 Abstract

The proliferation of deep fake videos in today's digital era has raised serious concerns about their potential to compromise the credibility of visual media, making them a significant threat. The increasing computational power of deep learning algorithms has made it easy to create realistic human-synthesized videos or deep fakes. These videos can be used to spread disinformation and cause political distress. To combat this issue, a new deep learning-based technique has been developed to differentiate AI-generated fake videos from real ones. The proposed method fine-tunes the transformer module to search for new sets of feature space to detect fake images using Attention-based networks (Res-Next CNN) a type of deep learning architecture that can selectively focus on important features in a video. This technique involves training to identify the most relevant parts of a video and then using these features to detect manipulations. Res-Next Convolution neural network to extract frame-level features, which are then used to train an LSTM-based RNN to classify videos as real or manipulated. The system is evaluated on a diverse dataset from various sources, including Face-Forensic++, Deepfake Detection Challenge, Celeb-DF, and Self-created Dataset and proves to be effective at detecting manipulation in real-time scenarios. This approach has practical implications, including restricting the posting of deepfake videos on social media, news media, and law enforcement platforms to prevent the spread of misinformation and safeguard the authenticity of online content.

 Abstract

Urbanisation is a process which makes structural changes in an area from economic activity to lifestyle of the population. The region transforms from primary activity to secondary and tertiary activity and concentration of population nearer to centre or Head quarter. In simple way it is a proportion increases in population living towns and cities. At global level India is also emerging as a urban country. In India, Maharashtra is one of the developed industrial and commercial states and Mumbai being a commercial capital of India accelerate the growth of the state. After Mumbai which is 100 per cent urbanized, Nagpur being a second capital having much scope for rapid development and urbanisation, hence selected for present paper. The major objective of present paper is to examine and analyse the urban scenario and degree of urbanization in Nagpur district mainly with urban population. Census of India' data for various time period was utilized to fulfill the objectives. Findings show that trend in decadal growth rate after 1951 increase in population was there with moderate to high rate. Negative growth was observed in decade 1911-21 due to plague epidemic and influenza pandemic. Not much variation was seen in per cent urban decadal growth rate. Literacy is one of the parameters which play a crucial role in development. The two variables (urban population growth and literacy) are highly positively related. It indicates with increase in urban population there is an increase in literacy as well. Kuhi and Bhiwapur tahsils are entirely having rural population. Most of the tahsils had experiences increase in urban population. Literacy rate also shows the development but sex ratio had deckling trend. No strong relationship emerged between literacy and sex ratio, though sex ratio should increase with increase in literacy. Overall it may be concluded that whole scenario of Nagpur district is having an increasing trend in various aspects of population.

Language in the field of education, training, religion and government has been changing in the western world with the result of political and economic changes in Europe .Before English Latin, French and Italian languages gained its importance in the European world. Therefore, teaching foreign languages has always been an important practical interest.. The foundations of methods based on approaches to language teaching and learning were developed during the early part of the twentieth century to make the process effective. In this analysis, the different dimensions of the Oral Approach and Situational Language Teaching method, which can be characterized as a type of British "Structuralism" are discussed.

 Abstract

The objective of this research paper is to provide a comparative analysis of forensic accounting and auditing, examining their similarities and differences in practice. Forensic accounting and auditing are both critical in detecting, investigating, and preventing financial frauds and irregularities. While both professions are related to accounting and financial management, they have different objectives, scopes, and methods. Forensic accounting focuses on the investigation of financial frauds and irregularities, litigation support, and dispute resolution, while auditing concentrates on evaluating the financial statements of an organization to provide reasonable assurance that they are free from material misstatements. This paper will examine the nature, scope, and methods of forensic accounting and auditing and compare their roles in detecting and preventing financial frauds and irregularities. The research will also explore the professional standards and ethics governing these professions, including internal controls and the legal and regulatory environment.

 Abstract

Over centuries, women have been suppressed and their rights were neglected as a human being. They were treated as lower part of the society and their roles were restricted to household works and delivering babies. Protestant Christian missionaries created fully clear principles of female education in colonial India in the 1830s and 1840s, several decades before large numbers of British and American women entered the mission field to carry out the venture. The Christian missionaries who were bringing Christianity in colonized India encouraged female education, which implanted values and individual rights among the natives. By the middle of the nineteenth century an argument emerged that the education of the female was essential for the purpose of transforming national character. The missionaries lasting contribution was unintentional. They gave equal educational facilities at all levels to girls and introduced a curriculum that promoted higher education including university education for women. Education is the one common issue which unites all of these women, viewed by them as the key factor in the emancipation of women.

 Abstract

Moyamoya disease(MMD) is a progressive cerebrovascular disorder, a rare cause of Stroke or Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), characterized by stenosis or occlusion at the base of the brain in an area called the basal ganglia. In Japanese, "Moyamoya" means "puff of smoke" due to the appearance of tiny abnormal intracranial vessels forming a network and showing a small cigarette smoke-like appearance in angiography. Moyamoya disease was first reported in East Asia, especially in the Japanese population in the 1960s and occurs in 1 in per 3,00,000 people, the case was originally reported in Japan. RNF213 (Ring Finger Protein) is a protein-coding gene, which is a susceptible gene in Moyamoya disease and is thought to be involved in mediating protein-protein interactions. Moyamoya disease can occur at any age between ages 30-50 in adults and 5-10 years in children. The treatment includes the usage of Aspirin, Anticonvulsant, calcium channel blockers, etc.

 Abstract

Cross-cultural challenges, including language barriers and business communication, are critical for foreign expatriates in multinational organizations. This study purposed to examine the impact of language barriers and business communication on Chinese expatriates' work performance in Myanmar. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, and data were collected using semi-structured interviews. The findings indicated that language and communication challenges are the major cross-cultural issues for Chinese expatriates in Myanmar. These challenges negatively impact staff performance and organizational development. This study recommends that multinational companies implement language and cultural training programs to solve cross-cultural adaptation challenges and improve business communication.
