 Abstract

Home loans came into widespread use in the United States in the boom years of the late 1800s. Since the average person usually cannot afford to pay cash for something as expensive as a home, lenders began offering loans for the difference between the purchase price of a home and the cash down payment supplied by the buyer. These loans were interest-only loans of between five and 10 years that were due in full at the end of the loan term. Homeowners would refinance the loan at the end of each term or save up enough cash to pay off the loan in the meantime. The Great Depression and its resulting foreclosures demanded a move to the modern amortized mortgage, which configures payments into both principal and interest portions. These 15- to 30-year loans pay off the home by the end of the loan term.

 Abstract

The gradual intensification in the effects of global warming has become concerning as it impacts lives on an alarming level. This is a wake-up call for Urban Planners and relevant authorities to take action on this challenge before it gets worse. This paper focuses on regions that are prone to environmental hazards like flooding subsequently leading to water clogging. We address these problems by drawing inspiration from other successful projects in the matter which amalgamates into the final output or solution. The research culminates into a comprehensive framework that is developed based on the contextual and diverse issues both at regional and global level. This research discusses both urban and social impacts of waterfront development, taking primarily Bangladesh as the case study. The research methodology follows both quantitative and qualitative methods. The research concludes the main impacts of waterfront development to assure its sustainability.

 Abstract

Colourants widely used in food, pharmaceutical, texile and cosmetic industry to improove customer acceptance. The hazardous effect of synthetic colour on skin now a days minimises their application thus, natural colours (pigments) is in trend. Now a days plant pigments widely used as substitutes for chemical (synthetic) colourant. Not only because of their high availability as colouring agent, but they exhibit effect of health-promoting values such as antioxidants and antimicrobial activity. In 20th generation people aware about the potency of natural colours and their value in cosmetics so their was huge demanding market for natural colour cosmetics in market. This review focuses on the natural colours from plant sources,production method/technologies and uses of natural colours especially extracted from plant sources.

 Abstract

Tobacco smoking is a significant cause of healthy lung development into lung cancers. Cigarette smoking is an easy habit. The addiction to cigarettes is due to nicotine present in cigarettes. Nicotine directly does not cause cancer, but the remaining particles except nicotine and water are called tar, containing more than 3500 different types of compounds, which causes significant cancer. This paper provides a mini-review on tobacco as a potent carcinogen.

 Abstract

Present investigation was carried out to find out diversity of endophytic fungi present in the Terminalia catappa (Linn.). Healthy plant parts were collected from different regions of Aurangabad (Maharashtra). A total 62 isolates belonging to 09 fungal taxa were obtained from 120 segments observed. Out of total endophytes isolated most of the genera were from hypomycetes. Among isolated fungi Nigrospora sp. was the dominant fungi. Simpson's diversity index and Shannon wiener index were calculated to know diversity in different localities.

 Abstract

The Customers have their own smart phones. We had identifying from the above data the behavior of the customers for buying a smart phones. We had also studied the factors which can be influencing to the buying a smart phones factors likes that (Brand, Price, Reviews, etc). The most of the Customers had preferred a smartphone which is manufactured by the Indian companies as well as Multi-National companies. We had also survey from the customers who are having a smart phones What is the main purpose of the customers for buying a smart phones. The Purchase of smart phones is beneficial for the customers in the daily life. Researcher has here in this paper studies the consumer buying behavior on smart phones with the sample size of 156 by conducting the survey through questionnaire from the Ratlam city. India.
