This abstract explores the challenges and quality of work life experienced by women working from home. While remote work can provide convenience and flexibility, it can also present unique challenges for women, such as balancing work and personal responsibilities, social isolation, limited career advancement opportunities, a lack of boundaries between work and personal life, and technological challenges. To improve the quality of work life for women working from home, it's essential to address these challenges by providing support for childcare, virtual social interaction, career development programs, setting clear boundaries, and providing adequate technical resources and support. By doing so, women can enjoy a fulfilling and productive work life while working from home.

Concrete is the majorly used material in the construction field, in which the materials like Cement, Aggregates and sand are used in prescribed ratios. The aggregates among these elements is the heaviest material which would increase the dead weight of the concrete which will make the job tougher in lifting the concrete for major heights. Getting into our project we use coconut shell which has similar mechanical properties as of aggregates to make the concrete lighter in weight and as we know that coconut shell wouldn't be as strong as aggregates, so we use steel fiber as the reinforcements to reduce the ability of cracks and hence there will be an increase in the toughness of the concrete. In this research work coconut shell has been replaced with coarse aggregate in volumes and added steel fiber of 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% ratio of concrete to match the strength and crack opposing properties of the concrete. At 1% of addition of steel fiber there is a large development in the strength of concrete than that of the other percentages of addition. This would enable us to develop a light weight concrete with greater strength. Along with mechanical strength and toughness parameters.

This system design of a premature infants monitoring system based on wireless technology. A prototype is developed which gives a reliable and efficient baby monitoring system that can play a significant role in higher health care kid. In the baby monitoring system, the necessary parameters of the infant like, gas sensor, ventilation system, and GSM module. Baby lungs use the reverse pressure generated by contraction motion of the diaphragm to suck in air for breathing. A contradictory motion is used by a ventilator to inflate the lungs by pumping type motion. A ventilator mechanism must be able to deliver in the range of 10 - 30 breaths per minute, with the ability to adjust rising increments in sets of 2. Along with this the ventilator must have the ability to adjust the air volume pushed into lungs in each breath. The last but now the least is the setting to adjust the time duration for inhalation to exhalation ratio. Apart from this the ventilator must be able to monitor the baby's blood oxygen level and exhaled lung pressure to avoid over/under air pressure simultaneously. GSM module is designed for wireless radiation monitoring through Short Messaging Service (SMS) will be displayed in the mobile through notification. If the readings seem abnormal, the caretaker along with the parents will get an alert message. This monitoring system is a highly efficient IOT based system for real-time monitoring with the best security measures and alerts.

The core of the Indian economy is agriculture. India is a developing country, and as such, agriculture and industries based on crop products are crucial to the country's economy. The majority of Indians work in and depend on industries and businesses that are centred on agriculture. One of the many farm mechanisations is the soil tiller and weeder. Consider non-conventional energy sources in order to address the issues with fossil fuels. Regarding this concept, a solar-powered electrical tiller was created for this project. The four-wheel drive vehicle can be utilised for small-scale agriculture. The primary goal is to minimise the workforce because it is difficult to find labourers in the current environment, and Its primary goal is to minimise the workforce because labour is so hard to come by in the current economy. It also shortens the working day.

Afghan refugees in India have been living in the country for decades, with some even born and raised here. However, they still face a range of socio-economic challenges, such as lack of access to education, employment, and healthcare. This research paper examines the socio-economic dimensions of Afghan refugees in India. The study explores the challenges faced by Afghan refugees in India, including their legal status, employment, housing, education, healthcare, and discrimination. The research employs a qualitative methodology to collect and analyze data from Afghan refugees living in India, civil society organizations, and government officials. The study's findings highlight the significant challenges faced by Afghan refugees in India and the need for coordinated efforts from various stakeholders to address these challenges. The study also provides recommendations to address these challenges, which can be useful for policymakers, NGOs, and other stakeholders working to improve the lives of Afghan refugees in India.

The term dystopia can be defined in relation to word utopia. Dystopia is simply anti-utopia or counter utopia. Utopia is good place, but also nonexistent place. Utopias are too good to be existent in this world. The origin of dystopian fiction can be traced back to the science fiction popularized by H.G. Wells. The rise of authoritarian and totalitarian governments, the curtailment of freedom, class division, and climate change gave impetus to dystopian writings. The advancement in science and technology also encouraged the development of dystopian fiction. Generally dystopias are set in the distant future. Some of the common themes in dystopian fiction are hazards of climate change, extinction of human race, the threat of nuclear war, and the exploitation of humans by absolutist governments. The rise of the machines is another common theme in it. They are also a satirical commentary and potent attack on contemporary political and social condition. Aldus Huxley, David Mitchell, Suzanne Collins, Ray Bradburry are some of the prominent writers of dystopian fiction in English.

Literature festivals as cultural events have situated themselves at a rather peculiar junction of criticism. On one hand, they are critiqued for their close allegiance to commerce, and by extension consumerism. On the other hand, as the number of literature festivals and the presence of authors and thinkers and crowd participation in them seemingly grow, it paves way for their interpretations of potentially democratizing literature. What this paper does, is attempt to analyse the pertinence of several criticisms that surround literature festivals as cultural events and argue that it is in the very polemical nature of such events, can we perhaps try and understand how literature itself is experienced in present times and the strangeness that lies in the nature of literature itself, especially in conjunction with modernity.
