Abstract Agha Shahid Ali is one of those poets who transcends set categories and norms finding unique self-expression in his poetry and his life. This transcending of boundaries has been an intimate part of his biography and he has shifted constantly in geographical, temporal, and linguistic spaces with a yearning for peace and belonging. This not only imparts him an inimitable position among contemporary poets but also offers to him a very novel perspective towards generally the world and specifically the Indian subcontinent. The normative of poetics and theoretical frameworks are unable to contain and define his poetic oeuvre which is made of extremely personal anecdotes and an unsurpassable empathy for human suffering. The paper tries to explore his complex construction as a poet by mainly analyzing his biography written by Manan Kapoor. The book is called A Map of Longings: The Life and Works of Agha Shahid Ali. It was published in 2021 by Penguin Random House and is hailed as the first definitive biography of Agha Shahid Ali.

In this modern society, systems are complex enough and are designed to be operative for a specified period. This specified period is called the mission time. Our aim is to get improvement in this mission time. Availability analysis of each unit of equipment under given operating conditions is helpful to design the units for a minimum failure and to develop a plan in advance for scheduled maintenance or preventive maintenance. the authors have considered in this paper, a multi - component redundant complex system for evaluation of various reliability parameters. Supplementary variable technique and Laplace transform have used to formulate and solve the mathematical model. Laplace transform of various state probabilities, reliability, availability and M.T.T.F. of the system have obtained. Some particular cases and steady-state behaviour of the system are also given at the end. A numerical example with graphical illustration has also been mentioned in last to highlight the important results. We may utilize this general approach to the similar systems used in any industry or elsewhere.

With its highly efficient treatments like Yoga, Mud therapy, Ahara Chikitsa, and other therapies, Ayurveda stands out as a very effective alternative medical system. Another exceptional and active Ayurvedic therapy that has great value for both daily living and spiritual practise as well as health and disease is the science of Marma. Literally, the word "Marma" refers to delicate body portions or regions. It is a precise art to touch someone precisely in the appropriate place at just the right time in order to bring about healing and perfect results for a variety of ailments that are impeding a person's ability to live a healthy life. Pressing Marma points releases energy blockages, eliminates excess Ama, promotes easy energy flow, nourishes the tissues, and secretes endorphins and cortisol-like hormones, which in turn trigger a calm shut-off response and enhance blood circulation. All these activities lead to improved performance in that specific area.

Driver fatigue is a significant cause of road accidents and fatalities, leading to ongoing research into methods of detecting and indicating drowsiness in drivers. Traditional approaches have included vehicle-based, behavioural-based, and physiological-based methods. However, some of these methods can be intrusive or distracting for the driver, while others require expensive sensors and complex data handling. To address these challenges, we have developed a low-cost, real-time system for actively monitoring driver drowsiness with a high degree of accuracy. Our system utilizes a webcam to record video and employs image processing techniques to detect the driver's face in each frame. Facial landmarks are identified and used to compute eye aspect ratio, mouth opening ratio, and nose length ratio. Based on these ratios and developed adaptive thresholding methods, our system can detect drowsiness in real-time. In addition, we have implemented machine learning algorithms offline to enhance the system's accuracy. Our Support Vector Machine-based classification achieved a sensitivity of 95.58% and specificity of 100%.

Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is an inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop primarily within the kidneys, causing the kidneys to enlarge and lose function over time. A gene mutation, or defect, causes PKD. Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) and autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (ARPKD) is cilia-related disorders and the two main forms of monogenic cystic kidney diseases. Clusters of fluid-filled sacs called cysts develop in the kidneys and interfere with their ability to filter waste products from the blood. The growth of cysts causes the kidneys to become enlarged and can lead to kidney failure. PKD is caused as the result of primary cilium formation. PKD is usually diagnosed by ultrasound of the kidneys, CT scans, and MRI tests. Tolvaptan is a medication that treats ADPKD in adults. The sclerosing agents are used to shrink kidney cysts. Dialysis and kidney transplantation are the other two treatment options for PKD.

Vranasopha is Raktapradoshaja vyadhi characterized by spreading, nodular, equal or unequal elevation, seated in Twacha or Mamsa Dhatu with vitiated Doshas present in one part of body 1 which resembles to features of Cellulitis in modern science. Cellulitis is spreading type of inflammation of subcutaneous tissue generally associated with bacterial infection. Characteristic features of inflammation i.e., Pain, Redness, Tenderness, Swelling are landmarks of Cellulitis2. Varnasopha is also premonitory Avastha of Vrana (wound) and if left untreated leads to formation of Vrana. Achaarya Sushruta has given prime importance to the concept of Vrana and for its management in effective way he has mentioned Shasti Upakarma. From Apatarpana (fasting) to Virechana for management of Vranasopha and remaining for Vrana. Among them one important parasurgical procedure is Rakta mokshana (bloodletting) and of them one is Jalaukavacharana (Leech therapy), which is most effective therapy because for its medicinal values. Jalaukavacharana is gentle method for removal of blood vitiated by Pitta dosha. Jalauka is known as "Hirudo Medicinalis". A case of 80 years/male patient came to OPD with complaints of Vedana (pain), Pada Sopha (swelling on left leg) Kandu (itching) at left foot region since 15 days and was diagnosed as Vrana Shopha and treatment planned was Pada Avagaha and Jaloukavacharana with Samana Aushadhis which showed marked improvement in treating the disease.
