Internet is the network of info. It is the popular source of data in present days, every one use it to get the information. Data is the core component which is distributed among the network as such multiple users can access it at the same time. For strangers to discover the address via internet is very easy today. But the data present on it is changing day to day; to update info on all resources on the network is complex. Ontology is the network of semantic facts connected in a manner to represent the relationship among facts. Tourism has been growing exponentially in present day. The main goal of this paper is to replace the obsolete data present over internet with the semantic data using ontology.

Precambrian basement rocks of Karnataka composed of active and dynamic geological settings with economic mineral deposits and variety of gemstones. These gemstones were noticed all along the lithological contacts of Green stone & Schist Belts, younger granites and granitoids of Dharwar Craton. Corundum is a rock-forming mineral occurs in igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks which represent rich amount of Aluminium oxides (Al2O3) in hexagonal crystal structure. The extreme hardness of corundum makes an excellent abrasive for industrial uses. The present study aims to characterize the spectral behavior of Corundum and associated rocks using Spectro-radiometer instrument calibrating in between 400-2500 nm wavelength. Spectro-radiometer instrument records 10 nm resolution data to bring out diagnostic features on lithological contacts for better discrimination of gemstones and altered minerals. The final results highlight the spectral characters of corundum and associated rocks for better mapping and exploration in similar terrains of Karnataka State.

Geomorphologic mapping is a fundamental technique of producing valuable base data for land management and geomorphologic risk management, also providing data for other sectors of landscape ecology, forestry or soil science. Traditionally, geomorphologic mapping was based upon using information from the field survey and the interpretation of satellite data, photographs, and Toposheets. Recent advances geospatial techniques such as remote sensing, geographical information system and global positioning system have led to a revolution in the field of geomorphologic mapping. This paper provides geomorphic mapping of Fatehabad district in Haryana. Fatehabad district lies between the latitude 28o48’15” to 29017’10” N and longitude 76028’40” to 77012’45” E. it covers an area of 2538 sq.km2.in this study IRS-P6-LISS-IIIhas been used for geomorphologic mapping in Arc Map-Arc Info 9.3 GIS software. Field visit has been done at selected points to verify the geomorphic units and take their GPS value. In the district, Older Alluvial Plain, Aeolian plain, Sand Dune, Sand Dune Complex, Palaeochannel and Older Flood Plain have been demarcated. Older Alluvial covers the largest area of 1498.94 sq. km2 which is 59.09% of total area. After that Aeolian plain, Older Flood Plain, Palaeochannel, Dune Complex, Ghaggar River, Sand Dune cover 411.80 sq. km2, 368.84 sq.km2., 86.68 sq km2, 70.48 sq km2, 70.4 sq km2 and 30.86 sq km2 which is 16.22%, 14.53%, 3.41%, 2.77%, 2.77% and 1.21% This study gives a glance view of geomorphic unit in Fatehabad district for further development and management of land use and land cover.

Children are the first call on agenda of human resource development – not only because young children are most vulnerable, but because the foundation for lifelong learning and human development is laid in these crucial years. It is now globally admitted that investment in human resource development is necessary for economic development of any nation. India is the home to the largest population of children in the world “the development of children is the first priority on the country’s development agenda, not because they are most vulnerable, but because they are our supreme assets and also the future of human resources of the country”. In these words, our tenth five year plan (2002-07) underlines the fact that the future of India lies in the future of Indian children. Most of the children who are below six year of age have inadequate access to the health care, nutrition, sanitation, child care, early stimulation, etc. to ensure that all the young children, even those from the vulnerable sections of the society have access to their basic rights, ICDS was launched in 2 Oct, 1975 to provide a package of services to ensure their holistic development. The main objective of this programme is to cater the needs of development of children in the age group of 0-6 years. Preschool education aims at ensuring holistic development of the children and to provide learning environment to the children which is helpful for their social, emotional and cognitive development. Under the ICDS, one trained person is allotted to a population of 800 appox, to bridge the gap between the person and organised health care, and focus on health and educational needs of children aged 0-6 years. This person is the Anganwadi worker. The present paper highlights the status of the training of the anganwadi workers towards their duties and also the impact of the preschool education provided by anganwadi workers on the children. This paper is based on the data collected from both the primary and secondary sources. This study shows the positive impact of the training of the anganwadi workers on children learning.

Ayurveda with the hallmark of ancient science of life and health has been practicing in most classical way. The challenges and opportunities like globalisation, patent, intellectual property rights issues and bio piracyneeds to modernise the ancient system in pace and in line with the development of science and technology. Indeed, Ayurveda is needed to restructure in the global context to meet the rising demands of a cyber-society with the application of information and communication technology which not only help to increase the reach but also will make Ayurveda truly a way of life globally. The Electronic Health Records or any online information management system can be seen as an important tool in gathering complete data of the patient during routine, follow-up and emergency care. It also demands the need of these technologies in Ayurveda to improve the practices of documentation, dissemination and availability of patient data to the practitioners as well as to reach out to the maximum.
