This study investigates the impact of compensation on employee motivation and performance at Teemage Builders, Tiruppur. Compensation, including salary, incentives, and non-monetary benefits, significantly influences employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention. A structured survey was conducted to assess employee perceptions of fairness in pay, timely salary disbursement, and the effectiveness of performance-based rewards. The findings suggest that while fair and timely compensation enhances motivation and reduces turnover, delays and inadequate incentives lead to dissatisfaction and lower productivity. The study highlights the importance of structured compensation policies that align with employee expectations and organizational goals to ensure a motivated workforce and sustainable business growth.

The research paper critically compares the writings of Kancha Ilaiah and Shashi Tharoor's works "Why I am Not a Hindu" and "Why I am a Hindu" through a critical discourse analysis to explore the relationship among language, power and social structure in these works. It examines how these two authors represent different social and ideological locations and construct and negotiate Hindu identity. Ilaiah, a Dalithbahujan intellectual, critiques Hinduism as an oppressive system; at the same time, Tharoor, a Brahmin and Indian elite family member, defends Hinduism as a pluralistic tradition. It urges these two perspectives on Hindu identity to reflect deeper socio-ideological faults in Indian society. This research study aims to contribute to a nuanced understanding of the Hindu identity of complex Indian society as well as political and cultural understanding.

Mental health issues among prisoners are a growing concern, often exacerbated by the prison environment, social isolation, and lack of access to appropriate care. This study aims to explore the mental health status of prisoners, shedding light on the psychological challenges they face while incarcerated. Mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are prevalent in correctional facilities, yet they often go undiagnosed or untreated due to systemic barriers. Understanding these issues is crucial for developing effective mental health interventions within prison settings. One of the keys focuses of this research is identifying the barriers prisoners encounter in accessing mental health care and treatment. These barriers include stigma, lack of trained mental health professionals, inadequate mental health policies, and the punitive nature of correctional institutions that often overlook rehabilitation. Additionally, socio-economic factors, overcrowding, and limited resources further contribute to the neglect of mental health needs. By examining these obstacles, this study seeks to highlight the gaps in the prison mental health care system and advocate for improved access to necessary services. Furthermore, the research explores the role of social work in correctional settings, emphasizing how social workers can support prisoners' mental health and well-being. Social workers play a vital role in assessment, counselling, rehabilitation, and reintegration efforts. Their interventions can help bridge the gap between prisoners and mental health services, ensuring that incarcerated individuals receive the necessary support to cope with psychological distress. Strengthening social work practices in correctional institutions can foster a more humane and rehabilitative approach to incarceration, ultimately contributing to the successful reintegration of prisoners into society.

Fractal dipole antennas (FDA) and split ring resonators (SRR) have emerged as promising structures for microwave applications due to their miniaturization capabilities, multi-band performance, and enhanced electromagnetic properties. This research presents the design and simulation of FDA and SRR structures using copper and graphene as conductive materials. The study explores the impact of fractal geometries on antenna performance, including parameters such as return loss, bandwidth, gain, and radiation efficiency. Graphene, known for its tunable conductivity and superior electrical properties, is investigated as an alternative to conventional copper to improve performance in reconfigurable and flexible microwave circuits. Simulations are conducted using finite element method (FEM) and finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) techniques to analyze electromagnetic interactions, surface current distributions, and resonant frequency characteristics. The comparative analysis of copper- and graphene-based designs highlights the advantages of graphene in terms of frequency agility, miniaturization, and loss reduction. Potential applications of these structures include wireless communication, radar systems, and metamaterial-based devices. The results demonstrate that graphene-based FDA and SRRs offer significant improvements in microwave performance, paving the way for next-generation compact and efficient RF components.

A nonlinear analysis is an analysis where a nonlinear relation holds between applied forces and displacements. These analyses are generally done for High Rise Buildings. One such structure which is used for analysis in this project is Outrigger structural system. Outriggers are interior lateral structural systems provided to improve the overturning stiffness and strength of high-rise buildings. The main aim of this project is to optimize the position and number of outriggers and compare the time history results to check the feasibility. After Optimization it was found that the optimum position was approximately at the center for all models and optimum number of outriggers for 25, 50, 75 and 100 story buildings were 5, 5, 7 and 10 respectively. The P-? effect also played its role considerably in higher story buildings and it had no role in 25 story building. The reduction in displacement was 50 % in 25 story building and it has increased to 62 % in 100 story building which tells that outriggers are more efficient in high rise structures. Also, shorter buildings have undergone periodic vibration with respect to the acceleration during time history analysis but taller buildings due to longer time period, it took time to transfer the acceleration to top story and they undergo damped oscillation after the end of ground motion which concludes that taller buildings are effective against seismic forces compared to shorter buildings which is why short buildings are designed with much care against seismic forces.

Inclusive education is a transformative approach aimed at ensuring equitable learning opportunities for all students, regardless of their abilities, backgrounds, or socioeconomic status. In developing nations, however, achieving true inclusion is often hindered by cultural, contextual, and systemic barriers. This article explores the multifaceted challenges faced in implementing inclusive education and highlights opportunities for addressing these issues to create more equitable educational systems. Key obstacles include deeply rooted social stigmas, inadequate teacher training, lack of resources, and limited awareness about inclusive practices. Additionally, economic constraints and infrastructural disparities exacerbate these challenges, particularly for marginalized groups such as women, Dalits, Tribals, and persons with disabilities. Despite these barriers, significant opportunities exist to enrich inclusive education in developing nations. Community-driven initiatives, government policies emphasizing equity, and international frameworks such as the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a foundation for progress. Innovations in technology and education delivery models, such as blended learning and mobile classrooms, also present practical solutions for reaching underserved populations. The article emphasizes the importance of a multi-stakeholder approach involving governments, non-governmental organizations, educators, and communities to drive meaningful change. Case studies from successful inclusive education projects highlight best practices and scalable strategies that can be adopted across various contexts. Breaking barriers to inclusion requires not only policy and resource development but also a cultural shift towards embracing diversity as a strength. By addressing systemic inequities and enriching collaboration, developing nations can create inclusive educational environments that empower all learners to realize their full potential and contribute to their communities.
