The objective of this article is to investigate, using a wide range of financial statistics, how mergers and acquisitions (M&A) affect the financial performance of the infrastructure sector. The paired t-test methodology was utilised, and the study's time frame was from 2009 to 2019. The pre-M&A phase and post-M&A period are said to differ significantly from one another. The results of the analysis indicate that, while the profitability ratio has decreased while liquidity ratio ad leverage have greatly improved. The fixed-asset turnover ratio significantly improves when compared to total and current assets, but only somewhat when compared to efficiency ratio. The study comes to the conclusion that, for the acquiring corporations during the post-M&A phase, the financial position of the Indian companies from Infrastructure sector has generally improved while profitability has reduced. According to the study, the infrastructure sector backs the synergy theory, which claims that the resource consolidation that results from mergers and acquisitions will enhance synergy in the post-merger and acquisition phase while management will take time to improve profitability.

Twitter is one of the most popular social media sites, and it had a tremendous surge in tweets on the monkey pox virus, including good, negative, and neutral messages, in a short amount of time. Due to the heterogeneous nature of tweets, the researchers go on to conduct sentiment analysis and assess the various feelings of the public regarding Monkeypox. In a next step, our proposed technique in this research studies Monkeypox by focusing on Twitter users who express their ideas on this social media networking site. The suggested method evaluates the emotions of collected tweets for sentiment classification by utilising multiple feature sets and classifiers. Early identification of Monkeypox attitudes in tweets allows for a better understanding and management of the infections. Tweets are divided into three emotion categories: positive, negative, and neutral. Our suggested technique is built on three distinct machine learning models, including the Nave Bayes classifier, the Random Forest classifier, and the support vector machine classifier. Because these three classifiers have different benefits, the proposed technique effectively classifies tweets from Twitter. The results will be graphed using the matplotlib package provided by Python.

Employee retention is one of the passionately disputed issues in business today. Understanding why people leave their jobs and putting the right policies in place to keep them can be very important. As a result, every organization strives to keep staff turnover as low as feasible. As a result, the goal of this study is to examine how human resource management practices affect employee retention in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry in southern Chennai. Low retention is seen in almost all fields, but it is undoubtedly alarming in the B.P.O.s In a highly competitive market, it is essential for BPO organizations to investigate the reasons for low employee retention and create a plan for doing so. Increased employee turnover rates need to be closely monitored and managed because they eventually have an impact on how well outsourced organizations perform. The first step in creating employee retention strategy is to understand the reasons for low staff retention. Effective employee communication is provided by employee retention techniques to increase commitment and boost staff engagement for important corporate projects. A good talent retention plan must include elements like meaningful work, work-life integration, respect for the individual, job security, and a flexible work environment. The main focus of this study is on examining the various retention techniques used by BPO organizations to hold on to top staff.

Low-cost mechanical ventilators have been developed in order to deal with the shortage of traditional ventilators whose quantity is not sufficient in an emergency context. An artificial breathing machine with variable volume pressure and breath rate is a medical device used to assist patients who are unable to breathe on their own. The machine is designed to make the natural breathing pattern of a healthy individual by providing air to the lungs through a tube inserted into the patient's airway. The machine has several adjustable settings that can be customized to meet the patient's specific needs. One of the key features of the machine is its ability to vary the volume and pressure of the air delivered to the patient's lungs. This allows the machine to provide more or less air as needed, depending on the patient's condition. The machine can also adjust the breath rate, which is the number of breaths delivered per minute, to ensure that the patient receives the appropriate amount of air. The machine typically consists of a ventilator, tubing, a mask or mouthpiece, and a control panel. The control panel allows the healthcare provider to adjust the settings of the machine based on the patient's condition and response to treatment. Overall, an artificial breathing machine with variable volume pressure and breath rate is a crucial tool in the management of patients with respiratory failure, and its advanced features help to ensure that patients receive the appropriate support for their breathing needs.

