 Abstract

Farmwomen practice agriculture in tune with nature and nurture the crops, animals and other allied enterprises along with upbringing of children in a responsible manner. However, their roles and importance are not explicitly pronounced in technology development, dissemination, extension and policy formulation in many countries. In this context, women are critical to the well-being of farm households. Besides raising children and maintaining general health of their families, women are expected to prepare all meals, maintain the homestead, and assist in crop and animal production, tending to the. Perhaps, ironically, it is because they have so many responsibilities that they have been overlooked by agriculturalists and policy makers. To study the ergonomic appraisal of different types of kutlas used in weeding activity, to find out the acceptability of various kutlas by the respondents

 Abstract

Background: Cytology of thyroid lesion has very bad prognostic because 5 to 6% of lesions are found to be malignant. Hence such lesions should not be ignored and treated at the initial stage to avoid morbidity and mortality. Method: 142 (one hundred forty two) adult patients aged between 20 to 50 year were having thyroid swellings were studied by FNAC technique and classified with cytological examination based on Bethesda classification of 6 groups. Results: 10 (7.04%) were ND/USA, 112 (78.8%) were Benign, 4 (2.8%) FN/SFN, 3 (2.11%) SFM, 9 (6.8%) Malignancy Conclusion: This early pragmatic cyto-pathological study will be the tool for oncological surgeons to treat such patients efficiently and avoid morbidity and mortality so that such patients can lead normal life.

 Abstract

The world is in the middle of revolution in the way that work is done, more like the transition from agricultural age to industrial age. Robotic revolution will place the 21st century at a crucial place in history. When it comes to the role of robotics, artificial intelligence with a layer of automation can provide us with more accurate and efficient results. A knowledge gap still persists about organisational implications, when it comes to HR collaboration. Human Resources are considered as the backbone of any business or an industry. It plays a pre-planned role in managing and engaging employees, retention, payroll, to meet the object and purpose of the ultimate goal. As per the study of present market Robotics adoption increases the production of the economy. It is now proven to be a fertile arena for the application and adoption of Robotic Process Automation. This study helps to understand the robotic implications and how it replaces the human power. This paper tries to study the impacts, advantages and limitations of the RPA.
