Translation is a courier for the transmission of knowledge. It can also be called a kind of recreational activity. In present day, translation is recognized as a great artistic work and skill. We are going to study the main roles of translation in transferring cultural concepts between two or more language and some difficulties that translators face in this process. We know that translation plays in important role of crossing through different cultures and communication. Therefore, translation is one of the fundamental and essential ways in transferring culture, but there are some limitations also. It is a protection of cultural heritage and of the human civilization. It is not an intellectual property of a community or a tribe.

In people with diabetes blood sugar levels remains high. This may be because insulin is not being produced at all or it is not made at sufficient levels, or is not effective as it should be. The most common forms of diabetes are type-1diabetes (5%), which is an autoimmune disorder, and type-2 diabetes (95%), which is associated with obesity. Gestational diabetes is a form of diabetes that occurs in pregnancy, and other forms of diabetes are very rare and are caused by a single gene mutation. For many years, scientists have been searching for clues in our genetic makeup that may explain why some people are more likely to get diabetes than other. The genetic landscape of diabetes introduces some of the genes that have been suggested to play a role in the development of diabetes.

Rhododendron arboreum Sm., commonly known as Burans, belongs to family Ericaceae. It is an ethanomedicinal plant used by the locals of Himachal Pradesh in nasal bleeding, cardiac and menstrual disorders. The present study deals with molecular characterization of leaves through RAPD study. Fresh leaves of Rhododendron arboreum Sm. were collected from its natural habitat, Jhatingri, Himachal Pradesh during April 2018 and sent for Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA analysis at Food testing laboratory, Junagadh Agriculture University, Gujarat. All the primers gave good band patterns. Total 27 bands are produced from the primers. viz. among 14 very clear bright bands and 16 light bands. Primer 4 shows maximum no of bright bands. Only sample 4 and sample 9 produce bands above 1000 bp. The results obtained from the study help in generating RAPD profile of Rhododendron arboreum Sm. that can be used further for authentication purpose.

The study mainly deals with analysis of HighSchool Mizo Textbooks prescribed by Mizoram Board of School Education in terms of the physical aspects which includes cover design, printing and layout, font size, price, quality of papers and illustrations, and the development of structures and vocabularies such as spelling, punctuation, glossaries, sentences etc. for the development of language skills. It was observed that the textbooks cover designs were unattractive where the weights were convenient for the students and the prices were affordable too. Illustrations were not given in both the textbooks although the printing and layout of the textbooks were satisfactory. There were no spelling mistake, incorrect punctuation and sentences to be found, the glossaries presented were sufficient but were less presented in the exercises for the students to apply it in meaningful way. However, some suggestions were also discussed based on the observation.

ABSTRACT: Indian agriculture has shown a steadily rising trend in Per Capita Agricultural Gross Value Added (PCAGVA) despite facing considerable barriers since independence. If compared with other nations, the trend of per capita agricultural value added may be ordinary. However, the role of the Green Revolution has remained helpful to achieve a modesty regarding per capita agricultural value added trend in India. Reasons of worries and limitations remain still. This paper tries to address towards those worries.
