Plants have always been a basis for the normal medicine systems and that they have provided continuous remedies to the mankind for thousands of years. Therapeutic application of plants having anti-tumor, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, anti-malarial activities. Knowledge of the plants for the preparation of different drugs has been of great significance. Plants are considered as a rich source of wide variety of ingredients which can be used for the event of drug. Alkaloids are the important secondary metabolites that are contain therapeutic properties. On the aim of their biosynthetic precursor and heterocycle system, the compounds areclassified into different categories which include indole, piperidine, tropane, purine, pyrrolizidine, imidazole, quinolozidine, isoquinoline and pyrrolidine alkaloids. Alkaloids are able to prohibit the onset of various degenerative diseases by radical scavenging or binding with the oxidative reaction catalyst. Several studies are wiped out evaluation of alkaloids from various plants for its wide selection of pharmaceutical activities. This review provides an summary of alkaloid drugs that are derived from the numerous plants and potential against various diseases.

Agriculture is done in every country for ages. Agriculture is the science as well as the art of cultivating plants. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of idle human civilization. Agriculture is done manually for ages. As the world is trending into new technologies and implementations it is necessary to upgrade with agriculture also. IoT plays a very necessary role in smart agriculture. IoT sensors can provide all information about agriculture fields. We have proposed an IOT based and smart agriculture system using automation. This IoT-based Smart Agriculture system makes use of wireless sensor networks that collects data from various sensors deployed at various nodes and sends it through the wireless protocol. This smart agriculture using IoT system is powered by Arduino; it consists of a Temperature sensor, Moisture sensor. When the IoT-based agriculture monitoring system starts it checks the water level as well as humidity and moisture level of soil too. Send data to a server and we can see this data on the android application then, water provide by the robot which has a water tank and water motor. We can operate this with an android application. This smart irrigation robot is used in farms as well as in gardens too. It helps to prevent sewer water.

Hyperleukocytosis is defined as peripheral blood leukocyte count exceeding 100000/mm3. Acute leukemia is the most common etiology in pediatric practice. Hyperleukocytosis is a medical emergency. The increased blood viscosity, secondary to high white cell count and leukocyte aggregates, results in stasis in the smaller blood vessels. This predisposes to neurological, pulmonary or gastrointestinal complications. In addision, patients are at risk for tumorlysis syndrome due to the increased tumor burden. Initial management includes aggressive hydration, prevention of tumor lysis syndrome, and correction of metabolic abnormalities. A red cell transfusion is not indicated in a hemodynamically stable child, as it adversely affts the blood viscosity. Leukapheresis ires the treatment of choice for a very high count, or in patients with symptomatic hyperleukocytosis. The technical expertise required, a relative difficult venous access in younger children, risk of anticoagulation and possible non- availability of the procedure in emergency hours are limitations of leukapheresis. However, it is a rewarding procedure and performed with relative ease in centers that perform the procedure frequently. An exchange transfusion is often a practical option when hyperleukocytosis is complicated with severe anemia. The partial exchange aids in correcting both, without the risk of volume overload or hyperviscosity, which are the limitations of hydration and blood transfusion, respectively. Etiology and management of hyperleucytosis in relevance to the pediatric emergency room is outlined.

Inclusive Education is a new approach towards educating the children with disability and learning difficulties with that of normal ones under the same roof. It brings all students together in one classroom and community, regardless of their strengths or weaknesses in any area , and sicks to maximize the potential of all students. About 80 % of Indian population lives in rural areas without provision of special schools. It means, approximately 8 million children out of school in India (MHRD 2009 statistics),many of whom are marginalized by dimensions such as poverty, gender, disability and cast. To solve these problems , Inclusive school have to address the needs of all children in every community and the central and state governments have to manage inclusive classrooms. Keeping in view, this article begins with brief discussions about inclusive education.

Between January and October of 2020, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2) virus has infected more than 34 million persons in a worldwide pandemic leading to over one million deaths worldwide (data from the Johns Hopkins University). Since the virus begun tospread, emergency departments were busy with COVID-19 patients for whom a quick decision regarding in- or outpatient care was required. The virus can cause characteristic abnormalities in chest radiographs(CXR), but, due to the low sensitivity of CXR, additional variables and criteria are needed to accurately predict risk. Here, we describe a computerized system primarily aimed at extracting the most relevant radiological, clinical, and laboratory variables for improving patient risk prediction, and secondarily at presenting an explainable machine learning system, which may provide simple decision criteria to be used by clinicians as a support for assessing patient risk. To achieve robust and reliable variable selection, Boruta and Random Forest (RF) are combined in a 10-fold cross-validation scheme to produce a variable importance estimate not biased by the presence of surrogates. The most important variables are then selected to train a RF classifier, whose rules may be extracted, simplified, and pruned to finally build an associative tree, particularly appealing for its simplicity. Results show that the radiological score automatically computed through a neural network is highly correlated with the score computed by radiologists, and that laboratory variables, together with the number of comorbidities, aid risk prediction. The prediction performance of our approach was compared to that that of generalized linear models and shown to be effective and robust. The proposed machine learning-based computational system can be easily deployed and used in emergency departments for rapid and accurate risk prediction in COVID-19 patients.

Abstract: Systematic district-wise grid sampling plan was followed in the present study and samples were selected on the basis of population density. The estimation of uranium was done by using LED fluorimeter. Along with uranium, its associated physico-chemical parameters such as pH, Electrical Conductivity, Temperature, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Magnesium hardness, Calcium hardness, Total Dissolved Solids, Chloride, Fluoride, Sulphate, Phosphate, Nitrate, Salinity, and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP) were also processed and analyzed using the BARC Standard Protocol. Statistical tools were applied to analyze the data and its spatial distribution. The more focused was on Uranium which is widespread in nature and has been identified in many different minerals and exists in several chemical oxidation states as well as a mixture of 3 radioisotopes. However, the major health effects apropos to uranium are due to its chemical toxicity. This guideline technical document reviews and assesses all identified health risks associated with Uranium and other physic-chemical parameters in groundwater/ drinking water. It incorporates new studies and approaches and takes into consideration the availability of appropriate treatment technology. Finally the variations were crosschecked with respect to recommendations given by BIS/WHO limits. Uranium varies from 0.2 - 8.1 ppb, in pre monsoon and & 0.2 - 6.7 ppb in post monsoon which was well below the recommended permissible limits suggested by various organizations (WHO/AERB).

The outbreak of COVID-19 first occurred in Wuhan, China and has spread to more than 50 countries. The WHO declared COVID-19 as the Public Health Emergency of International Health (PHEIC) on 30 January 2020. Naturally, a growing infectious disease involves rapid spread; Urgent action is needed to endanger the health of a large number of people, and thus prevent the disease at the community level. Therefore, our Corona Tracker was born as an project that provides the latest and reliable news development as well as statistics and analysis on COVID-19. This paper is conducted by the research team in the Global Pandemic Solution Community and aims to predict and predict COVID-19 cases, deaths, and recovery through predictive modelling. The model helps explain the patterns of public sentiment on the dissemination of related health information, transparency within government is important; It is also our responsibility not to disseminate unverified news and remain calm in this situation. The project has shown the importance of information dissemination that can help improve response time, and help plan in advance to help reduce risk. Further studies need to be done to help spread as quickly as possible.
