Motivated from the traditional Roman military defense strategy, Suresh Kumar [12] introduced a new type of graph coloring called Roman coloring, and a related parameter called Roman Chromatic Number. However, it was not a proper coloring. In this paper, we introduce and study the Proper Roman colorings and the related Roman chromatic number.

Mosquitoes can have both positive and negative impact on the ecosystems. As part of their useful role, the larvae of mosquitoes live in water and provide food for fish and other wildlife including larger larvae of the Species such as dragonflies. The larvae themselves eat microscope organic matter in the water, helping to recycle it. Adult mosquitoes make up part of the diet of some insect- eating animals, such as birds, bats, adult dragonflies and spiders. They also help pollinate some flowers, when they consume nectar. But mosquitoes also can have a damaging role, harming other animals by being a vector for diseases such as dengue, malaria, yellow fever and encephalitis. The mosquitoes dont cause the diseases themselves, but only act as carriers. They need to feed on a person or animal that is already infected, then when they bite a healthy person or animal who is already afterwards they pass on the diseases that spread of which is mediated by mosquito larva that becomes a health problem everywhere in the world. Some natural and chemical substances had been experimented to combat; one of them is detergent solution.

This is an age of science and technology. The rapid developments in the field have altered the very structure of society considerably. One such offshoot of the advancement of science and technology which brought a sea change in every sphere of society is Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In the field of education also, ICT is a very useful tool for imparting knowledge effectively. In language teaching, because of the numerous benefits ICT has, it proved to be a palliative to many problems and hindrances. Especially in English Language Teaching (ELT), ICT has become a boon to both teachers and learners through its benefits. The present paper, therefore, focuses on the benefits of ICT in ELT and discusses how it is a quintessential tool for effective English language teaching.

Nowadays, population is increasing with increase in waste generation. Waste generated in India is in the range of 200-870 grams per day and its rate is rising by about 1.3% per capita per year in India. People throw the waste around the garbage bins, the bins are getting over loaded with trash. Some of the materials present in wastes have markets, so it is expedient to take them out of waste for reuse and recycling. This is possible only if waste is segregated. Developing a mechanized system to help save the lives of many and making the world a cleaner It is designed to sort the waste into biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste, thereby making waste management more effective. Thus, aim of our project is to make a municipal waste management system useful at domestic level.

The rapid change in the world makes the Indian judiciary lie backward. Our country has improved technologically, economically but not judicially. To avoid these issues, we will have to use the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) so that the 21st century justice system is efficient. The Indian judiciary is in urgent need of re-engineering the Case Management System (CMS). Various countries have achieved an effective justice delivery system by implementing e-court and executing the other ICT programs. This made justice accessible, cost effective and quick. Though India has an action for the Implementation of Information and Communication Technology in the Indian judiciary framed in 2005, it stays as mere paper work and has not been implemented as expected and mentioned. The main aim of this paper is to trace the relevant advancements in the Indian judiciary that will have a significant impact in the justice system and to suggest strong legal framework to implement it.

Water is the basic need in every living beings life. Without water, no living being can survive. Water has always had the greatest utility. Sadly, its value has been underestimated, because of its previously perceived abundance. But as society started growing economically, socially, politically, technologically and populously, the resources started depleting. It has caused strain on the existing water resources. Thorough examinations of the laws and judicial decisions reveal that they are not based on consistent and sound policies. Ground water and surface water has been treated differently. These bring in more conflicts. Particularly in the present times when India has seen grave violations of peace and security on account of unfair distribution of water and the demand for clean potable water. Interestingly a price tag on water is viewed as an aberration of human rights. No government worth its name can put a price tag on water. Hence the importance of research in the above-mentioned subject. Economic theories offer help in the form of a more realistic analysis, offering practical reasonableness in the way water management is done. The diamond paradox, the value theory and even the subjective theory can help lawyers and policy makers analyze and understand the present-day problems with respect to water and find an efficient way of carving out a meaningful right to water. Hence this paper explores into the following research questions.
