The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) was introduced in 2005 to alleviate rural poverty by guaranteeing 100 days of wage employment annually to rural households in India. This study examines the implementation and developmental impact of MGNREGA in Hong village, Ziro Valley, Arunachal Pradesh, with a specific focus on infrastructure development, wage disbursement practices, and local governance through the Gram Sabha. The findings reveal significant improvements in community infrastructure, including the construction of footpaths, traditional wells (sukung), drainage systems, and retention walls. However, major challenges persist, particularly delays in wage payments, governance inefficiencies, and lack of awareness among beneficiaries regarding compensation entitlements. Wage discrepancies across different project areas further indicate administrative lapses. To enhance the scheme's effectiveness, policy interventions such as real-timewage tracking mechanism, stricter enforcement of compensation provisions, and capacity-building programs for Gram Sabha members are necessary. Strengthening participatory governance and ensuring transparency in project allocation can improve MGNREGA's developmental impact in Arunachal Pradesh and serve as a model for similar rural contexts.

Social media marketing refers to the process of gaining website traffic or attention through social media sites. Indian marketers are moving at a fast speed to tap the one normal opportunity. Social media has gone mainstream and for businesses it represents an unprecedented marketing opportunity that transcends traditional middlemen and Connects companies directly with customers. Customer acquisitions remain to be the prime goal of Indian marketers. According to leading marketers of India, the top three online investment channels are social media, Email marketing and Search marketing. This is why nearly every business on the planet is exploring social media marketing initiatives. The Focus of marketers is shifting from sending the message out to start engaging with Customers. In this context, the role of a marketer is changing from batch and blast processing to creating listening posts and dialogue hubs in customer communities. Shift from isolated pure play traditional platforms to an integrated multichannel approach is helping the marketers address the challenge of consumers expectations across many devices and channels. Indian marketers are leveraging the power of various communication channels and technologies be it Email, SMS or social media in their portfolio. Social media marketing programs usually centre on efforts to create content that attracts attention and encourages readers to share it with their social networks. Corporate message spreads from the user to user and presumably resonates because it appears to come from a trusted, third-party source, as opposed to the brand or company itself. Hence, this form of marketing is driven by word-of-mouth, meaning it results in earned media rather than paid media. Social media has become a platform that is easily accessible to anyone with internet access. Increased communication for organizations fosters brand awareness and often, improved customer service. Additionally, social media serves as a relatively inexpensive platform for organizations to implement marketing campaigns. Customer perception towards social media marketing has been a topic of interest for both marketers and researchers in recent years. Social media has become an important platform for businesses to reach their target audience and promote their products and services. However, consumers have different attitudes towards social media marketing, which can impact the effectiveness of marketing strategies. These abstract reviews the literature on consumer perception towards social media marketing, including the factors that influence their perception, such as trust, credibility, perceived value, and the nature of the content. Additionally, the abstract highlights the importance of understanding consumer behaviour in the context of social media marketing.

Clinical research requires a systematic approach with diligent planning, execution and sampling in order to obtain reliable and validated results, as well as an understanding of each research methodology is essential for researchers. Indeed, selecting an inappropriate study type, an error that cannot be corrected after the beginning of a study, results in flawed methodology. The results of clinical research studies enhance the repertoire of knowledge regarding a disease pathogenicity, an existing or newly discovered medication, surgical or diagnostic procedure or medical device. Medical research can be divided into primary and secondary research, where primary research involves conducting studies and collecting raw data, which is then analysed and evaluated in secondary research. The successful deployment of clinical researchmethodology depends upon several factors. These include the type of study, the objectives, the population, study design, methodology/ techniques and the sampling and statistical procedures used. Among the different types of clinical studies, we can recognize descriptive or analytical studies, which can be further categorized in observational and experimental. Finally, also pre-clinical studies are of outmost importance, representing the steppingstone of clinical trials. It is therefore important to understand the types of method for clinical research. Thus, this review focused on various aspects of the methodology and describes the crucial steps of the conceptual and executive stages.

This research investigates machine learning and deep learning techniques for predicting customer churn in telecom services. We employ various models, including Logistic Regression and Temporal Convolutional Network (TCN), to classify customers based on their likelihood of churning. The dataset undergoes preprocessing steps such as feature encoding, scaling, and transformation to ensure optimal model performance. Logistic Regression is used as a baseline, while TCN leverages sequential patterns in customer data for enhanced predictive accuracy. The results highlight the advantages of deep learning architectures in capturing temporal dependencies within telecom datasets, offering insights into customer retention strategies.

This paper, based on the principle of activity- based costing, mainly introduced the specific process of applying the method in cost accounting and cost forecasting during the Project Construction being constructed. Through using the activity-based costing to calculate the actual cost and the budget cost in the process of project construction, which to be compared to analysis the cost deviation, while predicting the material supply-demand relationship of next issue. Furthermore, in the light of the deviation, reengineer the process of project construction and adjust resource supply level, thereby effectively refine and control costs, improve management and competitiveness of project contractor.

The construction industry continues to grow as the demand for infrastructure, homes, and office spaces grows by the day. Since the construction industry is so dynamic, it is vulnerable to a range of health risks. As a result, protection is a top priority in the construction sector to ensure a healthy working environment. Safety experts have determined that risky behaviours cause the majority of workplace injuries, and that controlling these behaviours is one of the keys to effective accident prevention and a low accident rate on construction sites. Safety in construction industry is much more important. This review paper is about to increase safety in the building industry performance. The study's primarily is to define the critical success factors that affect the implementation of construction safety management. This review paper is to recognize and solve major problems in the building sector with various solutions related to work situations that affect project safety performance. Due to lake of knowledge and awareness large number of people's deaths and long-term injuries occurs. Traditional construction safety management has faced challenges As a consequence of the ever-increasing amount of information available, data available. Sensor-based technology is thought to include a new wave of construction safety management techniques because it is an effective way to collect, identify, and process data. The reason behind this review paper is to recognize and assess Construction project safety control in order to reduce and control construction worker health and safety (H&S). The various safety and control measures of accidents in building projects were outlined in this paper in order to mitigate accidents by using sensor- based technology. and discuss the causes of accidents as well as Drone use for construction safety.
