Background: Sthoulya, described in classical Ayurvedic texts under Santarpanottha Vyadhi, corresponds to obesity in contemporary medicine. It results from excessive accumulation of Meda Dhatu due to improper dietary habits, sedentary lifestyle, and Kapha predominance. Obesity is a global health concern associated with metabolic disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases. Ayurveda emphasizes the use of Medohara and Lekhana therapies for the management of Sthoulya. Objective: To evaluate and compare the efficacy of Guduchyadi Kashaya and Varadi Kashaya in the management of Sthoulya with reference to obesity. Methods: A prospective comparative clinical study was conducted on 40 patients diagnosed with Sthoulya. Patients were randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group. Group A received Guduchyadi Kashaya and Group B received Varadi Kashaya. The treatment duration was 30 days. Assessment was carried out using subjective parameters such as Atikshudha (excess hunger), Daurgandhya (body odor), and Dourbalya (weakness), along with objective parameters including Body Mass Index (BMI), body weight, waist circumference, and waist-hip ratio. Results: Both groups showed statistically significant improvement in symptoms of Sthoulya. However, Group B (Varadi Kashaya) showed comparatively better reduction in BMI, body weight, and waist-hip ratio compared to Group A. Subjective symptoms such as Atikshudha and Daurbalya were also markedly reduced in both groups. Conclusion: Both Guduchyadi Kashaya and Varadi Kashaya are effective in the management of Sthoulya. Varadi Kashaya demonstrated comparatively better results in reducing anthropometric parameters and improving clinical symptoms. Hence, it can be considered an effective Ayurvedic formulation for the management of obesity.

Crime analysis and prevention is a systematic approach for identifying and analyzing patterns and trends in crime. Our system can predict the type of crime activity which have high probability for given location in terms of latitude and longitude and date and also we can visualize crime prone areas. With the increasing advent of computerized systems, crime data analysts can help the Law enforcement officers to speed up the process of solving crimes. Using the concept of data mining we can extract previously unknown, useful information from an unstructured data. Here we have an approach between computer science and criminal justice to develop a data mining procedure that can help solve crimes faster. Instead of focusing on causes of crime occurrence like criminal background of offender, political enmity etc. we are focusing mainly on crime factors of each day.

The present study aimed to compare body image, resilience, and psychological well-being among gym-going individuals and yoga practitioners. The research examined the effects of various physical activities on both psychological health and self-image of people who took part in different types of exercise activities. The study used a comparative research design to gather data from 200 participants who included gym-goers and yoga practitioners through standardized questionnaires that assessed body image and resilience and psychological well-being. The researchers used descriptive statistics and independent samples t-test and correlation analysis to examine the data that they had collected. The research found that gym users and yoga practitioners had identical results on body image and psychological health which showed both activities produced equal effects on their self-perception and mental well-being. The research found that yoga practitioners had superior resilience skills whereas gym members showed lower levels of resilience. The analysis found that body image and resilience and psychological well-being showed no significant relationships. The research shows that physical activity helps improve psychological health while yoga practice particularly boosts people's ability to handle stress and control their emotions.

Abstract This paper explores the theme of dystopia, surveillance and political control in George Orwell's classic works, 1984 and Animal Farm. The research discusses how Orwell criticizes totalitarian regimes, manipulation of ideology, and institutional oppression through a comparative thematic analysis as in 1984 a dystopian society where people are continuously monitored, ideology is controlled, and history is rewritten, and in Animal Farm, the emergence of tyranny and distortion of the revolutionary ideals is allegorized. The methods of control that Orwell questions in the paper are propaganda, manipulation of truth, and comments on individual autonomy. Uniting the academic insights, the analysis focuses on the timelessness of the Orwellian thought in the interpretation of both past and present expression of the authoritarian power[1].

