The world is currently being invaded by hypokinetic disease, which is spreading at an alarming rate. Many factors, including knowledge, attitude, socio-demographic characteristics, behavioral factors, and biomedical characteristics, could all play a role in hypercholesterolemia. As a result, research-based information on the prevalence, associated factors, and awareness of risk factors, prevention, and treatment of hypercholesterolemia is urgently required for its management. This research analytics being carried out on hypokinetic disease and the importance of exercise towards their prevention, management and treatments. In this paper, physical activity behavior change, promotion, and retention efforts are reviewed and critiqued. Emerging from this critical analysis is an understanding of the syndemic nature of hypokinetic diseases (i.e., the diseases associated with disuse and physical inactivity). The term syndemics is used to account for the interplay and synergistic nature of person, place, and timing in the development of disease. Not only are individual lifestyle behaviors and social factors considered in syndemics, but so too are the forces that link those causes together. Hypokinetic diseases by their nature are dangerous and cause slow death in individuals. As we grow older, we begin to realize that we are not immortal and that unhealthy lifestyles have cumulative negative effects which might be hypokinetic diseases or conditions. Examples studied like heart disease, low back pain, adult-onset diabetes, obesity and chronic diseases. Hypokinetic disease is a sedentary illness and can also be acquired through reckless lifestyles and genetic endowment. Physical activity participation has historically been conceptualized at the individual level with an emphasis on apparently healthy people. To genuinely affect change among the masses, those involved in delivering physical activity interventions and programming must not only address each lifestyle behavior and social affliction that contributes to hypokinetic diseases and some analytical recommendations being elaborated. This paper reviews recent studies on Hypo-Kinetic related stigma and medication adherence, including: summary of the empirical evidence linking stigma to adherence, discussion of proposed causal mechanisms of the stigma and adherence relationship, examination of studies that have empirically tested causal mechanisms, and methodological critique and directions for future research.

Sports training is a systematic process of preparing athletes based on scientific and technical principles to enhance performance. It is planned and controlled to achieve specific goals by improving motor skills and behaviour through structured content, methods, and organization. This preparation involves carefully organized exercises that foster an athlete's development in a pedagogical manner. The aim of the sports training is to develop the sports specific skills, techniques and tactics which ultimately helps in betterment of spots performance. Volleyball is one of the most popular sports globally, enjoyed by millions of people. Its widespread appeal stems from its engaging gameplay and the physical and mental challenges it offers to players of all skill levels. Resistance training, often referred to as strength or weight training, involves the use of resistance to promote muscular contraction. This process helps in building the strength and size of skeletal muscles, making it an integral part of athletic training programs. A six-to-eight-week resistance training regimen can be implemented to maintain and improve performance, with adjustments made through progressive resistance. Resistance bands are a versatile tool in such programs. They act as portable, elastic bands that provide consistent resistance during movements. Their adaptability makes them suitable for various workouts and an effective option for strength training. The study will signify the effect of resistance training on Motor Fitness components and skills abilities of college male volleyball players. Current study was done on 30 male volleyball players for the period of 8 weeks. The difference between initial and final means on criterion variables were considered as the effect of separate treatment among the subjects. Significance level was fixed to 0.05% to test the hypothesis and data was analysed using t-test. The study will ensure the effectiveness of resistance training in improving co-ordination, reaction time and service as well as passing ability.

This study investigates the professional commitment of teacher educators in Amravati, focusing on gender, area of residence (rural or urban), and marital status as key variables. Professional commitment is defined as the consistent dedication, professional loyalty, and adherence to established standards and ethics essential for educators. The study's sample comprises 250 teacher educators from various educational colleges in Amravati city. The "Professional Commitment for Teacher Educators (PCSTE)" scale by Dr. Vishal Sood (2011) was used for data collection and analysis. The results indicate no significant difference in professional commitment between male and female teacher educators, as demonstrated by a t-value of 1.6416. Similarly, the study finds no significant difference between rural and urban teacher educators, with a t-value of 0.3182. However, a significant difference is observed between married and unmarried teacher educators, with married educators showing a higher level of professional commitment, evidenced by a t-value of 2.9914. This suggests that married teacher educators demonstrate greater enthusiasm and dedication towards their profession. These findings contribute to the understanding of professional commitment in teacher education, emphasizing the need for continued support for educators across various demographics. The study underscores the importance of fostering professional commitment to enhance the overall quality of education and teaching effectiveness.

