Soft skills are important because they help people to interact with each other effectively. In the workplace, developing soft skills can help employees to become better communicators, leaders, and problem solvers. Soft skills can be difficult to learn and practice, so studying them is an essential part of career advancement. The need for soft skills study by authors in the review of literature has been increasing in recent years. Many studies have highlighted the importance of soft skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving and decision-making for successful business performance. In addition, researchers have pointed out that these skills are imperative to career success, particularly in an increasingly competitive market. Furthermore, employers are placing a greater emphasis on these abilities when recruiting new hires. Therefore, it is essential that authors conducting a review of literature carefully consider the various factors of soft skills and evaluate the impact of soft skills on organizational performance and outcomes.

In today's era, vehicles are integral part of day-to-day life. Vehicle owners can minimize any problems or issues by regularly maintaining/servicing vehicles. Due to busy schedule of vehicle owner as well as long waiting time on service centre it is very difficult to get service of their vehicles within manageable time. By keeping the tight schedule of vehicle owner as well as service centre, we have developed a web application to automatize the entire service process. We have done thorough study of existing body of knowledge to evaluate the day-to-day activities/operations and transactions carried out within service centres. The researchers collected preliminary data and concluded that most of the service centres/garages still rely on traditional manual transactions. In this paper, authors have proposed an effective and efficient web-based portal for vehicle maintenance/service which can automatically control the entire manual process performed in the service centre while monitoring the repairs and services. Regular vehicle servicing is necessary to carry out checks different component of the vehicle in order to make sure proper and efficient operation of the vehicle. This system is beneficial for garage owners / admin user, mechanics and customers.

In last 2 years organizations have witnessed straining their cultural cohesiveness and social connections among team members. Fragmentation among teams in remote work is visible and has resulted in drop of cross functional collaboration. Therefore, re-building bonds, increase collaborative approaches of working and knitting affiliation among team members is critical in the new model of working. Keeping the workforce engaged in Hybrid/Flexible work is challenging but with regular feedback in this transitionary phase, where flexible work arrangements are being adopted by companies, it is critical to keep the workforce aligned to set objectives. The purpose of this paper was to study the mediating impact of feedback on the performance assessment process in the Hybrid work arrangement. A structured survey questionnaire instrument was deployed for collation of data and Process Macro was used for the mediation analysis. The research has projected the value derived from the regularity of objective feedback delivered in the Hybrid work Model in the post pandemic world. Consistent and objective feedback's mediation impact on the performance assessment in this transitionary work environment critically highlights the significance of the role that Managers in the Hybrid work Arrangement

One of the greatest inconveniences of building a world house is the exorbitant cost of the structure. The significant expense of building houses beneath the destitution line is quite possibly of the main human issue. Then again, expanding urbanization increments squander, particularly non-inexhaustible ones. A fitting way to deal with such a circumstance is to utilize a piece of the family squander as important materials for the development of the house, and furthermore to guarantee an agreeable space and satisfactory intensity for the occupants of the house. A plastic jug is viewed as a family squander that has strength properties and can be utilized as a material in house development rather than an ordinary material like block. The motivation behind this paper is to explore the utilization of plastic jugs as [1,2] civil waste in one structure and how this can prompt supportability. It likewise makes reference to far to set up and protect them concerning intensity and sound, and a few positive focuses that this material has over others. At last, it was reasoned that plastic jugs can be more productive contrasted with some regular structure materials, for example, block, concrete and ceramic block as far as different factors, for example, lead time, cost, conveying limit, adaptability, waste and energy proficiency.[5,6]

The effects of global warming make it difficult to plant in an uncontrolled environment. In the traditional way of farming, farmers require quality soil with natural mineral strength. It also requires labour costs for ploughing and weeding, and also requires a large amount of space and water. In the case of seasonal crops, the yield does not meet the needs of customers and the expectations of farmers in terms of productivity. For these reasons, a management method is needed that requires less cost factor requirements and is also easy to maintain and control important factors such as light, water temperature and humidity throughout the year. This proposed work presents a hydroponic style of farming, which is a way of growing plants without soil or sunlight. In this method, plants are grown with only the roots exposed to a mixture of ash fertilizer and water instead of underground soil. This method is a type of indoor farming style that is independent of the weather and also avoids the cost of ploughing and labour. Irrigation and humidity control is done using a microcontroller kit connected to a wireless sensor network with internet that senses humidity, temperature and water level. Using this IOT technology, an authorized person could monitor the growth status of plants in real time from a remote location. This technology helps effectively in the development of agriculture with minimal use of resources. Key words: - IOT, Intelligent Hydroponic Style, Wireless sensor Network

The United States relation with Afghanistan mainly becomes visible since 1921, however, the very first imprints of contact is of 1830, when Josia Harlan visited. Since then, the relation between two countries has gone through tremendous changes through different phases of history. This paper focuses on US-Afghan relations and American strategy in Afghanistan, particularly in 20th century. In 1910, An Afghan mission visited the United States to establish diplomatic ties. The United States assured helping Afghanistan to improve its standard of living under its policy to help developing nations. William Harrison Hornibrook was a non-resident US Envoy to Afghanistan from 1935 to 1936. In 1942, Kabul Legation was opened and Major Gordon Enders was appointed in Kabul. From 1942 to 1945 Engert represented United States and Ely Eliot Palmer followed him till 1948. Despite of its close relation with Germany, Afghanistan remained neutral during Second World War. Analyzing US policies in Afghanistan in 20th century needs a critical evaluation of chronological events that connect America with Afghanistan

Treatment of greywater for reuse has attained importance in the recent years, asits reuse can be a cost-effective alternative source for water. Many treatment systems were studied and optimized considering the minimum energy requirement and operational feasibility. Present study mostly focused on the optimization of process parameters. In the coagulation-flocculation process, the coagulant and flocculant dose were optimized with RSM and combination of the doses were applied (9 mg/l alum + 0.8 mg/l PE). The agitation rate of mixing was also optimized (18 RPM for slow mixing and 140 RPM for fast mixing). Sedimentation time was optimized and the optimum time found as 70 minutes. The dual media filtration with sand and GAC were optimized keeping the consideration of cost and efficiency, the GAC to sand depth ratio, initial COD concentration and flow rate was optimized using RSM (RSM suggest a GAC: sand =0.6). The treatment of real greywater was performed and the parameters measured were, COD and MBAS. Column study was carried out at optimized influencing parameters. The COD removal efficiency at flow rate 4 ml/min (0.76 m3/m2/h), 8 ml/min (1.52 m3/m2/h) and 12 ml/min (2.28 m3/m2/h) was observed as 75.73%, 69.90% and 62.14% after 1 h and 43.69%, 9.71% and 4.85% after 24 h, respectively. The MBAS removal at the same flow rate was observed as 93.81%, 81.50% and 76.92% after 1 h and 32.85%, 17.39% and 6.35% after 24 h, respectively.
