Forecasting is crucial in supply chain management, influencing inventory control, production planning, and customer satisfaction. As supply chains grow more complex and volatile, traditional forecasting methods often fail to deliver accurate and timely insights. This paper examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI)-based forecasting models on supply chain resilience and operational efficiency. Using a combination of literature review, industry case studies, and simulation modeling, we demonstrate that AI-driven forecasting improves demand prediction accuracy, reduces the bullwhip effect, and enhances overall performance. The results show that organizations adopting AI-powered forecasting can achieve significant gains in efficiency and adaptability, particularly in response to supply chain disruptions. These findings offer valuable guidance for businesses seeking to implement AI technologies to optimize supply chain operations.

In the current medical insurance claims process, there are problems of low efficiency and complex services. When a patient applies for medical insurance claims, he/she must go to the hospital to apply for a diagnosis certificate and receipt and then send the relevant application documents to the insurance company. The patient will not receive compensation until the company completes the verification with the patient's hospital. However, we can improve the current dilemma through blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can effectively open up the information channels of the insurance industry and medical institutions, promote industry integration, and enhance the ability of insurance companies to obtain information. In this project we proposed an integrated healthcare system in which all the hospitals and insurance companies will be able to do registration in our system. The patient's health record eg medical bills, reports, admit cards etc will be maintained on blockchain servers in encrypted format and patient will be able to claim the insurance. The insurance company will be able to review all the bills and reports. As all data is maintained on blockchain servers there is no possibility of manipulation in bills and reports hence transparency will be maintained and security of the claims processing will be increased. This blockchain-based approach offers significant improvements in data privacy, security, and efficiency, and has the potential to revolutionize the management of healthcare records by ensuring that all critical healthcare information--patient data, medical documents, and insurance records--are securely and transparently handled in a unified systemThe integration of these three key data sets within a single blockchain framework ensures seamless interaction and verification of records across all stakeholders. The use of a decentralized ledger enhances data security, reduces fraud, and provides an auditable trail of all transactions, ensuring accountability. Furthermore, the system allows for faster claims processing, minimizes administrative overhead, and improves the accuracy of medical treatments by ensuring that accurate and up-to-date patient information is always available.[3]

We know India is a culturally rich and religiously diverse country.Every state has different taste of it which are unique in their own way .It is not possible to cover each of the rituals, traditions ,myths in one paper. For my paper i have focused on a ritual which is very significant to the Rajbangshi people of North Bengal especially in coochbehar. Every belief is related to the origin of any community and interrelated with the heritage of them hence it becomes very important for them. The Rajbanshis worshiped many deities and perform many rituals. One such indigenous belief is 'Masan Puja'.It is losing its importance due to the modernisation and education in the community. This paper also covers the 'Masan painting' inspired by this deity masan that are used during the puja along with the idol. The purpose of this paper is to draw attention to the cultures of small tribal groups which are disappearing over time .

The Centralized Resource Administration Dashboard is a comprehensive and integrated platform designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of resource management within an organization. In many institutions and enterprises, resource tracking and administration are often fragmented across multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies, duplication of efforts, and difficulty in obtaining accurate data for decision-making. This dashboard addresses these challenges by consolidating all resource-related information--such as human resources, equipment, digital assets, infrastructure, and financial tools--into a single, centralized interface. With role-based access control, users can manage, monitor, and analyze resources according to their specific administrative level or department. The system provides real-time data visualization, automated notifications, and intelligent analytics to help users make informed decisions, reduce wastage, and optimize utilization. It includes features such as resource booking and allocation modules, request and approval workflows, performance tracking, usage history, and customizable reporting tools. Integration with existing enterprise systems (like HRM, ERP, or inventory software) is made possible through secure APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the organization. This centralized approach enhances organizational accountability by keeping a transparent record of resource movements and usage trends. It supports strategic planning and forecasting by offering valuable insights derived from historical and current data. The dashboard is built to be scalable and adaptable to different sectors, including education (for managing classrooms, labs, faculty), healthcare (equipment, staff, and facilities), corporate settings (project resources, departments, budgets), and government institutions (public assets, manpower, logistics). Ultimately, the Centralized Resource Administration Dashboard empowers organizations to reduce overhead, improve collaboration, and make smarter, data-driven administrative decisions. Technologically, CRAD can be built using a modern web stack, incorporating frameworks like React or Angular for the front end, and Node.js, Django, or Laravel for the back end. A robust database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB would store and manage resource data, while APIs facilitate integration with other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or HRM platforms. Security is a priority, with features like encrypted data transmission, audit logs, and user authentication systems ensuring that sensitive information remains protected.
