Most commercial real estate (CRE) Digital Twin (DT) pilots fail to scale due to fragmented lifecycle data across BIM, building systems, IoT, and enterprise platforms. These disconnected systems lack shared asset identity and interoperability, limiting operational value. This paper introduces CREST (Commercial Real Estate Smart Twin), a seven-tier framework linking strategic intent to measurable outcomes across the CRE lifecycle. The framework integrates Strategic Canvas, Value Streams, Adoption Model, Reference Architecture, Deployment Playbook, Maturity Model, and ROI Matrix. Grounded in digital twin literature, industry architectures, and evidence from 80+ CRE deployments, CREST addresses key barriers including data fragmentation, reactive maintenance, ESG reporting complexity, and space utilization volatility. It embeds governance, data standards, and integration patterns to enable scalable implementation. Empirical results indicate improvements such as reduced project delays, enhanced tenant satisfaction, and lower operational costs. CREST contributes a practical, lifecycle-integrated blueprint for deploying digital twins at both building and portfolio scale.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most prevalent sustained cardiac arrhythmia encountered in clinical practice and is associated with a significantly increased risk of ischemic stroke. Anticoagulant therapy is crucial for lowering the risk of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF), and because of their fixed dosage, predictable pharmacokinetics, and reduced dietary and medication interactions, Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs) are gradually taking the place of conventional vitamin K antagonists. Despite these benefits, real-world DOAC prescribing practices frequently deviate from professional recommendations because of things like patient characteristics, comorbidities, physician choice, and limitations in the healthcare system. To find practice gaps and improve patient outcomes, it is essential to comprehend these prescribing trends in the context of stroke patients who have AF. Furthermore, reducing adverse drug events depends on medication reconciliation, which makes sure that complete and correct prescription information is shared across care transitions. Although patient counselling has been acknowledged as a crucial tactic to improve drug comprehension and adherence, little is known about how well it works to improve medication reconciliation outcomes for stroke patients receiving DOAC therapy

Fast changes in how people connect through technology have reshaped daily interactions today. Because of apps and websites, talking across distances feels normal now. These tools help students learn, companies run, and friends stay close. Still, some misuse them - like using fake trust to harass others online. New ways to reach people often bring unexpected risks too. What happens when someone harasses another person using the internet often shows up on apps or sites where people chat or share things. Messages with sexual content appear unexpectedly, sometimes alongside images shared without permission. Stalking takes place across message threads that never seem to stop. Comments filled with sexual insults pop up in replies or posts. Threats of sexual harm arrive through private notes or public rants. Aiming to explore online sexual harassment through law and crime studies forms the core of this work. Looking at what drives those who offend comes before considering how website layouts may encourage harmful acts. Digital spaces shape behaviour in ways that quietly support abuse, a point often missed. Laws meant to handle internet crimes in India get reviewed here too, though they sometimes fall short. What rules exist now must face real patterns of misuse. Young people today find it easier than ever to reach smartphones and social media. Without strong checks, kids slip into digital areas meant for older users. Many websites fail to confirm user ages, leaving gaps that underage visitors quickly fill. These open doors lead straight to risky material and unwanted attention. Being online without guidance raises the chance of facing abuse. Loose rules mean less protection when they explore virtual worlds. One idea from the research points to tighter checks for user ages on social networks. Stopping images of naked bodies or sexual material before they go live is another step suggested. Platforms could face real consequences if harmful behavior spreads under their watch. Teaching people how to stay safer online appears high on the list of fixes. Looking into internet crimes might get more effective with better tools and training. Starting fresh, safety online grows when laws adapt, tools improve, while people learn. A mix of updated rules, better tech defenses, followed by informed users shapes calmer spaces. Protection clicks only if policy shifts happen alongside software changes, paired with everyday understanding. Without one piece, progress stalls - each part leans on the others. When law catches up, systems adjust, minds open, risk drops. A Legal and Criminological Look at Online Sexual Harassment and the Actions of Those Accused.

Steel is more than just a metal; it is the backbone of the modern world. As technology evolves, so does the way we make steel becomes cleaner, faster and smarter than ever before. To meet these requirements, new emerging trends must be introduced. In steelmaking, oxidation of the impurity presents in the hot metal coming from the blast furnace to selectively eliminate them. The steelmaking industry is experiencing a major transformation driven by technological advances and emerging trends that focus on improving efficiency, sustainability and economic adaptability. With the rising global demand for steel, particularly in developing countries, the industry is exploring different routes for reducing greenhouse gas emission, while enhancing production by automation of process and cost-effectiveness by reducing the overall energy consumption in this process. One of the key advancements in recent years is the reduction of total energy consumption by 4 to 5 GJ per ton in steelmaking, bringing it to an average of 19 GJ per ton from 24 GJ per ton. Additionally, efforts are being made to develop green steel with significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, Artificial Intelligence in Industry 4.0 is being adopted for advanced data analytics and is increasingly applied to optimize production, improve quality control, and predict equipment maintenance. In Industry 5.0, human-AI collaboration is being used to automate processes in steel industry is also currently under development. The aim of the present work is to gain an insight into the recent advancement in steel industry and to deeply probe into the emerging techniques to achieve the goal.
