In this paper, through an empirical study, an effort is made to find out the impact of emotions of self-financing college teachers regarding job security and work culture. An effort is also made to find out on the cordial relationship between colleagues, HODs, Principal, Management and students in respect of work culture. And also to find out whether there is any significant difference.

The present study is concerned about the synthesis, characterization of zinc oxide nanoparticles and their use as antibacterial agent. Zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by Co-precipitation method using zinc acetate and thiourea. The synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles were characterized with X-ray diffraction analysis. The antimicrobial activity of zinc oxide nanoparticle was tested against UTI pathogens like, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris and Staphylococcus aureus using Well diffusion method. Similarly the antibacterial activity of standard antibiotics was tested against UTI pathogens using the disc diffusion method. The efficiency of zinc oxide nanoparticles was compared with that of standard antibiotics. The results showed that zinc oxide nanoparticles have strong antimicrobial activity against all tested pathogens except Proteus vulgaris.

The Internet of Things(IoT) is the network of physical objects or things embedded with electronics, software, sensors, and connectivity to enable objects to exchange data using Internet. IoT is present up going and future technology, it is estimated that 25 billion things are interconnected by the end of 2020. This project aims at implementing an advanced and real time system for monitoring and tracking the bus to ensure the safety of public on IoT platform. The system is about providing information of emergencies such as accidents, break down, fire accidents, defilement by immediately sharing the location and images of the inside environment of the bus to the concerned authorities by Email alert. This system provided with user keys. In case of vehicle break down, siren is on through provided key. In case of accidents and defilement an email alert will be sent to the authorities with the images of the inside environment of the bus along with the GPS location of the bus. The complete system uses Raspberry Pi build around using ARMI76JZF-S Micro processor. This project has interface devices such as camera, GPS, speakers to Micro processor. The basic goal of this project is to provide information about location and images of the inside environment of the bus to the concerned authorities by Email alert. The images are captured by using Pi camera and location by GPS module.

An alternative Power conversion topology that can buck or boost the input voltage/current with linear load depending upon duty ratio and modulation Index in a single stage conversion with the help of Impedance source passive Network(L and C), Which is usually known as Z-source. The buck and boost capabilities of inverters are operated in the shoot through state. The Objective of this paper demonstrate a low-cost, efficient, and reliable inverter for linear load. This paper verified the simulation result for Z-source PWM inverter with MATLAB and implementation to any linear single phase load AND synchronies with grid. The unique feature of Z-Source network is shoot-through duty cycle and it acts as a filter which reduces the line harmonics, Improve power-factor, reliability and extends the output AC Voltage range of inverter. The System has application on water pumping in remote area, home power supply, swimming-pool heating systems etc.

In India, urban populations, in general, grow about twice as fast as the overall total, and by 2020, they may exceed the size of the rural population. Such a significant demographic trend challenges the capacities of some traditional small-scale businesses to cope with the increasing demands. And this is why Rural Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important in India, and already, there is a changing trend in how things happen. The objective of this endeavor is to find out the Problems and Challenges for the potentiality of rural women Entrepreneurship in India with special reference to women entrepreneurs in Chittoor district. It also focuses on the major problems faced and facing by rural women entrepreneurs especially in the fields of Marketing of products, financial amenities and other primary amenities, i.e. availability of electricity, water supply, transport facilities and required energy etc. and finally to develop guidelines for grooming successful women entrepreneurs Some of the suggestions offered in this write-up include the creation of self help mutually aided groups , institutional support for providing timely credit to women ,creating awareness amongst women entrepreneurs about business opportunities ,marketing techniques and other managerial inputs.

The Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) is the elliptic curve analogue of the Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA). It was accepted in 1999 as an ANSI standard, and was accepted in 2000 as IEEE and NIST standards. It was also accepted in 1998 as an ISO standard, and is under consideration for inclusion in some other ISO standards. Unlike the ordinary discrete logarithm problem and the integer factorization problem, no sub exponential-time algorithm is known for the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem. For this reason, the strength-per-key bit is substantially greater in an algorithm that uses elliptic curves. This paper describes the implementation of more secure digital signature concept over Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm.

Efforts are being made for the last two decades for reforming the electoral system in India. This is being done because the electoral process has been polluted by criminalization of politics. It is also being controlled by the money and muscle power. There have also been many instances of booth capturing and other irregularities in the electoral history of India

It is no doubt that the contamination of water, air and soil has worsened, and this occurs as a result of the increase in population. However, the need for remediation technologies has to be seriously considered. Phytoremediation is one of the remediation techniques with a relatively slow procedure and low efficiency. This review covers some of the biological, chemical, physical, physico-chemical and genetic methods, which were applied in parallel with phytoremediation, in an attempt to help increase the efficiency in the remediation of air, soil and water.

The objective of this paper is to examine what the evidence is for a link from oil prices to food prices. We are not the first to raise this question. There is a rapidly growing literature using time-series data to study the link between oil prices, agricultural commodity prices and food prices. The modelling techniques used and the main conclusions reached in this literature have been reviewed by Serra and Silverman (2013). Much of this literature, however, is based on theoretical time-series models that are inherently incapable of establishing or quantifying causal. Prices for agricultural commodities have been rising over the past 10 years. During the same period, crude oil prices have also increased substantially. The simultaneous rise in the price for agricultural inputs and crude oil has raised new questions about whether an increase in oil prices translates to increased food prices, an occurrence called pass-through
