 Abstract

The paper focuses on identifying and studying the impact of employer branding on attracting the final year undergraduate management students to the banking industry in India. Employer branding in general is an employer�s reputation as a place to work and it is how the organization represents itself to the potential and the current employees. Employer branding in the paper has been considered as primarily comprising of job awareness and company characteristics in terms of workplace environment. The data collection was implemented through a survey conducted across business schools in India through an online questionnaire, with a sample size of 276 respondents from different undergraduate course backgrounds. Considering the dynamic disruptions surfacing in the Indian banking industry in the last few years, the paper attempts to establish a relationship on the impact of employer branding on attracting the best talent from the B-schools.

 Abstract

Abstract: Thus we manufactured polymer matrix composites of different combinations of vinyl ester and polyurethane successfully. And also the heat distortion test is done. The heat distortion temperature for every specimen is found by using the warmth distortion kit and therefore the readings are tabulated and compared by graph. The proportion 40:60 and 20:80 doesn't formed as perfect IPN hence it's found that 80% vinyl ester and 20%polyurethane have good elasticity and toughness as compared with other proportions.

 Abstract

Radicular Cysts are believed to be formed from epithelial cell rests of Malassez (ERM), which are remnants of Hertwig�s epithelial root sheath, present within the periodontal ligament.(1) Radicular cyst is one of the most frequently occurring cysts in the oral cavity usually accompanied by infection or an infectious disease that is followed by enlargement. They are the most common odontogenic cyst affecting Maxilla more than three times the mandible.(2) Around 60% of all jaw cysts are radicular or residual cysts. The cyst reflects a chronic inflammatory cycle and only grows over an extended time period. Some studies in the UK and South Africa have shown that radicular cysts occur more frequently in males between the third and fifth decades of life and more frequently found in the anterior maxilla than other parts of the mouth.(3) Cyst treatment may be done by surgical or non-surgical methods; either by marsupilization or enucleation, depending on the size and location of the lesion, the bone integrity of the cystic wall and its proximity to vital structures. (4) After the marsupilization or enucleation of the cyst ,moderate to large cystic cavity remains which can be either left to heal by itself or filled with various types of bone grafts are used such as autogenous graft, allogeneic graft, alloplastic graft and Xenogeneic graft to promote sufficient periapical wound healing.

Since we are in the twenty first century parents of small child are do jobs or work. They might have work to be done at home also. So simultaneously doing work and monitoring the baby could be trouble. So, for these many kinds of parent we are developing a cradle which consist of too many useful features. Cradle system has ability to send alert when baby is crying, it can also swing automatically when baby is crying. Cradle system also gives alert when baby does potty in the cradle. Cradle also has the ability to send alert regarding body temperature of the baby. There is some High alert also available regarding babies� health. Likewise, there are multiple features in the cradle system. For sending the alert we are using GSM module. Cradle system is the solution of the multiple problems.
