Water existed on earth as early as 3000 million years ago. It is the commonest fluid in nature which is consumed by us in all means. We know that with the progress of science and use of certain chemicals for several activities especially agricultural activities the dangers of these chemicals entering our body through drinking water are also increasing at an alarming level. Testing water samples from diferent areas on regular intervals is necessary. This will ensure that the water source is being properly protected from potential contamination, and appropriate treatment is selected and operated properly. This report presents water quality data collected from various sources and analysed by following chemical parameters.The result is focused on the determination of presence of salts in water of rural areas of Sonipat district of Haryana, such as, Chloride, Nitrates, Sulphates, Fluoride and Iron according to BIS standards.

Nano-materials can be characterized as solids having measurements in the nanometer system. So, nanomaterials structure a unique class of materials that lie in the area that is in the middle of two limits i.e. mass solids and atoms. Solids and atoms have been contemplated and seen very well, anyway nanomaterials show properties that are totally not the same as both of the two. The properties of these materials are described by a particular length scale, normally underneath ~ 100 nm. In the event that the actual size of the material is decreased underneath this length scale, it's all properties like mechanical, strength, warm, optical, attractive, directing and so forth changes and become touchy to its size and shape. The purpose behind the variety in properties with size of the materials originates from very enormous surface-to-volume proportion. As such, nanomaterials have enormous number of particles on their surface when contrasted with those in the inside. Nanoscale metals/metal oxides/metal sulfides show electro-optical and mechanical properties that are not quite the same as their mass partners are promising materials for a few innovative applications, for example, photograph warm transformation, catalysis, sensors and so forth. The rapid increase in the use and availability of colored photocopiers and printers has made them an efficient tool for manipulating or duplicating genuine documents. Such instruments provide good resolution, high output of multiple copies with automatic feed and sorting facilities, which leads to the abuse of colored photocopies and printouts in a safer and sophisticated manner. Examining these duplicate documents always imposes challenges for the experts as they appear as good as genuine documents. Also, because of the similarity in the working principle of digital photocopiers and laserjet printers, the documents produced by such techniques give a similar appearance. This paper aims to enlist some physical characteristics that can significantly differentiate between the colored digital photocopy and colored laserjet printout, which can help a document expert determine forgery done using such techniques.
