The present study entitled Emotional Maturity among Higher Secondary School Students of Aizawl City: A Comparative Study was conducted on 200 students of two Deficit and two Private Higher Secondary Schools in Aizawl City. From the four schools selected, data was collected using The Emotional Maturity Scale developed by Dr.Yashvir Singh and Dr. Mahesh Bhargava. The present study is an attempt to provide a clear picture on the emotional maturity of Higher Secondary School students in Aizawl City. The comparison on the emotional maturity reveals no significant difference among higher secondary school students based on their type of school and stream of study.

Agricultural land suitability analysis is a prerequisite for sustainable agriculture. In that process geo environmental parameters and the expertise of computer scientist to analyze and interpret the information is required. It involves evaluation criteria, ranging from soil fertility, communication, infrastructure, irrigation facility, agricultural land etc. The inappropriate use of land without suitability analysis may lead to ecological, economic and social problem. Multi-criteria decision making techniques like ranking and rating are used for suitability analysis with the help of Remote Sensing (RS) and GIS techniques. In this work using the high resolution Sentinel 2B optical data and also used Google Earth Engine (GEE) for extract agriculture land. The present study highlights the land suitability analysis and socio economic status of some places of Sankrail block and Gopiballavpur-II block, Jhargram District, West Bengal, India. Its main feature was to support of GIS capabilities that converted the map on digital format. Different Geo-environmental, socio economic development and infrastructural criteria like agricultural land, road, infrastructure (market, bank), fertility map, and irrigation were considered to match the local environmental conditions for land suitability analysis. The support of expert knowledge through on spatial tools to derive criteria weights with the use of their relative importance by using pair-wise comparison method technique was also used. Then the weighting sum techniques were applied to analyze the suitable land for agriculture.

Sentiment analysis is such a groundwork space that understands and extracts the opinion from the given review and also the analysis method includes Natural Language Processing (NLP), linguistics, text analytics and classifying the polarity of the opinion. With in the field of sentiment analysis there are several algorithms exist to tackle natural language processing issues. On scrutiny with numerous algorithms like GA(Genetic Algorithm) and PCA(Principal component Analysis), it's that combining SVM(Support Vector Machine) with PSO(Particle swarm optimization) offers an improved accuracy for optimization for product reviews characteristic pretend product or not. In this paper we have used NLP for text preprocessing, Naive Bayes classifier for rating classification, and SVM algorithm to detect fake reviews and spam by providing a better accuracy.

In this study, an attempt has been made to find out the level of burnout among secondary school teachers of Aizawl City in the state of Mizoram with reference to their gender and workplace. Teachers Burnout Scale (TBS-GRMS) developed and standardized by Prof.Dr.Madhu Gupta and Ms. Suekha Rani was used as a primary tool and Annual Publication (2017-2018) by Department of School Education, Government of Mizoram as the secondary tool. The sample consist of 200 teachers from 28 secondary schools within Aizawl City, out of which 108 were male and 92 were female. Teachers were randomly selected from different secondary schools located within Aizawl City. The study revealed that there is no significant difference in burnout between Government and Private teachers of secondary school within Aizawl City.

To meet the need of growing population economic, effective and reliable control of machines as well as their control system is necessary. Energy saving has become an important factor. So it is necessary to reduce the energy loss. For this the regenerative braking plays an vital part to maintain the vehicles strength and getting better energy. Now-a-days accidents are mostly caused by delay of the driver to hit the brake or due to failure of brakes. For this we are focusing on automatic breaking system which will be operated with the help of sensor an will detect the obstacle. Apart from that the brake fail detection using sensor is also included in our paper.

The garden cress seeds whose scientifically known as Lepidium sativum which is a fast growing annual herb, herbaceous edible plant, that is native to the Egypt and West Asia, as now it is cultivated all over the world. The seeds of Garden cress seeds are rich in iron, folate, vitamin-A, vitamin-C, vitamin-E, and vitamins like carotene riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, proteins, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and also other essential nutrients and phytochemicals. Garden cress seeds are mainly used in medicine for the treatment of disorders such as asthma, coughs, diarrhea, dysentery, leprosy, lumbago and leucorrhoea, poultices for sprains, skin disease, scurvy and seminal weakness. The present review deals with the common problem of malnourished, due to lack of availability of food or if available is not nutritious.

[ Abstract: Tea and the natural resources play an important role in shaping the destiny of a country. Tea industry besieges a significant position in boosting the economy of Assam even today. The discovery of tea in 1823 in the Brahmaputra valley inspired the British to colonize Assam at the earliest. The first experimental plantation was made by the East India Company in1835 in Lakhimpur and thus, the period of experiment started till 1852. The discovery of tea, its profitability and potentiality had awakened growing interest of the British capitalists in the cultivation of this plant in the Brahmaputra valley from the fifties of the 19th century and this led to confrontation between the indigenous people and the British in Assam as and when the traditional system of crop cultivation started receiving withstand from the Colonial Government. This paper is an attempt throw which some issues are addressed. ]

Security of data is one of the major issues in todays world. The medical data is kept on the healthcare cloud for the efficient storage and accessing. As the popularity of healthcare clouding increases security issues related to this also increases. The most serious issue is data medical data lose. In this paper the main focus has been given to provide security for the medical data stored in the healthcare cloud system. The system is consisting of medical image encryption and report watermarking. All medical images are stored by cloud and it generate OTP and it send by telegram and transfer the information of details in encrypted form. we use Golomb Data compression algorithm is used for encryption.

In day to day life, communication place a major role in this communication we have both wired and wireless communication as a number users rapidly increasing wired communication is difficult to implement So wireless communication plays a significant role .Although in wireless communication(4G LTE) fails in real time application i.e getting high data rates and spectrum sharing.5G is introduced to improve the requirements like spectrum reliability, high data rates, higher bandwidth, high throughput, higher efficiency and that too at lower latency. Channel coding for 5G plays a crucial role for enhanced mobile broad band(eMBB) and also for Ultra Low Latency Communications. Hence efficient error Correction coding is required. Already LDPC codes are finalized for 5G by 3GPP. LDPC codes with Message passing algorithm provides more potential to error correction coding in 5G systems.
