The concept of M?y? i.e. illusion is a fundamental concept in Hindu philosophy, notable in the Advaita (Nondualist school of Ved?nta. M?y? forms one of the pillars of the Ved?nta Philosophy, generally is interpreted as to mean illusion. It has multiple meanings in Indian Philosophies depending on the context. M?y? originally denoted the magic power with which a God can make human beings believe in worldly existence to be an illusion. M?y? is the manifestation of the world. The description is enormous in Vedanta philosophy. But a small attempt is done here to analyse the concept in a nutshell.

In many organizations, reward decisions depend on subjective performance evaluations. However, evaluating an employee's performance is often difficult. In this paper, we develop a model in which the employee is uncertain about his own performance and about the manager's ability to assess him. The manager gives an employee a performance appraisal with a view of affecting the employee's self perception, and the employee's perception of the manager's ability to assess performance. We examine how performance appraisals affect the employee's future performance. The predictions of our model are consistent with various empirical findings. These comprise (i) the observation that managers tend to give positive appraisals, (ii) the finding that on average positive appraisals motivate more than negative appraisals, and (iii) the observation that the effects of appraisals depend on the employee's perception of the manager's ability to assess performance accurately.

J K Rowling creates the extraordinary Wizarding world as a reflection of the ordinary world we (muggles) inhabit. Though she populates it with witches and wizards with astonishing talents, they prove to be humans like ourselves. Hence, the famed portal quest fantasy is chosen for this paper, because the portal (the Harry Potter universe/ portal, popularly called the Potterverse) gives an apt platform as it hosts young students treading towards maturity. The Harry Potter Series is immensely famous; and since the stories are made into films there is a definite trickling down into the popular culture. But this work focuses on the text alone to study the promising aspects which are of interest with regard to gender and the social markers that allow exploring this scope. Gender is a complicated and multi-faceted spectrum, though the text tends to be limited with the binary division, these limitations are taken into consideration to explore the non-hegemonic views. Though gender roles are not abiding in the series, there are instances of them occurring, especially with the weaker characters like Merope Gaunt, Moaning Myrtle, etc. Hermione, Ginny and Luna break many stereotypes and head forward in the careers of their choice.

The dimension of the databases used in todays firms has been developing at exponential rates day via day. Simultaneously, the want to technique and analyze the large volumes of statistics for business selection making has additionally increased. In several business and scientific applications, there is a need to system terabytes of data in efficient manner on each day bases. This has contributed to the huge records trouble confronted with the aid of the industry due to the lack of ability of traditional database structures and software tools to manage or method the large records units within tolerable time limits. Processing of statistics can include more than a few operations depending on utilization like culling, tagging, highlighting, indexing, searching, faceting, and so forth operations. It is not possible for single or few machines to shop or process this large amount of statistics in a restricted time period. This paper reports the investigational effort on big data problem and its best solution using Hadoop cluster, Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) intended for storage and using parallel processing to process big data sets by Map Reduce programming framework. Wireless sensor networks (WSN) have a set of algorithms and protocols with self-establishing capabilities. These sensors work with each and every different to sense some bodily phenomenon after which the information gather is processed to get relevant outcomes. These sensor nodes can calculate, sense, and assemble particulars from the atmospheres and based totally on some nearby decision process, they are in a position to transmit the sensed files to the person. The battery is the foremost electrical energy grant in a sensor node and secondary energy supply that harvests energy from the atmospheres together with photo voltaic panels may additionally be brought to the node depending on the appropriateness of the atmospheres where the sensor will be diffuse. Clustering is the method which performs the grouping of similar nodes and then starts communicating into the clusters. Security can be finished by means of encrypting and decrypting the facts and make them unable to read that from the malicious users. Cryptography is the useful technique which contains symmetric and asymmetric methods. In this paper we find out about about WSN and its utility or a number of assaults which exist in the sensor community in the middle of paper we talk about a variety of existing technique and its working. Various assaults are carried out in this community such as passive and lively assaults or insider and outsider attacks. The wireless network always required protection in the form of information integrity, confidentiality, authenticity and etc.

5G networks appoint multicarrier modulations (MCM)s along with filtered-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (F-OFDM) and standard filtered orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (UF-OFDM) as a solution to triumph over the demanding situations of excessive statistics fees and spectral efficiency [1]. However, MCMs have high peak to average power ratio (PAPR) which drives the energy amplifier (PA) within the linear location ensuing within the decreased performance. To conquer this hassle PAPR need to be reduced [1-4]. In this paper, precoding based PAPR reduction strategies which includes Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), Discrete Cosine Transform DCT) and Zadoff-Chu Transform (ZCT) are carried out the use of MATLAB for F-OFDM and UF-OFDM systems. Comparison analysis suggests that Zadoff-chu Transform precoding method for PAPR reduction offers higher effects. Hence, ZCT precoding is proposed for both FOFDM and UF-OFDM systems. Simulation effects display that proposed technique lowers down the strength spectral density (PSD) tails on the PA output, reduces PAPR and immediately to average electricity ratio (IAPR) and conserves the bit mistakes rate (BER) within the AWGN channel

Fuel cells offer the possibility of zero-emissions electricity generation and increased energy security. We review here the current status of solid oxide (SOFC) and polymer electrolyte membrane (PEMFC) fuel cells. Such solid electrolyte systems obviate the need to contain corrosive liquids and are thus preferred by many developers over alkali, phosphoric acid or molten carbonate fuel cells. Dramatic improvements in power densities have been achieved in both SOFC and PEMFC systems through reduction of the electrolyte thickness and architectural control of the composite electrodes. Current efforts are aimed at reducing SOFC costs by lowering operating temperatures to 500800 C, and reducing PEMFC system complexity be developing water-free membranes which can also be operated at temperatures slightly above 100 C.