Every country in the world takes special care of the protection of Human Rights and Education of the children because today's children determine the future of the country. But the reality is that children are abused and tortured in various ways in all countries. According to UNESCO data, about 29 million 60 thousand children in India have been orphaned and abandoned in various ways. The United Nations has sought to strengthen the protection of the Human Rights and Education of the children through the Millennium Development Goals and Sustainable Development Goals. Naturally, India's population will continue to increase in the coming days, and if awareness is not raised now regarding the protection of the Human Rights and Education of the children, India's proper development will face multiple obstacles. Our country, India, has undertaken multifaceted initiatives for the protection of the Human Rights and Education of the children. Significant contributions to the fields of child protection of the Human Rights and Education in India are evident through the initiatives of both government and private organizations. In post-independence India, no significant state initiatives were observed regarding the protection of Human Rights and the expansion of their education. However, subsequently, India enacted a series of laws by the constitution aimed at ensuring Human Rights protection and promoting their Education. In the context of the Indian Constitution, the extent to which India has adopted and implemented programs in the field of Human Rights and Education has been analysed in this article.

Manual screening is time-consuming and ineffective because recruitment procedures frequently require evaluating a large number of resumes. The Automated Resume Analyzer for Job Recommendations, a system intended to streamline and expedite the hiring process, is presented in this paper as a solution to this problem. Important data, including personal information, education, experience, and skills, is automatically extracted from candidate resumes by the proposed system. In order to provide the candidate with appropriate job recommendations, the extracted data is subsequently examined and compared with open positions. Users can upload digital resumes to the system, which then parses and organizes pertinent information in a structured format. The system highlights missing skills that might be necessary for particular roles and recommends suitable job opportunities based on the identified skills and qualifications. This method offers candidates better job guidance and increases the effectiveness of resume screening. Standard web technologies and database support are used in the system's implementation to guarantee accessibility and usability. The suggested approach shows how automated resume analysis can enhance candidate-job matching and support hiring procedures.

This paper proposes an integrated dual module system developed to enhance agricultural resource management as well as economic planning. In this regard, the initial module is primarily focused on smart irrigation systems via IoT technologies, which entail soil moisture sensors, temperature sensors, as well as humidity sensors that monitor environmental conditions in real time. This information regarding environmental conditions is then processed via a microcontroller-based control unit that automates irrigation scheduling via set threshold values. The second module employs Machine Learning methods to predict prices of agricultural commodities. Historical datasets of the agricultural market are processed and analyzed using Machine Learning predictive methods such as Random Forest Regression and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Even though Random Forest Regression offers high accuracy in regression tasks, LSTM methods show promise in handling temporal dependencies in time-series patterns of price fluctuations. Experimental studies show that high reliability in predictions will be achieved, thus helping the farmer take decisions to store crops, transport, and sell them at appropriate times to achieve maximum profit. By integrating intelligent irrigation management with data-driven price predictions, the proposed system will enable the implementation of precision agriculture techniques, thus ensuring sustainable water management

The judicial system in India is supported by district courts. They are on the spot where the great majority of citizens - persons on either side of criminal charges, civil actions, family law suits, land cases, and labour suits - are in fact brought to face with the law. They are also, and as a result, where the pledge or the failure of the legal help is most palpably experienced. The national-level data on the legal aid delivery though helpful in the aggregate level hides the real picture on the ground which is exploited in a daily basis in the main civil courts and sessions court in the six hundred and odd districts in India. The paper will conduct a narrow evaluation of the legal aid services in the form of the district court setting, wherein the evaluator will examine the institutional processes by which the aid is administered, the demographic composition of the recipients of the aid, the quality of the offered representation, and the result that the affected litigants gain in comparison to the result that the persons who hire private counsel would get. Based on the empirical data that is available, reports by judicial committees, evaluation by the civil society, and an analysis of the current statutory and regulatory framework, the paper determines the main gaps between the system in its design and the system in its reality. It claims that district courts, specifically due to the volume of issues comprising legally and economically vulnerable individuals, must be the center of serious attention to any effort undertaken to enhance the delivery of legal aid in India, and that such reform at the level is necessary to consider quality, accountability, infrastructure, and the social barriers to service access by eligible persons who are legally entitled to receive the service.
