E-commerce has rapidly transformed the retail and commerce landscape in India. While e-commerce has made shopping more convenient for consumers, providing wider selections and competitive pricing, its growth has also been accompanied by increased cybercrime. This paper investigates the relationship between the rise of e-commerce and cybercrime rates in more comprehensive selections in India by examining existing literature and statistical analysis of government and industry data. The anonymity afforded by the Internet, coupled with jurisdictional ambiguities across international boundaries, constrain efforts to identify these fraudsters and investigate cross-border cybercrimes. Demands for reform include expanding definitions of cybercrimes, increasing penalties, enabling faster trials and granting law enforcement access to digital forensics and surveillance tools while protecting citizen privacy. Acute jurisdictional complexities arise in investigating cross-border e-commerce cybercrimes spanning multiple nations with divergent legal protocols. Despite the benefits of online financial transactions, people started highlighting the fear of financial cybercrimes among the top concerns that impact their daily lives. It concludes that optimised regulation is imperative to enhance India's cyber readiness, leveraging the digital public goods generated by e-commerce innovations while safeguarding citizen rights and cyber-physical security. Recommendations encompass reforming legal frameworks, strengthening law enforcement capabilities, augmenting cybersecurity protocols, enhancing public awareness, and fostering greater public-private collaboration focused on the prevention, detection and deterrence of emerging e-commerce-related cyber threats.

The increasing demand for efficient management of underground pipelines has led to the development of a Real-Time Remote Monitoring and Control System (RRMC) based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This system utilizes a diverse array of sensors, including pH, temperature, and soil moisture sensors, alongside cathodic protection technology to continuously monitor the condition of underground pipelines. The data collected from these sensors is processed and transmitted to a central hub via a Microcontroller PIC 16F877, which is equipped with IoT capabilities. The RRMC system not only enables real-time monitoring of pipeline parameters but also facilitates proactive decision-making by providing early detection of potential issues such as corrosion or leaks. Additionally, an LCD display offers on-site visualization of critical information. This innovative IoT-based solution enhances pipeline safety, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures the uninterrupted flow of essential resources, ultimately contributing to the sustainability and reliability of underground pipeline networks. Real-time remote monitoring and control systems for underground pipelines, powered by the PIC 16F877 microcontroller and integrated with IoT, are engineered for efficient pipeline management. These systems utilize the 16F877 capabilities to collect and process data from sensors, including pressure, temperature, and leak detectors, ensuring real-time awareness. IoT connectivity enables remote control and monitoring. This amalgamation offers enhanced safety, reduced downtime and cost-efficient maintenance.

Systems for recommending healthcare have drawn a lot of interest recently due to their potential to enhance patient outcomes and treatment. By analyzing pertinent studies, approaches, and findings, this review of the literature aims to analyze the current condition of patient health care referral systems. In the area of patient-based health recommendation systems, the study emphasizes major research areas, obstacles, and potential approaches for the future. These days, healthcare administration is highly sought after because it is so beneficial to running a hospital or a doctor's office. The globe is being impacted by the expansion of health management systems on a daily basis. The increasing demand for healthcare is caused by a number of factors, including healthcare solutions. The health prediction system is a project for online user assistance and consulting. In this study, we suggest a solution that enables users to get prompt online health advice from a smart health system. The system contains numerous ailments and symptoms linked to various systems. Using data mining tools, the most likely disease linked to a patient's symptoms can be identified. A doctor can access his patient's information and report in the doctor's module by logging into the system. Doctors can examine the patient's search history and the information the patient is seeking for based on their prognosis. His data is available to the doctor. The database's administrator can add new disease details, including the disease's kind and symptoms. Based on the name and symptoms of the condition, the data mining system operates. The database of ailments and symptoms is accessible to the administrator. In a variety of fields of application, such as the healthcare recommendation system (HRS), recommender systems use various machine learning (ML) approaches to user suggestion and recommend services or entities. The HRS and many application areas are now using ML techniques from the field of artificial intelligence because to the enormous number of algorithms shown in the literature. However, it appears to take a lot of time to choose a suitable ML algorithm for a health recommender system.

