Pride and Prejudice, A Novel of Manners by Jane Austen published in 1813 and her second novel, is often examined through various critical lenses, including feminism. Through the character of Elizabeth Bennet, Austen challenges traditional gender roles and redefines the concept of marriage, making Pride and Prejudice a significant feminist text of the 19th century. This research article explores the feminist approach in the novel, focusing on themes of female autonomy, gender roles, marriage, and societal expectations. The analysis highlights Austen's critique of patriarchal norms and her advocacy for women's intellectual and emotional independence. Austen's portrayal of female characters in Pride and Prejudice provides an insightful commentary on the limitations imposed on women in the Regency era. During this period, women were expected to conform to societal expectations, prioritize marriage as a means of financial security, and remain subservient to male authority figures. However, Austen subverts these norms by crafting a heroine who values personal agency, wit, and moral integrity over wealth and social standing. The novel presents multiple perspectives on marriage, ranging from practical unions based on economic necessity to those driven by love and mutual respect. The contrast between Elizabeth Bennet's approach to marriage and that of Charlotte Lucas and Lydia Bennet, underscores the restrictive choices available to women. Charlotte's matrimonial to Mr. Collins highlights the sacrifices women had to make to secure stability, while Lydia's reckless escape with Mr. Wickham exemplifies the susceptibilities faced by women who defied social conventions without considering the consequences. In contrast, Elizabeth's ultimate rejection of societal pressure and insistence on marrying for love makes her a revolutionary character for her time. Austen critiques the patriarchal structures that govern female inheritance and social mobility. The Bennet sisters' financial dependence on marriage is a direct consequence of the entailment of their family estate, which prevents them from inheriting their father's property. This legal constraint underscores the limited options available to women and reinforces the societal expectation that they must seek financial security through marriage. Beyond Elizabeth Bennet, other female characters also serve as reflections of different aspects of womanhood in the Regency period. Jane Bennet represents the idealized, gentlewomanly virtue, while Lydia's character exposes the dangers of female naivety in a male-dominated world. Even Lady Catherine de Bourgh, despite being a wealthy and influential woman, remains constrained by the rigid class and gender expectations of her time. These characters provide a nuanced exploration of the ways in which women navigated societal expectations. While some critics argue that Pride and Prejudice does not fully embrace feminist ideals due to its emphasis on marriage, the novel undeniably presents progressive ideas about female autonomy, self-respect, and the right to choose one's own partner. Austen's work remains a critical text in feminist literary studies, offering a powerful critique of gender roles and advocating for women's independence within the constraints of 19th-century society.

This research examines the impact of microfinance loan recovery methods on rural women borrowers, with a special focus on Chamarajanagar District, Karnataka, India. Microfinance has been widely recognized as a powerful tool for empowering women, especially in rural areas, by providing them access to small loans for income-generating activities. However, the process of loan recovery, which is essential for the sustainability of microfinance institutions (MFIs), can significantly affect the economic and social well-being of borrowers. This study investigates the various loan recovery practices employed by MFIs in Chamarajanagar and their effects on rural women, including their ability to repay loans, their economic stability, and their psychological and social outcomes. The research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with rural women borrowers, MFI agents, and community leaders, along with quantitative surveys to assess repayment rates, loan recovery methods, and borrower satisfaction. Findings reveal that group lending and flexible repayment schedules tend to improve loan repayment rates, enhance community solidarity, and reduce repayment stress. However, more rigid recovery methods, such as frequent home visits and peer pressure tactics, have led to heightened anxiety and, in some cases, default. This study contributes to understanding how different recovery practices influence women's financial inclusion and social standing in rural settings. It offers policy recommendations for MFIs to adopt more borrower-friendly recovery methods that ensure sustainability while supporting the economic and emotional well-being of rural women borrowers in Chamarajanagar District.

