 Abstract

This study explores the relationship between training and development initiatives and job performance among employees. The research examines how training influences employee productivity, job satisfaction, and skill enhancement. Using a structured questionnaire and quantitative analysis, the study assesses the effectiveness of training programs and provides insights for organizations to improve workforce capabilities. In the ever-evolving corporate environment, organizations continually strive to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall employee performance. One of the most crucial strategies employed to achieve these objectives is investment in employee training and development. Training and development are often perceived as essential tools for fostering a skilled and adaptable workforce. Training refers to the process of equipping employees with specific skills or knowledge to perform their current job more effectively, whereas development focuses on long-term growth and preparing individuals for future responsibilities. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate how structured training programs and developmental initiatives influence employee productivity, job satisfaction, motivation, and career progression. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and performance analysis, to gather data from employees and management across various industries. The findings suggest a strong positive correlation between effective training programs and job performance. Employees who receive regular and relevant training exhibit higher confidence, competence, and commitment to their roles. Moreover, developmental opportunities such as mentorship, leadership workshops, and career planning significantly contribute to job satisfaction and retention rates. A key insight from the study is that training and development not only benefit the individual but also contribute to organizational success. Companies that invest in employee growth tend to experience higher innovation rates, reduced turnover, and better adaptability to change. However, the effectiveness of these programs depends heavily on factors such as the relevance of the content, the methods of delivery, management support, and the integration of feedback mechanisms. Personalized and goal-oriented training programs yield better outcomes compared to generic sessions, highlighting the need for customized learning paths. In conclusion, training and development emerge as pivotal elements in enhancing job performance and achieving strategic goals. By fostering a culture of learning, organizations can empower their workforce, ensure sustained growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the global market. This study reinforces the notion that human capital is the most valuable asset of any organization, and investing in its continuous development is fundamental to success. Key Words: Work Life Balance, Performance Analysis, Training Programs

 Abstract

Srimad Bhagavad Gita also teaches us how to accept death with joy. Among many other teachings, it teaches us to welcome death with joy, not to be afraid of it in the slightest. Srimad Bhagavad Gita teaches us how to embrace death, which is the ultimate truth. There are many verses in the Srimad Bhagavad Gita in which death is said to be an inevitable part of life and a transformative process. This physical body merges into the five elements, and the soul merges into another body. It is a ceaseless and unyielding process. It is believed that one who has understood the Gita well is freed from the cycle of birth and death.

 Abstract

Metamaterial element simulation is a common use for Complementary Split Ring Resonators (CSRR). These components act as synthetic materials with peculiar characteristics and are uniformly organized in a periodic arrangement. It must be positioned transversally in the waveguide for the CSRR to interact with the electromagnetic fields in a proper manner. Here, the CSRR structure, which is positioned longitudinally in the waveguide, is the dual of the SRR. This paper proposes a Circular Complementary Split Ring Resonator (CSRR) to lessen mutual coupling between two closely spaced planar inverted antennas. Between the two pieces is a CSRR structure. A mutual coupling decrease of almost 6 dB was attained at the resonant frequency after the design model was examined and refined using the commercial software program HFSS 15.0. It is demonstrated that the process significantly affects the antenna's efficiency and performance, particularly its bandwidth, which is expanded for X-band. Additionally, the structure has reduced mutual coupling and low loss. The findings demonstrate that at the array's operating frequency, a decrease in mutual coupling between elements is achieved. The agreement between simulation findings and experimental data is fairly excellent. The development of this suggested complementary split ring resonator metamaterial antenna by enhancing its efficiency, reliability, and range is the ultimate objective of the Giza Pyramids Construction Algorithm (GPCA).

 Abstract

In today's digital financial systems, fraud detection models must balance high accuracy with interpretability to meet regulatory and operational demands. This paper presents a novel Explainable AI (XAI) framework that combines SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) with unsupervised clustering to enhance transparency and uncover latent fraud patterns. We train a Random Forest model on a real-world credit card dataset (284,807 transactions, 492 fraudulent) and compute SHAP values to quantify feature contributions. By applying t-SNE dimensionality reduction and k-means clustering to SHAP explanations, we identify three distinct fraud typologies (e.g., high-amount frauds, identity theft indicators) that traditional methods overlook. Our approach achieves 93% precision for fraud detection while providing auditable, global interpretations of model behavior. The integration of SHAP and clustering enables financial institutions to segment risks, adapt to emerging fraud strategies, and comply with regulations like GDPR. This work bridges the gap between model explain ability and actionable fraud analytics, offering a scalable solution for ethical AI adoption in finance.

 Abstract

The development of oral disintegration films (ODFs) as an alternative to conventional oral dosage forms has gained increasing attention due to their convenience and ease of administration. In this study, Ticagrelor FDFs were prepared by the solvent casting method and evaluated using in vitro studies. The prepared formulations showed a uniform distribution of the drug throughout the film and effective release when compared to other formulations by drug release study. The prepared films were found to be homogenous, yellowish in color, and flexible. The results shows that thickness, tensile strength, and the concentration of the film significantly influenced the ODF dissolution time. The surface pH of all the selected formulations was around neutral pH, indicating that there will be no irritation to the oral mucosal cavity. The folding endurance values provide important information about the mechanical properties of ODFs and can help in selecting the most suitable formulation for use. The dissolution test value comparison showed that F2 and F6 are similar in terms of drug release and F5 and F1 have very different drug release profiles. Based on the results, it can be concluded that ODFs have promising potential dosage form for the delivery of Ticagrelor, F2 and F6 were identified as most successful formulation of this study
