The agricultural sector often faces significant inefficiencies due to the dominance of traditional market structures where intermediaries play a major role. This reliance on middlemen frequently results in reduced earnings for farmers and increased costs for consumers, creating a disconnect in the supply chain. To address these challenges, a web-based application for direct market access for farmers aims to provide a digital platform that connects farmers directly with buyers, including wholesalers, retailers, and individual consumers. By removing intermediaries, the application ensures fair pricing for agricultural produce, increases farmers' profits, and offers buyers access to fresh, high-quality products at competitive rates. This web-based solution functions as a comprehensive marketplace where farmers can register, create profiles, and list their produce, complete with details such as quantity, price, and expected availability. Buyers, in turn, can browse through these listings, make price comparisons, and place orders directly with farmers. The platform emphasizes transparency and simplicity, fostering trust and encouraging direct trade between farmers and buyers. By streamlining this interaction, the application not only benefits farmers economically but also empowers buyers to make more informed purchasing decisions. To enhance its functionality and provide a seamless experience, the platform integrates a range of features designed to optimize the supply chain. Farmers can update their product listings in real time, ensuring buyers always have access to the latest information. Secure payment mechanisms allow transactions to be processed efficiently, while integrated logistics support ensures timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. The platform also offers market analytics and demand forecasting, enabling farmers to align their production and sales strategies with market trends. Through these tools, farmers can make data-driven decisions that maximize their profitability while minimizing waste. In addition, the application incorporates support services to aid users, such as instructional resources, responsive customer service, and community forums that promote knowledge sharing and collaboration. By leveraging modern web technologies, the platform not only addresses inefficiencies in the agricultural value chain but also fosters sustainable practices. This innovation strengthens the economic resilience of farmers, supports local food systems, and contributes to food security and rural development, ultimately transforming the agricultural landscape into a more equitable and efficient ecosystem.

State government work includes numerous transactions regarding various projects throughout the state. This includes the grant of new measures, initiatives, projects, contracts, and farmer plans. One of the most difficult factors targeted at Top is low levels of corruption, difficult to follow, and can deny the state. Due to the current system, persecution is very problematic, which provides the poor people with services that are difficult to pursue. In this case, we use blockchains that allow encryption and transaction security at every stage, and at the same time, maintain transparency so that all transactions are supported in the detection of their credibility. Therefore, we present a framework for using blockchain innovation and full fund transmission systems. Blockchain contains a growing list of data records called blocks. Cryptographically hashed data, a timestamp, and recent transactions are included in each block. To further enhance the system's ability to detect misuse, we integrate machine learning techniques that analyze transaction patterns to identify and flag potentially fraudulent activities automatically, increasing accountability and reducing manual oversight.

Trade unions have historically performed a significant role in protecting and promoting labour rights and welfare. But unfortunately, with the emergence of globalisation, trade unions are in crisis. The majority of the unorganised labourers are beyond the influence of labour unions. Only employees of the formal sector are enjoying the support of unions in crucial situations. Indian trade unions are also facing certain challenges, including organisational issues of the trade unions themselves. In this situation, trade unions and their leaders should thoroughly study the basic issues of labour markets and policies of governments and employers and act as the true representatives of Indian labourers irrespective of sector.

Wind energy has emerged as one of the most promising sources of renewable energy, with wind turbine rotor blades serving as a critical component in converting wind into mechanical power. The performance, durability, and efficiency of these blades significantly influence the overall output of the turbine. This project focuses on the fabrication and modal analysis of a wind turbine rotor blade to evaluate its dynamic behaviour under operational conditions. The fabrication process involves the use of lightweight, high-strength composite materials such as, GFRP, CFRP, epoxy, polyester, graphene, and MWCNT. These materials are selected for their excellent mechanical properties, including high stiffness-to-weight ratios and resistance to environmental degradation. Fabrication is carried out using techniques like hand lay-up and vacuum bagging, ensuring precise layering and proper curing to achieve the desired blade shape and structural integrity. Following fabrication, modal analysis is performed to study the blade's vibrational characteristics. This analysis identifies the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the rotor blade, which are essential for understanding its dynamic response to external excitations like wind gusts and mechanical vibrations. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools are used to create a detailed model of the blade, and boundary conditions are applied to simulate real-world mounting scenarios. Understanding the modal behaviour is crucial to prevent resonance, which can lead to structural failure or reduced operational life. The results from the modal analysis provide valuable insights for optimizing blade design, enhancing reliability, and ensuring safe and efficient turbine operation. This project demonstrates the integration of advanced manufacturing and analytical techniques to improve the design and functionality of wind turbine rotor blades, supporting the continued growth of clean energy technologies.