This study explores the impact of plyometric exercises on improving agility among state-level male Kho-Kho players from the Mumbai division. Agility is a vital skill in Kho-Kho, a game that requires quick reflexes, swift directional changes, and exceptional body control to surpass opponents. The ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction rapidly is crucial for success in the fast-paced dynamics of the sport. The research aimed to assess the effects of plyometric training on motor fitness components for state-level male Kho-Kho players from Mumbai Suburban and Thane. The study involved 60 players aged 18-20, who were randomly assigned into two groups of 30 participants each (N=30). Group I, the experimental group, underwent a structured plyometric training program for 12 weeks, with sessions held three times per week. Group II, the control group, continued with their regular curriculum without any additional training intervention. After completing the program, the participants were reevaluated using specific criterion variables. The difference between their pre- and post-training mean scores was used to measure the impact of the training. The hypothesis was tested at a 0.05 significance level, and a t-test was employed to analyzed the data. The results showed that plyometric training strongly increased agility, a key motor fitness component for Kho-Kho players. This study highlights the effectiveness of plyometric exercises as a specialized training method for boosting the performance of state-level Kho-Kho players.

Body composition plays a crucial role in the performance, health, and fitness of athletes, including cricketers. This study aimed to examine and compare the body composition of national-level women cricketers, specifically focusing on the differences between women batsmen and bowlers. A total of 40 participants, consisting of 20 batsmen and 20 bowlers from the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Academy, were assessed using the 7-site skinfold measurement technique to determine body fat percentage (BF%) and lean body mass (LBM). The findings revealed a statistically significant difference in BF%, with batsmen exhibiting higher body fat percentages than bowlers (t = 2.862, p = 0.007). However, no significant difference was found in LBM between the two groups (t = 0.549, p = 0.587). These results suggest that the distinct physical demands of batting and bowling influence body fat composition, with bowlers requiring lower body fat for explosive strength and power, while batters maintain slightly higher body fat levels due to endurance and agility needs. The study highlights the importance of role-specific training and nutrition strategies tailored to optimize body composition and performance for both batsmen and bowlers. Further research with a larger sample size and more detailed performance metrics is needed to deepen the understanding of body composition's role in female cricket performance.

Spatial ability is a process for understanding the space surrounding us by processing the information provided by our sensory organs with the help of the brain. The role of spatial ability in allied fields namely sports, and basic sciences such as physics, chemistry and mathematics along with certain engineering courses etc. have been documented scientifically. The present study aims to compare spatial ability between adolescent male players and non-players as well as adolescent female players and non-players. To conduct the study, 50 adolescent male players and 50 adolescent female players were selected. The adolescent players were selected based on their participation in state/district-level sports competitions for various team and individual sports. To fulfil the objectives of the present study, 50 adolescent males and 50 adolescent females with no active involvement in competitive sports were also selected. The age range of the selected adolescent subjects was between 15 to 18 years. Purposive sampling was used for the selection of subjects. A test validated by Terzi and standardized by Cesaroni (2007) was used to assess the spatial ability of adolescent subjects. It was found that spatial ability in adolescent male players was significantly superior as compared to non-player male adolescents. (t=8.07, p<.01). It was also observed that spatial ability in adolescent female players was significantly superior as compared to non-player female adolescents (t=5.69, p<.01). It was concluded that sports participation has a significant positive effect on the spatial ability of adolescents thereby suggesting that participation in competitive sports enhances the cognitive transfer skills such as spatial ability in adolescents.

Fear of falling is a psychological condition experienced by elderly people in which they are always concerned about falling while doing physical activity. Fear of falls also reduces confidence in the elderly. This reduces the quality of life in the elderly due to social isolation and lack of physical activities. Hence the present study was conducted to assess the impact of 6-month yoga program on the management of fear of falls in the elderly. To conduct the study 100 elderly males between the age group of 60 to 70 years were selected purposively. A six-month yoga program specific to improvement in psychomotor abilities in the elderly was prepared. The Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) was used to assess the fear of falls in elderly males. The data was collected before the commencement of the yoga program, after 03 months and post-test i.e. after 06 months. It was found that after participating in six months of the yoga program, the persistent fear of falls in the elderly was significantly decreased. Hence it can be concluded that 06 six-month yoga program specific to psychomotor abilities may be used as an alternative tool to reduce the constant fear of falls in elderly males.

The business environment means all the external and internal factors that influence how an organization operates, makes decisions, and achieves its objectives. It includes elements such as government policies, economic conditions, competitors, technology, customers, and social trends, all of which lie largely outside the control of a business but have a strong impact on its performance. Various changes in the external world often compel businesses to adjust their operations and strategies. The history of banking in India is one of the oldest and most fascinating in the world. Spanning over 3,000 years, India's banking evolution mirrors the country's social, political, and economic transformations from ancient moneylenders and indigenous banking systems to a modern, technology-driven financial ecosystem regulated by the Reserve Bank of India RBI. Understanding this journey provides critical insights into how India's financial architecture was built and how it continues to evolve.
