Management is a highly inclusive and comprehensive term. It means much more than mere organization and administration. Educational Management is a complex human activity in which different resources, both men and material, are brought together and made available to accomplish the cherished goals of the organization. The general principles of management like planning, organizing, staffing, decision- making, coordinating and controlling, directing, reporting, motivating and budgeting are as important in educational management as is the case with any other enterprise. There must be optimal use of both human and material resources to realize the aims of education in general and the specific objectives in particular. Management of education thus implies the practical measures for ensuring the system to work for achieving the objectives of an educational institution. The role of a B.Ed. college Principal is an interpersonal one because he or she spends a lot of time interacting with teaching staff, the trainee teachers and office staff. This interpersonal role is very important for the B.Ed. college Principal in his managerial work. Three interpersonal roles namely the figure head, the leader, liaison officer, come from the formal authority and the status of the B.Ed. College Principal. In the present study the researcher has developed the Effective Functioning Rating Scale for assessing the effective functioning of principals as perceived by their B.Ed. college lecturers working in Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh. For the analysis of data mean, S.D, t-test and graphs have been used by the investigators in the present study. The results of the study concluded that the variables age group and educational qualifications of the B.Ed. college lecturers significantly differed in their perception about their Principals effective functioning of the colleges.

This paper introduces an novel topology of Multi-Level (seven level) Inverter (MLI) with reduced number of switches. Multilevel inverter targets Medium voltage, high power applications. This paper offers a new topology with reduced THD, switching losses and voltage overstress on switches. This multilevel inverter structured with the level module units to enhance the level of the voltage for levelled output. Since a level module unit consists of only a DC voltage source and a bidirectional switch, this structure allows a reduction of the system cost and size. Effectiveness of the proposed topology has been demonstrated by analysis and hardware implementation.

Tourism is a collection of many activities, services and industries that deliver a travel experience, including transportation, accommodations, eating and drinking establishment, retail shops, entertainment businesses, activity facilities and other hospitality services provided for individual or groups who travel. Tourism Importance can be accessed from not only the contribution to the GDP but also from the effect of tourism in different services and industries. From the past reviews, it is identified that Tourism is the industry where everyone is now focusing on its infrastructural development but while developing it the protection of the heritage of the destination, sustainable development, host community culture, and much more are also an important aspect. The research study provides a tourism review model for the development of Tourism Industry which provides the review mechanism to check the effect of tourism infrastructural development on other important aspect at the destination.

This paper focuses on the development of an accurate neonatal brain MRI segmentation algorithm and its clinical application to characterize normal brain development and investigate the neuro-anatomical correlates of cognitive impairments. Neonatal brain segmentation is challenging due to the large anatomical variability as a result of the rapid brain development in the neonatal period. The segmentation of MR images of the neonatal brain is a fundamental step in the study and assessment of infant brain development. The highest level of development techniques for adult brain MRI segmentation are not suitable for neonatal brain, because of substantial contrasts in structure and tissue properties between newborn and adult brains. Existing newborn brain MRI segmentation approaches either depend on manual interaction or require the utilization of atlases or templates, which unavoidably presents a bias of the results towards the population that was utilized to derive the atlases. In this paper, we proposed an atlas-free approach for the segmentation of neonatal brain MRI, based on the modified mathematical morphology approach. The segmentation of the brain in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a prerequisite to obtain quantitative measurements of regional brain structures. These measurements allow characterization of the regional brain development and the investigation of correlations with clinical factors.

Cloud computing is an emerging technology. It provides storage, resources and services such as Virtual Machine(VM) on user demand basis. The main issue in cloud computing is security. In this research paper we address the availability issues in Cloud Computing . The main aim of this paper is to recommend the appropriate solution against DDoS attack and this paper also compares the different solutions provided by many researchers against DDoS (Denial of Service) attack in Cloud Environment.

In recent years, monitoring homes and providing security measures are raising alarm due to several break-ins. Security automation is a must which has to be integrated in this smart world. For effective mechanism, we use multiple PIR- motion detecting sensors, and Arduino kit for both wired and wireless communication, in this project. In the proposed project, whenever the PIR sensor senses heat radiated from the body of human, the sensed data is sent to Arduino kit which processes them and sends trigger in the form of a message to the owner as well as to the nearby police station. The uninterrupted power supply is provided to the sensor. To avoid unnecessary panic, a weight detector (pressure sensor) is setup with some threshold value, below which it indicates that a false sense has been encountered. To enhance higher security, a camera is kept outside which will identify strangers using face recognition technique and warning notification will be triggered by comparing with the previously recorded details of individuals and the strangers information will be updated in the database for future reference, once the owner authorizes .By using shape recognition method weapons can be found and violent actions can also be found using artificial intelligence. The dark cameras have been set up inside the house in each room, so that the captured footages can be sent through mail to the police, in-case of the absence of the owner. Though the implementation is a complex one, it provides high security.

Vision is one of the very essential human senses and it plays the major role in human perception aboutsurrounding environment. The traditional and oldest mobility aids for persons with visual impairments are the walking cane (also called white cane or stick) and guide dogs. The most important drawbacks of these aids are necessary skills and training phase, range of motion and very little information conveyed. With the rapid advances of modern technology, both in hardware and software front have brought potential to provide intelligent navigation and language capabilities. In proposed system we use camera to capture the image then the image will be processed to extract the features of the object using two algorithms. The simulation results using SIFT algorithm and the SOBEL algorithm is used to extract edge key points matching showed good accuracy for detecting objects. Object detection deals with extracting embedded details, patterns and their relationship in images. The captured image will be compared with theimages that are already stored in the datasets. The images that are matched with the dataset images are converted into text message and then the text is converted into voice notes. All the processing will be done by using MATLAB.
