Commerce and Management education play a vital role in the country's economy as it affects all the sectors like manufacturing, service, industry, research and development banking etc. However, technology disruption and pandemic has exposed the weaknesses in management education and there is a need for innovative approach in Indian management education to groom world-class entrepreneurs. National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 will transform the educational system in India and implements a sea change in the overall hierarchy of the education system especially in Management education in India. The main motto behind the NEP is to bring out the students with high emotional quotient with rational thoughts and actions, empathetic with creative imagination and with high moral, ethical values. The present paper emphasises on the NEP 2020 policy towards management education and the address of NEP towards issues and challenges of management education. The study is based on the secondary sources of data and analysis made thereof. The paper highlights the National Education policy 2020 on Higher education and the various issues like lack of autonomy, less practical experience to the management faculty, lack of innovation, practical and industry oriented exposure, examination pattern, placements issue which are addressed with National Education Policy 2020

Virtual reality (VR) technology has enormous promise for use in many different industries, but its specialised equipment can be pricey. This research looks at interactive 360-videos as a viable remedy for the problems that surround immersive experiences on mobile devices. It is a practical and inexpensive way to travel because users may explore and engage with the environment's objects and people. Additionally, a virtual tour of a college campus is offered by a suggested software system that makes use of VR technology. The method provides for tourists who would like to tour the facilities but are unable to do so because of their hectic schedules. The programme runs in virtual reality and needs a VR headset.

The greatest challenge before the construction industry is to serve the two pressing needs of human society namely the protection of the environment and meeting the infrastructure requirement of our growing pollution and consequential needs of industrialization and urbanization, it is looking for the ways and means to develop building products, which will increase the span and quality. In this regard the merits of using certain industrial by-products such as Metakaolin and Fly ash have been recognized by the construction industry. Therefore, it should be obvious that certain scale cement replacement with industrial by-products is highly advantageous from the stage point of strength, economy, energy efficiency, durability and overall ecological and environmental benefits. Now we are going to measure and compare with 0%, 10% and 15% of admixtures like Metakaolin and Fly ash with replacing cement and also we are interested to find the influence of that admixtures on strength aspects like compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength and workability tests (Slump flow, L-Box, V- Funnel) for masterglenium mineral admixture. Fresh self-compacting concrete properties viz. Slump flow, V-funnel, V- funnel at T5 min and L-Box test were carried out. Cubes of size 150mmx150mmx150mm, cylinders of size 150mmx300mm were casted. The specimens were tested for compressive strength, split tensile strength respectively for 7 days, and 28 days of curing period

India is the most populous country in the world, and the argument is that despite having the world's most working-age population, there is a dearth of qualified, talented, and competent workers, as well as human resources in the socio-economic activities in the dimension of agriculture, industrial, service and academics, etc. Given all of this, there appears to be that there is a fundamental flaw in human resource management and its development in India. We must develop the rural sector alongside the metropolitan areas for the country's inclusive and sustainable development and progress. And human resources have a vital part in defining the country's long-term growth and development. Additionally, effective, and competent human resources are the result of well-managed, efficient, and effective critical components in the socio-economic environment, which might be social, personal, economic, behavioral, and environmental. This study aims to investigate the current state and problems of efficient and skilled human resources, their management methods, and their role in rural development and welfare in India. The difficulties highlighted in the path of attaining sustainable development and growth by utilizing human resource management and its improvement.

India is a country where agriculture and agriculture related industries are the major source of living for the people. Agriculture is a major source of the economy of the country. The farmers and government agencies can make the necessary preparations, such as storing the crop, selling it, setting a minimum support price, importing, and exporting, etc., by accurately forecasting the crop output before it is harvested. Prediction of crops deals with a large set of databases. The major goal of the proposed effort is to develop an appropriate model for categorising different types of soil series data along with suggestions for appropriate crops.
