This study applies queuing theory to hospital management. The purpose of this study is to describe and categorize issues of urgency in medical cases with respect to patient allocation issues. It employs first-come-first-served, queue-discipline, Poisson arrival of patients and exponential service time, first-come-first-served, queue-discipline. A queue model used to estimate patient wait times, service consumption, model system design, and reservation system ratings. A queuing system helps minimize patient wait times and reduce server load. H. Doctors, nurses, hospital beds, etc. Queues are not new, but hospitals have recently started using them effectively.

This paper proposes an authentication system that combines One-Time Password (OTP) and Quick Response (QR) code technologies to enhance security and user experience. The system generates an OTP and a unique QR code for each authentication attempt, which can be scanned using a mobile device to complete the authentication process. The QR code contains encrypted information about the user's identity and the OTP, which is verified by the server. The proposed system provides a secure, convenient, and efficient method for user authentication, which is crucial in today's digital world. An e-authentication system that uses OTP and QR code technology is a secure and efficient method for authenticating users in online transactions. This system combines the benefits of OTP and QR code technology to provide a two-factor authentication mechanism that is convenient for users and effective in preventing unauthorized access. This system aims to address the vulnerabilities of traditional username and password authentication by providing an additional layer of security through two-factor authentication. the system aims to prevent unauthorized access to online services and transactions. The system aims to provide a user-friendly and convenient authentication method that can be easily integrated into existing online platforms. It protect sensitive information and ensure that only authorized users can access online services and transactions.

Secondary iris cysts are a rare complication after cataract surgery. Reports of iris cysts after conventional phacoemulsification are rare. We report a case of an epithelial inclusion cyst of the iris after cataract surgery, causing elevated intraocular pressure, which was successfully treated with a neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd YAG) laser. No recurrence was found by slit lamp examination two months after treatment.

Abstract: This paper investigates the role of Insurance in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in India. SMEs have been accepted as a crucial component of an economy irrespective of the phase of development it is in. It is estimated that more than 95% of the enterprises across the world are SMEs, employing around 60% people in the private sector. The SMEs are considered key elements in the development of every nation. In India, SME sector contributed 28.77% in GDP in 2016-17 with 63 million enterprises and employment of 110 million people. Despite its size, SMEs cumulatively act as foundation of a stable economy and plays a significant role in the sustainable economic growth of a nation. However, the inherent features of SMEs including limited financial and managerial capability cause them to face financial and strategic risks. Sustainability of the SMEs can be supported by eliminating the credit gap and ensuring enhanced access to finance. The provision of financial support by financial intermediaries like banks can be augmented with proper risk management by the SMEs with the help of Insurance Sector. The study concludes that insurance can play a significant role in the development of SMEs by providing them adequate risk protection and thus enhancing their access to finance

This paper explores the representation, comparison of growth and development pattern, the desires, will power, priorities of zero woman and hundred percent woman. A hundred percent woman is she who lives her life according to her husband, father, father-in-law, and those women who have a male outlook towards the society. They are fully woman, one hundred percent woman because they have considered the males as their lords, leaders in their life and they possess all the qualities that make a person a woman as per the patriarchal society. On the other hand, the zero woman is she who has her own life, who follows what she wants in her life, who considers herself as the sailor of her own ship, who searches for her own identity, her own capabilities and she becomes zero woman because she does not possess those qualities that are labelled as womanish by the male dominated society.

The problem of administrative discretion is complex. It is true that in any intensive form of government, the government cannot function without the exercise of some discretion by the officials. But it is equally true that absolute discretion is a ruthless master. Therefore, there has been a constant conflict between the claims of the administration to an absolute discretion and the claims of subjects to a reasonable exercise of it.The area of preventive detention is very much administrative-ridden. The law has been so designed as to leave a very wide discretion with administrative authorities to order preventive detention of a person. However, the courts have been conscious of the fact that preventive detention affects one of the most cherished rights of a human being, namely, the freedom of the person and have, therefore, gradually evolved a few principles to control administrative discretion in the area in order to safeguard the individual's freedom from undue exercise of power.
