Abstract
The paper, Theories Of The Gaze insights,women to be an equal in the aspects of looking at literal and metaphysical. With reference of serious writers, the theory associates with ideas and concepts from movements and theories. John Berger’s “ Essays of Seeing” outlays the theory and Hawthern elaborates the theory in the aspects of interpersonal looking. Michael Argyle and mark Code’s Gaze and mutual gaze look in Lyads and cultures in looking bahaviour . Writers, Simende de Beauvoir, Ruth Sherry ,Elain Showalter and Margaret Atwood are gazed women in all aspects of social,political and cultural also they portray woman characters in superior stance and exhibit power to overcome the obstacles in daily life. The Gaze like mirror reflects in what aspects of looking at a person,especially woman in society and culture. The theory has made critics and readers of literary works more self aware and conscious .The focal of theory is to look at equal power relationship in our contemporary world.

Abstract
This is well known fact that not only large scale industries but also Micro, Small Medium Enterprises plays important role in the development of economy of the any country. In India MSME have been accepted as the engine of economic development for promoting equitable development. MSMEs represent over 90 percent of total enterprises in most of the economics and are credited with generating the highest rate of employment development and account for a major share of industrial production and exports. MSMEs not only play crucial role in providing large employment opportunities at comparatively lower capital cost than large industries but also help in industrialization of rural and backward areas, thereby reducing regional imbalances, assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealth. MSME are complementary to large industries as ancillary units and this sector contributes enormously to the socio economic development of the country. This paper closely analysis the development and development of MSME in India and performance of MSME in India.Demonetization is a radical in this regard the present study is one of ant work to study the impact of demonetization in India with primary data study.

Abstract
In this project first we collect Rain Water on the roof by means of various basins. This basin water is supplied into the tank by means of various pipes. The drain pipe is designed according to discharge of rainfall. The tank design is basically of underground type in rectangular shape. We calculate water demand of the institute in one year. The tank design is for the peak discharge coming from the rainfall, which is mostly occurred in the August month. And the water collected is can be used for various purpose like drinking, flushing, and gardening. A slow sand filter is design and it is placed after the tank. A gutter is provided to collect the filter water.

Abstract
Driving safety is of significance in the automobile industry and transportation systems. Pavement skid resistance has long been recognized as the most important parameter in reducing traffic accidents especially in wet conditions. The knowledge of the friction coefficient and skid resistance is very valuable information for safety enhancement of roads. Thus, it is important to find proper methods for measuring skid resistance and frictional properties of the pavement surface. There is a wide range of measurement methods and devices for measuring skid resistance. This paper presents a review on the research studies that have been done on characterization of the frictional properties of the pavement surface and discussed methods used for measurement and evaluation of texture characteristics and the strengths and weak- nesses of these methods. Finally, some ideas have been suggested to develop new methods for better and proper measurement of skid resistance.

Abstract
Origin of wheel was started in Neolithic period in prehistoric times. Since then man a lot improvement in this technology time to time.
