Obesity is one among the major diseases of modern era, increasing in prevalence. Sthoulya (Obesity) is well known from the Samhita period and is considered to be one of the eight undesirable conditions (Ashtau Nindita). Many ailments are caused by aam, an important idea that Ayurvedic Acharyas describe. From an Ayurvedic perspective, every illness stems from aamdosh, or the vitiation of Agni, meaning that Agni malfunctions to produce Aam. Agnimandya is the cause of aam, which is unripe and undigested food. Mandagni may be to blame, since Agni is said to be in charge of metabolism. As a result, a generated travels throughout the body, contributing to Medovruddhi and resulting in excessive stoutness. Agni is the only thing that keeps life alive, and when it goes extinct, one dies. Keeping Agni in good condition prolongs life. It also contributes to plumpness, colour, vigour, health, and zeal. skin tone, as well as different types of agni and pran. There are four different states of jatharagni Visham (irregular), teekshna (intenese), Manda (weak or less powered) and Sama (well maintained and regular) states. The concept of aam and agni is the most important fundamental principal of Ayurveda in understanding the physio- pathology of the sthoulya.

Herbal soap is a natural alternative to conventional soap that is often crafted using botanical herbs and plant-based ingredients. The growing popularity of herbal soap can be attributed to its skin-friendly and environmentally conscious characteristics. Free from harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances, these soaps are particularly ideal for those with sensitive skin. Moreover, their use of natural ingredients makes them an eco-friendly choice, appealing to those seeking a more sustainable and gentle option for personal care. Herbal soap is also eco-friendly. Herbal soap is crafted with herbal ingredients that are biodegradable and do not harm the environment. Herbal soap is cruelty-free, as it does not contain any animal products or by-products, making it a compassionate and ethical choice for conscientious consumers. A Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is an amazing application of Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) that facilitate vehicles to vehicles and vehicles to road side units and its base stations communication with the main objective of providing secure and safe transportation in an efficient way. The emergency alert message information are transferred through V2V (vehicle to vehicle data communication), so the parameters like network strength, wait time, high mobility and repeated network disconnections plays vital role for the data communications. The different data dissemination advances in VANET can be followed to intimate the vehicles about the traffic congestion which leads a safe and efficient travel journey. In this paper, different data dissemination techniques are widely reviewed and identified the main challenges in it. There are many VANET data dissemination techniques were applied, but it really does not provide adequate transmission speed for emergency oriented data transmission services.

Digital libraries are transforming the way we access and use information. They provide a wealth of knowledge and resources at our fingertips, empowering us to learn, discover, and create. As technology continues to evolve, digital libraries will play an even greater role in shaping the future of information access. Evaluating digital libraries is a complex process that involves assessing various aspects of the library, including its content, usability, performance, and impact. The goal of digital library evaluation is to determine how well the library is meeting its objectives and serving its users.

Papaya, scientifically known as Carica papaya is a member of family caricaceae.Papaya is a tropical plant which is being used in various ayurvedic formulations since ancient times and also shows commercial importance because of it's high nutritive and medicnal value.Papaya plant extracts has been found to show various functions like anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, diuretic antibacterial, vermifuse, abortifacient, hypoglycaemic, antihelminthic, and immunomodulatory etc.Ulcers are basically the open sores that can develop on the lining of the stomach, small intestine or oesophagus. Anti-Ulcer activity refers to the mechanism or substances that prevent or heal ulcers in the GI tract. Various drugs and natural compounds exerts anti-ulcer effect by different mechanisms. Carica papaya has been explored for its potential anti ulcer properties due to its rich nutritional profile & bioactive compounds. Carica papaya contains various enzymes in its different parts like fruits, leaves, roots, latex etc. which are pharmacologically active in nature. So, this review enlightens the various pharmacological actions shown against ulcer conditions and mechanisms by which it has been found to be effective against ulcers.

The digital age has profoundly transformed human experience, reshaping identity, relationships, and storytelling. This review article examines the themes of alienation and identity in Patricia Lockwood's No One Is Talking About This and Lauren Oyler's Fake Accounts, two seminal works that critique the cultural and psychological impacts of the internet. Through fragmented narratives, satirical commentary, and experimental structures, both novels delve into the disconnection fostered by digital culture and the performative nature of online personas. Lockwood captures the chaos and absurdity of social media through poetic fragmentation. In contrast, Oyler employs biting satire to expose the duplicity and superficiality of constructed digital identities, presenting a protagonist who grapples with the moral and emotional consequences of self-curation. This article concludes by reflecting on the future directions of digital-age literature, highlighting the potential for emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality, to further influence narrative techniques and thematic exploration. By engaging with the complexities of digital existence, literature remains a vital medium for critiquing the cultural and psychological impacts of technology, offering insights into the evolving dynamics of human connection in an increasingly digitized world.

Our study is focused on developing a smart virtual protein interaction detection assistant using AI and machine learning. The system will predict and analyze protein interactions, which are critical to understanding disease pathology, drug discovery, and cell processes. The system will use large protein structure databases to give accurate insights into potential protein-protein interactions. Researchers and biotechnologists can pose specific questions about proteins and their interactions in natural language, and the system will give pertinent information based on an enormous database. Deep learning and graph-based models will be used by the assistant to predict novel interactions by identifying patterns in the existing data. This method makes protein interaction research easier and reduces reliance on time-consuming laboratory tests. The system will also have visualization tools to display interaction networks and relations, making it easier for researchers to interpret and make decisions. The system will not only predict interactions but also provide biological context for more accurate studies. With computer-aided predictions and context-laden information, it will drive advances in molecular biology, drug discovery, and personalized medicine. In the long run, the virtual assistant will revolutionize protein research, accelerating scientific breakthroughs and streamlining them.

Acharya sushruta defined Shalya tantra as the science that deals with the removal of different kinds of shalya(foreign body). In that for Pranashta shalya Diagnosis and its removal, acharya had given separate chapters. During the times when there were no radiological investigatory techniques, Acharya sushruta, The Surgeon of Ancient India had wonderfully traced out those foreign bodies lost in the body with the simple lakshanas. While explaining the diesease Bhagandara and its types Acharyas had enumerated Agantuja or Unmargi Bhagandara as one of the type which is caused due to ingestion of nonveg diet along with bone piece in it. The ingested bone piece acts as Shalya and gets lodged in the Guda pradesha causing the disease Bhagandara. In the present case report, a 49-year-old male visited to OPD of shalyatantra with a chief complaint of Pain and Burning sensation during and after defecation at peri anal region since 3days. And having history of ingestion of fish bone 3days back. On digital examination foreign body felt to index finger which is fixed Horizontally in the lower anal canal. By a simple Technique foreign body was extracted from the anal canal.