Abstract Brassicaceae plants use glucosinolates as secondary metabolites for both protecting themselves and providing human nutrition. The biological creation of these substances depends on a network of MYB transcription regulators where MYB28 leads the production of aliphatic glucosinolates. This study investigates the functional role of MYB28, MYB29, and MYB76 in glucosinolate production, their interaction with hormonal and environmental signals, and their potential applications in agriculture and biotechnology. Expression tests verified that MYB28 directly manages the activity of MAM1, CYP79F1, and CYP83A1 to produce greater glucosinolate levels in plant foliage and seeds. The combination of MYB28 genetics and enhanced genes within altered Arabidopsis plants brought about 2 to 7 times more glucosinolate production compared to wild plants while knockout mutants naturally suppressed the system. Research shows the importance of MYB28 in this role because its activation depends heavily upon nitrogen availability during jasmonic acid signaling. The research points out that MYB28 stays active throughout Brassica species evolution. Scientists can now use CRISPR/Cas9 technology to make specific changes in MYB28 which will improve crop durability and nutrition. The research serves practical purposes for better farming methods, plant immunity, and food function development

Abstract: Introduction: DFUs, or diabetic foot ulcers, are a prevalent problem in people with diabetes, contributing significantly to hospital admissions. The occurrence rate is around 25%, and if left untreated, these ulcers may lead to severe complications such as limb amputation and vascular disorders. ESWT or extracorporeal shockwave therapy has emerged as promising, non-intrusive approach promoting wound healing and minimizes pain in affected areas. Objective: The study aims to determine whether ESWT is beneficial for improving wound healing and reducing ulcer severity among diabetic individuals aged 40-74. The assessment tools utilized include the Wagner Ulcer Classification System, the ImitoMeasure Wound App, and the Bates-Jensen Wound Evaluation Instrument. Methodology: The preliminary investigation was carried out on ten individuals identified as having type 2 diabetes and DFUs persisting for more than three weeks. Before initiating the treatment, wound size--comprising length, width, area, and circumference--was measured using the ImitoMeasure Wound App. Ulcer grading was determined with the Wagner Ulcer Classification System, while healing progress, the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool was used to evaluate. Data were collected before and after each ESWT session. Results: A statistical analysis indicated a substantial improvement in wound characteristics, including size reduction and tissue regeneration, with a highly significant p-value of 0.001. The Bates-Jensen scores demonstrated enhanced healing outcomes. Conclusion The study's conclusions imply that ESWT is a useful therapeutic strategy for hastening the healing of diabetic foot ulcers.

The study has successfully conducted to know the importance of priority sector lending in general and agricultural lending in particular. Agricultural credit should be provided to the farmers when they are in need. Rigid and complicated procedure, delay in sanctioning ,rejecting the applications by demanding security should be avoided. Customer oriented approach is necessary. And with this exploitation of the poor farmers by the money lenders and private financiers can be avoided. With the help of timely lending to the agricultural sector, we can avoid Poverty Bonded Labourers' problems, Uncertainty in gaining income and Farmers' suicide problems. And it also helps in improving productivity and employment opportunities. By developing agricultural and allied activities, which inturn increases the per capita income. The agriculturists are able to get more income . The banks are expected to play an important role in economic development in which the removal of regional disparities has been emphasized as a key objective. India's real development can be seen only when rural India is developed.

Communicating technical information can feel overwhelming, especially for people without a specialized background. Traditional methods rely heavily on dense text and jargon, making it hard to grasp complex ideas. Visual storytelling--using images, infographics, and narratives--offers a more engaging and intuitive way to present information. Unlike lengthy blocks of text, visuals help connect technical concepts to real-world understanding, making information more memorable and accessible. Industries like engineering, healthcare, and education already use visual tools to simplify data, explain processes, and communicate insights. Whether through data visualization, interactive media, or explainer videos, storytelling transforms abstract ideas into something clear and relatable. In today's digital landscape, visual storytelling is an essential bonus. This paper explores how integrating visuals into technical communication improves clarity, boosts engagement, and makes information more inclusive for a wider audience.
