 Abstract

Emotional intelligence (EI) is a set of abilities pertaining emotions and emotional information. Emotional Intelligence has gained attention amongst organizational scholars, and research has clarified the definition of EI and illuminated its role in organizations. This study expects to explore the role of emotional intelligence in Human Resource Management, the executives and business enterprise in the perspective on proprietor administrators and workers. The exploration strategy utilized subjective technique to affirm the phenomenology enthusiasm by utilizing purposive inspecting technique that HR the board has positive relate with the business enterprises are including the enrolment procedure, preparing specialist, proficient profession improvement and reward framework effect to business person's information and advancement of corporate business in separately to bring a solid way. This research paper aims for looking at the research-based models of emotional intelligence and explored the role of emotional intelligence in the leaders of the organizations. A body of research supporting the value of emotional intelligence in today`s companies is being presented here. The role and importance of emotional intelligence in today`s situation to gain competitive advantage in the organizations are discussed.

 Abstract

Since the Primitive age, country like India, discrimination on the basis of caste, religion & gender remain active and found in every religion, one can not ignore it. Most dominantly, it works out by the Sawarn Hindus. Although, Government & even people are saying that now a days the un-touchability has been removed, there is no difference between a upper caste people and a lower caste man, yet it can be seen in every where in every filed like; at the time of birth of a child (in the sanskara time i.e. Naam karma sanskara), during the study time while studying in Schools, Colleges & even in the Universities, after study as Government servant in his offices & local temples of the nation. In this study, I would like to explain and discuss almost all the aspects of this discrimination with the argument that all the fake assertion of removing this ill practice of untouchability can be seen in every part of India at the time:

 Abstract

The slotted discs are important structural elements in engineering application. The turbine, brake disc and diaphragm clutch spring are the well-known examples of industrial application of annular disc with radial slots. Rotor discs with uniform radial slots are extensively used in the construction of aircraft, ships, automobiles, flywheels, circular saw plates, pressure vessel, missiles, ship structures and liquid containers. The knowledge of natural frequencies of components is of great interest in the study of response of structures to various excitations. Hence one of the application of rotor disc i.e. tile cutter with central hole fixed at inner edge and free at outer edge is chosen and its dynamic response is investigated in this present work. The natural frequencies are detected by hitting the disc with impact hammer; the response at a point is measured with the help of accelerometer. The Fast Fourier Transform analyzer analyzes the response given by accelerometer. The Finite Element Method software package (ANSYS) is used for vibration analysis of tile cutter of the same ratio of inner to outer radius having different number of teeth and different slot end hole diameter with the same boundary condition for determining different parameters such as natural frequency and mode shapes. The analytical and experimental results obtained are compared.

 Abstract

Geogrids are commonly used to reinforce retaining walls, as well as subbases or subsoils below roads or structures. Soils pull apart under tension. Compared to soil, geogrids are strong in tension. Geosynthetic-reinforced soil technique has been increasingly used in civil engineering practice over the last two decades. This paper presents the results of a series of experimental investigation supported by numerical analysis to examine the behavior of geogrid reinforcing element under different conditions. The test results demonstrated the potential benefit of using geosynthetic-reinforced soil in pavements. The purpose of the study is to numerically simulate the response of geosynthetic reinforcement to CBR results

 Abstract

Children constitute 39% of the population of India which is quite a major bulk and there is a lot of aspiration and hope to make this country a developed one in coming future. They are our future human resources and therefore getting them ready to face the challenges ahead is one of the visions of the country as a whole. The present study focuses on ensuring each child his/her rights to use the maximum potentialities to thrive. As per the mandate of United Nations Convention of Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the identification of the child rights is required. Then only the visibility of violation of child rights in families will be clear. Parents being the first custodian of the child and family play an important role in understanding child rights and promote to practice child friendly rearing style. The objectives of this current research are to internalize and sensitize the child rights congregated with rights based counseling approach in enhancing the childs strengths. In this light, the case study of a girl child is discussed. Parental involvement in maintaining child rights and the implication of rights based counseling approach brought positive changes and improved self-esteem, confidence, positivity, self acceptance, self respect and resilience in the child. Child rights being part of human rights need to be understood and to be exercised by each child irrespective of class, caste, race, religion, region etc .and genuine care and commitment are solicited from both micro and macro levels to function for the best interest of the children.

 Abstract

This paper describes an analytical solution for solving the heat conduction equation, which determines the exact temperature profile along with the thickness of the simply supported laminate. The further exponential varied thermal field has considered, and comparison with exact variation has carried out to suggest remarkable output in this area. Heat conductivity, modulus of elasticity, and coefficient of thermal expansion have graded exponentially in the thickness direction of laminates. An in-depth study in this area further leads to a concrete solution for stress analysis

 Abstract

Electric vehicles have seen unprecedented growth over the previous decade around the world. In this paper, we first discuss the scope and opportunities of Electric Vehicles in India. We also discuss various policies and frameworks in place by the Government of India. Then, we study the various case studies from around the world on adopting Electric Vehicles. We finally conclude with how India could implement and benefit from these strategies at the local as well as national level. In these research paper peoples mindsets about electric vehicles is analysed on the same ground various parameters that automobile companies and Government should before introducing electric vehicles to the society.

 Abstract

The highly competitive globalized environment results in increase in job pressure which lead to distract work-life balance among employees in corporate world. Retention, salary and job satisfaction are not only the reasons for employee to leave a company. Apart from that there is consequent intention in leaving the organization was employees struggle between their work and life. Work-life balance is the relationship between time and space of work & non-work in societies where income is predominantly generated and distributed through labour markets. Nowadays many of the organization started realizing it and the employers were providing work life assistance programs to enrich them further. The main purpose of this research is to study how employees manage their corporate and social lives including family. Work-life balance, in its broadest sense, is defined as a satisfactory level of involvement or fit between the multiple roles in a persons life (Hudson, 2005). In this study the paper reviews the work life balance policies impact towards employees work life balance, their performance and productivity as well as job satisfaction. Employers and employees together achieve appropriate way of handling the tension between the demand and roles of professional and personal lives.