The traditional Min-Min algorithm is a simple, efficient algorithm that produces a better schedule that minimizes the total completion time of tasks than other algorithms in the literature [7]. However the biggest drawback of it is load imbalanced, which is one of the central issues for cloud providers. In this paper, an improved load balanced algorithm is introduced on the ground of Min-Min algorithm in order to reduce the makespan and increase the resource utilization (LBIMM). At the same time, Cloud providers offer computer resources to users on a pay-per-use base. In order to accommodate the demands of different users, they may offer different levels of quality for services. Then the cost per resource unit depends on the services selected by the user. In return, the user receives guarantees regarding the provided resources. To observe the promised guarantees, user-priority was considered in our proposed PA-LBIMM so that user's demand could be satisfied more completely. At last, the introduced algorithm is simulated using Matlab toolbox. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can lead to significant performance gain and achieve over 20% improvement on both VIP user satisfaction and resource utilization ratio.

Abstract: Topical drug delivery system is a painless route of drug administration. There are different skin diseases and infections caused by fungus and microorganisms. which are treated with the probiotics or living microorganism which are used as active pharmaceutical agent. The purpose of writing this review article was to compile the recent literature with a special focus on a rational approaches of topical probiotic gel formulation and basic components of topical drug delivery systems. Topical applications of drugs have advantages of delivering the drug directly at the site of action and acting for a prolong period of time. Skin is one of the most widespread and important accessible organs on the human body for topical incorporation. it is the main route of topical drug delivery system. Many widely used topical probiotic products like ointments, creams and lotions have number of disadvantages as they are usually very sticky causing un-comfort to the patient after application. Moreover, they also have less spreading coefficient and need to apply with rubbing and also have the problem of stability , due to all these factors, within the major group of semisolid preparations; the use of gels has increased both in cosmetics and in pharmaceutical preparations because, A probiotic gel is colloid and it is typically 99% by weight formed by liquid material, which is immobilized by surface tension between it and a macromolecular network of fibers built from a small amount of a gelatinous ingredient present in the formation. In this revive we discus about the general Prepration and evaluation of probiotic gel

Earthquakes are a type of disaster that we often have to face posing risks to both people and buildings. The design of hospitals plays a significant role in ensuring the safety of patients and the smooth functioning of healthcare facilities during disasters. To address this challenge effectively a comprehensive design approach is required, incorporating architectural, structural resilience, functional continuity and operational responsiveness. This article explores strategies and principles that can enhance the earthquake resilience of hospital buildings. It involves using construction materials and techniques of withstanding seismic movements within the structure during an earthquake. Techniques like reinforced frames, damping systems, base isolators and other mechanisms help the building absorb kinetic energy during seismic events. Adaptable space layout and modular design allow adjustments to meet requirements while maintaining critical services like emergency care and surgery accessibility for patients. Incorporating redundancy in utility systems such as power supply, water sources and communication networks reduces the likelihood of system failures in case of disruptions to power supply or communication services. This analysis offers an approach, to designing earthquake hospital structures. This research emphasizes the significance of assessing risks developing building regulations constructing structures and utilizing advanced technology to reduce the impact of earthquake dangers.

In this paper, we present a multidimensional, highly effective method for aggregating data for wireless sensor networks while maintaining privacy. The suggested system is resistant to data loss and secure against both active and passive privacy compromising attacks, such as the coalition attack from a rogue base station and kidnapped sensor nodes. With regard to cluster size, it achieves consistent communication overhead, which is helpful in large-scale WSNs. Due to its constant size communication overhead, the suggested strategy outperforms the previous privacy-preserving data aggregation scheme not only in terms of privacy preservation but also in terms of communication complexity and energy costs.
