As India is densely populated country, there is a need of centralized and secure application which can be useful to track the infants and also their vaccination schedule. In most of developing countries vaccination tracking is done manually by using paper which is very tedious and also information of vaccination may go missing. This project aims to develop an application which will register personal information of infant/parent. This information will get stored in database and fingerprint in block-chain. To check schedule or to monitor status of vaccine fingerprint will be inserted on device. The main aim of the project is to track vaccination status of infant using fingerprint. This application will also notify about the upcoming vaccine schedule as a reminder to parents, reducing chance of any infant not being vaccinated. This project will help to reduce disadvantage of existing system where we used paper-based approach. To develop this project, we will be using fingerprint device and to store fingerprint we will be using blockchain which will store info using SHA256 encryption. Thus, the project reviewed will be helpful for parents, medical institutes, government bodies. This innovation will guarantee the monitoring of vaccination progress and that no infant is left who is not vaccinated.

India's varied road towards economic progress and constitutional compatibility is closely linked to its future vision, which is best summed up in the ambitious plan known as Vikshith Bharat, or Vision 2047. By the time India celebrates its 100th anniversary of independence, this goal is to make the country a developed one. India's constitution, a living instrument that upholds the rule of law, defends fundamental rights, and promotes inclusive progress, is a key factor in determining the direction of the country. This essay explores the relationship between economic policies and constitutional principles, demonstrating how upholding constitutional norms can promote just and sustainable economic growth. Examining the many facets of constitutional compatibility, the study concentrates on economic reforms, social justice, and governance. It emphasises how crucial it is to have a strong legal system that upholds individual liberties and democratic ideals while promoting economic endeavours. The study also looks at how important constitutional modifications and judicial interpretations affect development and economic policy. A strategic plan for attaining rapid economic growth, technical improvements, and enhanced living standards for all residents is outlined in Vision 2047. This vision emphasises the necessity of investments in infrastructure, healthcare, education, and other areas in addition to structural reforms in a number of other sectors, including as agriculture, industry, and services. The role of good governance, transparency, and accountability is emphasised as the paper analyses the institutional and regulatory adjustments and initiatives that are required to realise this vision. The paper offers an analysis of current and past economic policies in the context of the Indian constitution, offering insights into the opportunities and problems that the country may face in the future. It makes the case that attaining long-term development objectives and making sure that progress benefits all facets of society depend on matching economic tactics with constitutional aspirations. The study ends with policymakers receiving advice on how to improve constitutional compatibility and encourage sustainable economic development leading up until 2047.

Cancer is a complex disease characterized by uncontrolled cell proliferation, often driven by genetic and epigenetic alterations that disrupt normal cell cycle regulation. Among the key players in cell cycle progression, cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase by phosphorylating the retinoblastoma (RB) protein. Overactivity of CDK4, whether due to genetic mutations, amplification, or dysregulated signaling pathways, has been implicated in the pathogenesis of various malignancies, including breast cancer, melanoma, glioblastoma, and sarcomas. CDK4 inhibitors, such as Palbociclib, Abemaciclib, and Ribociclib, have emerged as promising therapeutic agents that exert dual anti-cancer effects: they induce cell cycle arrest and promote apoptotic cell death. These inhibitors prevent RB phosphorylation, thereby maintaining its tumor suppressor activity and restricting E2F-dependent transcription. In addition to their role in cell cycle inhibition, growing evidence suggests that CDK4 inhibitors enhance apoptotic signaling by modulating key pathways involving p53 activation, Bcl-2 family proteins, and caspase cascades. This review comprehensively explores the molecular mechanisms through which CDK4 inhibitors regulate apoptotic pathways, their therapeutic potential in cancer treatment, ongoing clinical applications, and the future prospects of CDK4-targeted therapies in overcoming resistance and improving patient outcomes.

The surge of fake reviews on e-commerce platforms threatens consumer trust and skews purchasing behavior. Traditional detection methods often fail against evolving deceptive strategies. This study introduces a hybrid CNN-GAN model for fake review detection, where CNNs extract linguistic and semantic features, while GANs generate synthetic fake reviews to enhance model robustness. The adversarial training process refines both the generator, which mimics genuine reviews, and the discriminator, which differentiates real from fake ones. Experiments on real-world e-commerce datasets demonstrate improved accuracy and resilience against adversarial manipulation, providing a scalable solution to enhance online review authenticity.

Indian storytelling has a deep-rooted tradition that spans oral narratives, religious epics, and folklore. With the emergence of graphic novels, this storytelling tradition has evolved to incorporate new themes and artistic styles. This paper explores the evolution of Indian graphic narratives, tracing their journey from traditional folk and mythological stories, as seen in Amar Chitra Katha, to socio-political critiques in works like River of Stories and Delhi Calm, and finally to futuristic cyberpunk themes in MI47 and Taaramandal. The study highlights how graphic novels have become a platform for reflecting India's socio-political climate, technological anxieties, and changing cultural identity. The transition from mythology to cyberpunk illustrates the adaptability of Indian storytelling, ensuring its relevance in an increasingly digital and globalized world.

Media is the fourth pillar of democracy. India is one of the biggest democracies in the world and is ranked second in print media. News publications faced many issues and challenges during British rule. The press faced obstacles from colonial rule and illiteracy and had to overcome many rules that suppressed free speech. The press became an important tool to raise awareness about the need to unify against the British and achieve independence. The press was a major advocate of modern ideas such as democracy, freedom, equality, and patriotism. The press has played a vital role in shaping the Indian freedom struggle. From its early days, it has been a powerful tool for communication, spreading ideas, and mobilizing the masses against colonial rule. Through various publications, the press helped create a sense of national identity and unity among Indians, making it an essential part of the fight for independence. This article explores the significant contributions of the press during this transformative period in Indian history. The Indian press began with the Bengal Gazette in 1780, marking the start of print media in India. Prominent leaders like Gandhi and Tilak used newspapers to spread nationalist ideas and connect with the masses. The Vernacular Press Act of 1878 aimed to control the Indian press but ultimately sparked resistance and resilience among journalists. The press served as a platform for discussing social issues and reforms, influencing public opinion and policy. Post-independence, the press became a cornerstone of democracy, promoting accountability and national identity. The press played a notable role in the freedom struggle. They helped in the dispersal of revolutionary ideas, which helped in forming an opposition against the British government. Protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, a free press helps maintain the balance of power in government. Numerous journalists worldwide have been killed while working to fulfill their essential role in free and open societies.

The project is intended to create a cost-effective and easy-to-use eye disease detection and classification system for children and adults in economically underprivileged regions. The system proposed is either a mobile or a Desktop Application. The system takes as input a photo of an unadorned human eye. The picture of the eyes can be taken through a basic mobile camera or laptop camera without too much worry about light or lighting. The system can identify eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, and other diseases where intervention by doctors for disease prediction is needed. The proposed method utilizes an algorithm that makes use of the VGG-19 Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model with normalization techniques to categorize fundus images into five distinct classes: Cataract, Diabetic, Glaucoma, Normal, and Other. The primary objective is to provide an accessible technology for early detection and intervention of eye disorders in underserved communities. By employing a robust deep-learning model, we intend to enhance visual health outcomes and overall well-being among children and adults in these regions. The user-friendly interface and affordability of the system play pivotal roles in facilitating its seamless deployment and effective use, addressing the healthcare access disparity prevalent in these communities.
