Now a days road accidents are increasing day by day because raiders are consuming alcohol and the death rate is increasing because of not using the helmet. The main target of the project is to design a smart helmet by using advanced features like alcohol discovery, accident identification, location tracking, fall detection, and wiping the rain drops on the helmet shield. This makes it not only a smart helmet but also a point of a smart bike. It's mandatory to wear the helmet, without which the ignition switch cannot turn ON. However, and sends a communication to the registered mobile number with their current position, If the raider is drunk the ignition gets automatically locked. In case an accident occurs, it will send a communication through GSM. The presence of smart helmet wiper will automatically start as soon as it senses the presence of rain drops on the rain drop sensor.

Climate change is a daunting issue to the future of mankind and has been prevailing in this world for a long time. One of the reasons for climate change is poor technology in many developing and underdeveloped countries. Many countries manufacture products with technology which causes pollution and releases harmful substances into the atmosphere. Since the issue of climate change is not confined to boundaries, it's the obligation of all the states to put efforts to bring in user-friendly technologies. Therefore, one of the sustainable solutions for this issue is the transfer of technology from developed states to developing or least developed states. However, this transfer is not easy as it says and it is considered to be more of a trade than necessity. Even though there are international agreements stating provisions for such technology transfer, the issue is still prevalent since developed countries enjoy the dominance of Intellectual Property in the world. Many countries have the technology but are patented and this leads to a barrier in the transfer of technology. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher analyzes this issue through the lens of human rights and examines how far globalization has acted as a catalyst in technology transfer. The first part of the paper brings out the nexus among climate change, the transfer of technology, and human rights. The second part of the paper focuses on whether technology transfer is a good method to overcome the issue of climate change and finally concludes the paper by examining the role of globalization in such technology transfer.

Home loans are one of the most common types of loans offered by banks in India. Indian banks offer home loans to people who want to buy a house or build a new one. These loans are also offered to those who want to renovate or repair an existing house. Home loans are a popular choice among people in India due to the increasing demand for housing and the high cost of purchasing a home. Indian banks offer home loans with different interest rates, repayment periods, and other terms and conditions. The interest rates on home loans in India vary depending on the bank, the loan amount, the repayment period, and the creditworthiness of the borrower. Banks usually offer home loans with interest rates ranging from 6.5% to 12%. The repayment period for home loans in India can be up to 30 years, depending on the bank and the borrower's preference. Indian banks require borrowers to meet certain eligibility criteria to be eligible for a home loan. These criteria include age, income, credit score, and employment status. Banks usually require borrowers to be between the ages of 18 and 65 years to be eligible for a home loan. The borrower's income and credit score are also important factors that determine eligibility for a home loan. The borrower must have a stable source of income and a good credit score to be eligible for a home loan. The documentation required to apply for a home loan in India includes proof of identity, address, income, and employment. The borrower must provide a copy of their Aadhaar card or PAN card as proof of identity and address. They must also present documentation of their employment and income, such as pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns. Fixed-rate, floating-rate, and hybrid home loans are among the options that Indian banks provide for mortgages. Home loans with fixed rates have a fixed interest rate for the duration of the loan, while floating-rate home loans have an interest rate that fluctuates based on market conditions. On the other hand, hybrid home loans have a set interest rate for a predetermined amount of time, after which it switches to a floating rate. In addition to these types of home loans, Indian banks also offer special home loan schemes tailored for different categories of borrowers, such as women, senior citizens, and government employees. These schemes often come with lower interest rates and more relaxed eligibility criteria compared to regular home loans. Home loans are a popular choice among people in India who are looking to purchase or construct a house. Banks in India provide home loans with varying interest rates, repayment periods, and other terms and conditions. To be eligible for a home loan, borrowers need to meet specific eligibility criteria and provide the necessary documentation. Banks also offer special home loan schemes for different categories of borrowers, such as women, senior citizens, and government employees. It's important to understand the different types of home loans and their terms before choosing the right one for your needs.

Every part of a person's existence is encircled by his or her personality. It defines the pattern of thinking, feeling, and qualities that predict and describe an individual's behaviour, as well as how emotions, preferences, motives, and health affect daily living activities. The growing popularity of social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook has prompted the online community to communicate ideas, sentiments, opinions, and emotions with one another, reflecting their attitude and behaviour. Obviously, a solid connection exists between individual's temperament and the behaviour they show on social networks in the form of comments or tweets. Nowadays personality recognition from question and answer and by face emotions has attracted the attention of researchers for developing automatic personality recognition systems. The core philosophy of such applications is based on the different personality models, like Big Five Factor Personality Model.

Our Project is entitled "Automatic Communication System for Electricity Meter Reading". Energy meter reading is a tedious and an expensive affair. The meter reader has to go and take the reading manually to issue the bill, which will later be entered in the software to automate the billing and payment system. To reduce the laborious task and financial wastage, the manual meter reading process and the bill data entry process can be automated. This Project utilizes a new network communication system for energy meter reading by integrating communication technology and software system along with the existing meters. A wireless or wired communication system will be integrated with electronic energy meter to have remote access over the usage of electricity. Even though they are two different modules, energy meter deliver the reading details as on when it demands by the communication system. The communication system is further connected with electricity regional/sub-regional office, which will rather act as a base station. Instead of creating a separate communication system and backbone, any of the secure existing communication service infrastructures may also be utilized to avoid any initial investments. The communication channel is identified by the consumer's number and it is secured by any cryptographic standards. Base office can verify the energy meters performance by checking the day to day consumption of energy. This will also help to avoid any tampering or break down of energy meter. In this Project, we propose to use Node MCU to control the system with the software programming in Embedded C, integrated to the Power Meter module

As the use of motor vehicles grows, numerous people are killed in road accidents around the world. An accident that occurs in an area where no one is available to assist the victims may result in death, and the majority of accidents are fatal as a result of delayed medical assistance. An accident may result in several victims, and it is critical to have an adequate number of ambulances to save all of the victims. The fundamental goal of our initiative is to solve these challenges and give an optimal solution. Four vibration sensors and Arduino uno are used in our system. Detect the hit and determine whether it is an accident or a minor collision. This system assesses whether an accident is a rear-end collision, a head-on collision, a rollover, a t-bone impact, or a sandwich accident. The number of ambulances necessary is determined by the type of accident. The accident location is then obtained using a GPS module, and an SMS warning is sent to the hospital using a GSM modem. The SMS includes the location, nature of accident, and number of ambulances required. Our methodology ensures that all accident victims receive immediate emergency help. We also suggest accident avoidance using an automatic braking system with an ultrasonic sensor, a l298n 2a motor driver, and gear motors. In addition, we proposed a smart accident detection system based on IR sensors and LED's.
