situation. Price adjustment clause is not favorable for the contractors. The price fluctuation system that is in place is limited to few construction inputs. Moreover, contractors get compensation only for portion of the price increase of inputs. Project delay was found to be one of the major effects of price increase and delay caused by the contractors is also affecting them by making them vulnerable to effects of price increase.

Personal mobility means freedom for the physically challenged. One of the best inventions in the medical field that helped both elderly and handicapped is the mobility wheel chair. The fact that they are no longer depending on some one else to perform daily duties is big step forward Wheel chairs are designed based on the usage i.e either indoor or out door. They make use of conventional energy for recharging. The cost of the vehicle may not be affordable for common man. In this work an attempt is made to fabricate a solar powered wheel chair at an optimal cost which can be utilized in both indoor and outdoor environments. This vehicle will incorporate dual-braking i.e., in hand and legs respectively. Since this is a low-speed vehicle, a single disc rotor brake will be employed mounted with dual callipers one for leg and hand. The disc will be mounted on the rear axle arresting the rear wheels whenever braked. The brakes are designed for speeds far from the operating range making them extremely safe even in adverse conditions. The proposed components in this project are solar panel rechargeable battery ,motor and wheel chair.

The exchange of information and communication over internet is no more a dream in the current century. It has even evolved to the level of a distinct genre in the field of communication as computer mediated communication (CMC). But off late, the usage of memes to criticise or convey or implant an opinion about anything at random in simple, yet in a catchy enclosure had been captivating the netizens. In fact, statistics reveal that Memes are popular in online than the Jesus Christ (Geslani, 2016). Though it has gained popularity, Memes relatively being a new element in the Indian concept, there are no definite reasons stating its popularity. However, in order to reach the millennials in India, memes can be used to a great extent. Government is no exception from this league; hence memes can be fashioned to carry the message to the target public in a way the government wanted it to be. Although, memes can be administered by the government as stated above, the status and nature of the existing ones should be considered in the first place. Thus this paper attempts to analyse the tamil memes in Facebook (FB) on GST policy. The findings and suggestions were drawn based on the analysis and observation.

Augmented reality is gaining more popularity and have been considered as a vital technology. A combination of AR and VR is known as Mixed Reality (MR).This concept is more complicated than augmented reality and virtual reality since it integrates the several types of technologies which includes advanced optics, sensors, and computing power. This allows users to visualize the real world and virtual world at same time, a high range of communication between users and computational device to manipulation of the surrounding information. We studied the technologies collaborated into a single device, which will allow user the capability to arrange augmented concepts in real time space which gives the best creating scenario of overlying virtual images.

Rogan art is a rare craft that is not well known even in India. Because of its rare qualities, its practiced by only one family in India and they reside in Nirona village in Gujarat. Most of the other artisans have lost their art as it was not passed on during partition or lost from generation to generation. Rogan art is currently the bread earner for a family of Khatris. In Gujarat, Nirona, Khavada and Chaubari were the hubs of Rogan art and bustling with its practitioners till a few years ago but not anymore. The rich tradition of Rogan painting began some centuries ago among the Khatris, a Muslim community who trace their origin to Sindh. The other Khatri craftsmen gave up their ancestral craft after it stopped yielding.

Panchayati Raj Institutions – the grass-roots units of self-government – have been proclaimed as the vehicles of socio-economic transformation in rural India. Effective and meaningful functioning of these bodies would depend on active involvement, contribution and participation of its citizens both male and female. Gandhiji’s dream of every village being a republic and Panchayats having powers has been translated into reality with the introduction of the three-tier Panchayati Raj system to enlist people’s participation in rural reconstruction. Balwant Rai Mehta committee in 1957 was set up to examine self - governing institutions at village level. In 1958, Panchayati Raj was suggested in the Committee’s report. With the ratification of the Constitution (73 rd Amendment) Act 1992 and the Constitution (74 th Amendment) Act 1992, local self government both rural and urban have been given constitutional identification in our country and it is the third layer of government, the first two being the Central and the State government. April 24, 1993 is a landmark day in the history of Panchayati Raj in India as on this day the Constitution (73 rd Amendment) Act, 1992 came into force to provide constitutional status to the Panchayati Raj institutions.

Descriptive research design was adopted and stratified random sampling was chosen for study. A total sample of 180 students participated in this study were obtained from 10 higher secondary schools at Bareilly district. The data were collected though self constructed Academic Stress Scale. Data were analyzed with the help of t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The study revealed that there exists high significant difference between the academic stress of male and female participants of higher secondary school students, but no significant difference was found among academic stress of arts, science and commerce stream students. It was also found that there was no significant difference between academic stress of government aided & self finance school students and rural & urban area school students.
