 Abstract

Now a days more than half of the women are not healthy. Living in a patriarchal society so it is obvious that there are more work and pressure on the women of the family. Because now women are actively participating in the maintaining financial condition of the family and showing their interest in various extracurricular activities so they are doing both ( taking care of family and following their profession). When women are taking too many responsibilities then they have to be completely healthy. In the earliest time, women used to do very much physical work and still they used to be completely healthy. Everywoman wants to be healthy. If you want to be concentrated on your work then, first of all, you have to be healthy. Why everyone wants to be healthy? What exactly is health? How can be we healthy? Which factors affect our health? What are the most common women health problems? These are the genuine queries which this article answers.

They are a repertoire of oral records depicting in detail the beliefs, practices, thoughts, customs and manners, rules and regulations, worships, wars, sports, occupation, economy, polity, judiciary, caste and kinship structure, gender relationships, etc of Tulunadu. Paddanas are a representative of the multifarious aspects of Tulunadu. They draw our attention towards the exploitation meted out to the lower sections in society, and thereby lend voice to the otherwise voiceless groups. They provide instances of suppressing the rebellious articulation among such people.

 Abstract

The accounting Professions is a important profession in modern business society. In the Era Of Globalization Accounting education has totally changed and new challenges have emerged in this regard. The World Trade Organization reforms call for restructuring of the service sector including the accounting services. Therefore accounting education needs to be given due attention in this emerging scenario. The Information technology and the Globalization of Markets are the two other major governing factors impacting various changes in the accounting education. Accounting as a main subject has been imparted too the students in Higher Secondary, Graduation and Post Graduation level of different Universities/Colleges of the country. But many students are not able to make the application of accounting education in their practical working. Feedback from the students of other institutions like ICAI, ICWA and ACA is challenges and need to provide new skills knowledge to accounting graduate who enter the profession, so that more employment can be created for the students of accounting education for our country. the traditional teaching subject like Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting, rather it should be replaced with E-commerce and software based accounting curriculum and to improve the content level of accounting and taxation, computer subjects, business report writing, communication skills, problem solving and analylitical skills so as to meet the challenges of change in the Environment of business and industry.

 Abstract

Every year, the average citizen in an industrialised country creates around half a tonne of rubbish. Altered methods for waste management based on collecting and transporting mixed/sorted trash to disposal facilities have considerable environmental and human negative effects. This study will examine the systems available for household trash management. The householder will be concerned with biological (for example, composting or anaerobic digestion) as well as with physicochemical techniques for waste use (such as burning or pyrolysis). Each system will explain and compare its most important characteristics. Municipal waste management systems might greatly eliminate the waste collection and transportation stage for household usage. Moreover, the waste cannot be transformed into a safe product or a source of energy without any dangerous emissions, nor should they require specific infrastructure. The purpose of the effort is to find the best technologies available for home garbage disposal.

 Abstract

Four Schiff-bases were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino phenol, 2-amino thiophenol, 2-amino pyridine and 2-amino benzoic acid with 2-acetyl furan and these compounds with reacted to with Pb (II) acetate to get their respective complexes. All the compounds and their Pb (II) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and I.R. spectral studies. They compounds were also screened for their biological, anti-bacterial and antifungal agents.

 Abstract

The paper examines, within the framework of linear stability analysis with the model suggested by Brinkman, the thermal instability of an incompressible viscous fluid in the presence of magnetic field confined in an anisotropic porous medium. Uniform temperature and concentration gradients are maintained along z-axis. The interesting properties associated with magnetic field have attracted a number of different results on stability by using perturbations and normal mode analysis. In present paper, the important results obtained include different conditions of stability, existence of oscillatory modes, non-oscillatory modes, discussion for stable and unstable modes, if exist in the problem.