Switches and infrared remote controls are frequently used to operate electrical appliances and devices today. The moment has come to swap out the current control system for a new one. This new system's primary goal is to let users operate electronics with finger and gesture movements. Automating the use and control of household equipment is known as home automation. Lighting, climate, entertainment systems, and appliances can all be managed by an automation system in the home. In this, we suggested using hand gestures to automate home applications and also handle system papers. For those who are physically unable of reaching the switches or who are physically handicapped, this system may also be the ideal option. Due to its practicality and simplicity, gesture-based home automation is growing in popularity. In this project, we suggest a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller, Flex Sensor, accelerometer sensor, relay module, MP3 module, and GSM module for a gesture-based home automation system. The Raspberry Pi Pico receives data from the Flex Sensor and Accelerometer Sensor, which detect hand gestures and motions, respectively. The Raspberry Pi Pico deciphers the information and sends instructions to the relay module to control other devices like lights or motors or to the MP3 module to change the level of an audio output. The GSM module can also be used to remotely activate or deactivate a phone using hand gestures.

Bhima Bhoi's poetry embodies a profound philosophical framework that merges idealism with humanism, inspiring us to envision a world characterized by greater empathy, compassion, and justice. Despite his blindness and lack of formal education, his work exudes a profound concern for the welfare of society and humanity as a whole. Bhima Bhoi's most renowned verse, immortalized on the walls of the United Nations Organization Hall in various languages, is a poignant testament to his unwavering commitment to the betterment of humanity. In the face of the countless afflictions plaguing the world, he declares with conviction that he alone will bear the cost of redeeming the world: "Seeing the endless agony of all creatures, how can I stay silent? My life will be sacrificed, to redeem this world from suffering." Such selflessness and moral courage exemplify the greatness of his philosophy and serve as a timeless source of inspiration for generations to come. Bhima Bhoi's philosophy transcends the boundaries of religion and region to encompass the entire cosmos, infused with the noble principles of fraternity, equality, social justice, freedom, love, humanity, purity, non-violence, and humility. These timeless tenets, rooted in the very essence of human existence, offer a path towards a more compassionate and just world, where every individual is treated with dignity and respect, and the bonds of love and brotherhood transcend all divisions. This article aims to uncover the transformative values and morals within Bhima Bhoi's poetries that can inspire a more equitable and compassionate world for all of humanity.

Dioxins pose a chemical hazard due to their presence in the environment, where they accumulate in the food chain, particularly in the fatty tissues of animals. They are harmful to live organisms, including humans. Dioxins can cause a range of health problems, including cancer, hormonal imbalances, and reproductive issues. Given their widespread distribution and persistence in the environment, dioxins continue to be a concern for public health and environmental safety. Consequently, measures are needed to mitigate the presence of dioxins and to reduce their exposure to animals and humans.

Our main objective in this paper is to power up the electric cars with dynamos. The major disadvantage we are facing in the electric car is that the charge in the battery which gives the supply for motor gets discharge and hence it should be stopped or parked in the area where the current should be easily taken. But the biggest problem is that when the car get loses its full charge while driving in an area where the current could not be taken easily or there is no sort of current in that area then you can't able to reach your palace.Hence to change this problem the dynamos are used to solve it. Dynamo is a device which is capable of changing mechanical energy into electrical energy .Hence by using this character of the dynamo the problem can be solved. The description of this technique is that by placing one dynamo in each wheel so that each dynamo will produce a charge through the rotatory motion given by the wheels of the car and these charges is stored in a separate battery and that can be used for the emergency purpose and this process is cyclic. When car losses its charge while running on the charge produced by the dynamo, the dynamo will not stops its work, it again produce a charge so that you can go for a longer distance.

Time Series Data is the most common but crucial type of data which is generated on day to day basis by humans. Every aspect for humanity is impacted due to this type of data. As the time series data can be univariate or multivariate thus the effective analysis and prediction of data depends on selection of most impacting parameters. So in this study we have tried to optimize the number of parameter that aids in the effective and efficient Data analysis by using the concepts of Deep learning. By the utilization of virtue of LSTM method instead of one multiple parameter were selected that enhanced the prediction by greater extent.
