Since The Early 2010, High-Tech Start-Ups Have Been Growing Quickly All Over The World, But Especially In Developed And Emerging Economies. The Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Are No Different. The Success Rate Of High-Tech Start-Ups Has Barely Increased Over This Time, Despite The Expansion Of Ecosystems. Therefore, Even Though A Huge Number Of High-Tech Start-Ups Are Created, Only A Very Small Percentage Of Them Manage To Survive, And Even Fewer Of Those That Do Scale Up. Even Though There Were A Lot More Unicorns Emerging From Start-Up Hubs In 2021, They Still Only Make Up A Small Percentage Of The High-Tech Start-Ups That Emerged From Practically Every Start-Up Hub That Is Known To Exist Worldwide. This Highlights The Crucial Significance Of The "Competitiveness Of High-Tech Start-Ups" And The Necessity Of Investigating The Variables That Impact Competitiveness Within The Framework Of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. This Paper Provides An Overview Of The Factors That Influence The Competitiveness Of High-Tech Startup Ecosystems. The Role Of Innovation, Access To Capital, Talent Pool, Governmental Policies, And Infrastructure In Fostering Entrepreneurship Is Explored. By Examining Global Examples, This Paper Identifies Key Elements That Drive Or Hinder The Success Of Startups In The High-Tech Sector. Through This, The Study Aims To Offer Actionable Insights Into The Creation And Maintenance Of Competitive Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. This Paper Uses Secondary Data As A Source Of Study.

Ethics And Integrity Committees (EIC) Elevate Business Governance By Championing Transparency, Fostering Accountability, And Inspiring Ethical Decision-Making. The EIC Should Prevent Mismanagement Of Resources And Corruption By Strengthening Internal Policies And Procedures And Monitoring Adherence To Ethical Standards. By Promoting Accountability And Transparency, The Committees Aim To Enable Organizations To Tackle Misconduct Or Unethical Behaviour And Guarantee Effective Business Operations. This Study Examines The Role Of EIC As A Business Governance Tool To Strengthen Service Delivery Within The NGO Sector. The Study Explores How These Committees Contribute To Ethical Leadership, Mitigate Risks Related To Corruption Or Mismanagement, Enhance Sustainable Operational Policies And Compliance, And Create Donor Relations. The Study Sought To Answer The Key Research Questions: Are EIC Effective In Promoting Service Delivery In NGO Governance, And How Knowledgeable Is The NGO Sector About This Business Governance Tool? The Research Followed A Mixed Research Approach, Integrating Qualitative And Quantitative Methods. A Qualitative Approach Was Used To Explore Perceptions Of The Effectiveness Of Eics Roles In Improving Service Delivery, And A Quantitative Approach To Measure The Level Of Knowledge In The NGO Sector. Data Collection Methods Were Used From Semi-Structured Interviews With NGO Leaders, Beneficiaries, Stakeholders, And Staff Members To Gather Insights About The Eics Roles. Organizational Documents Were Reviewed To Analyze Policies And Reports Of Eics In Action. The Findings Suggest That An Organization's Well-Structured EIC Can Significantly Enhance Service Delivery, Fostering Sustainable Practices Through Policy Developments And Collaborative Problem-Solving, Resulting In Impactful NGO Operations. The Study Concludes With Recommendations For Strengthening Eics Through Innovation, Policy Reforms, Training And Stakeholder Engagement To Maximize NGO Governance Roles. However, Challenges Such As Lack Of Financial Capacity, Weak Internal System Controls, Volunteer Dependency And Weak Internal Governance Hinder The Effectiveness Of Eics.

Work-Life Balance (WLB) Plays A Crucial Role In Determining Job Satisfaction, Productivity, And Well-Being Among Employees. For Female Employees, The Ability To Maintain A Balance Between Professional And Personal Responsibilities Is Significantly Influenced By Their Marital Status. This Study Examines How Marital Status--Single, Married, Divorced, Or Widowed--Affects Work-Life Balance Among Female Employees Across Various Industries. A Survey Of 200 Female Employees Was Conducted To Analyze Factors Such As Working Hours, Stress Levels, Job Satisfaction, And Employer Support. Findings Indicate That Married Women, Particularly Those With Children, Experience The Greatest Challenges In Maintaining Work-Life Balance Due To The Dual Burden Of Professional And Domestic Responsibilities. Single Women, Although Having Greater Flexibility, Often Face Workplace Pressure To Work Longer Hours. Divorced And Widowed Women Encounter Financial And Emotional Stress, Which Further Complicates Their Work-Life Balance. Research Has Also Shown That During The COVID-19 Pandemic, Married Employees Struggled More Due To Increased Household Responsibilities And Limited Access To Telecommuting Resources. This Paper Further Explores The Role Of Organizational Policies, Employer Support, And Government Interventions In Mitigating Work-Life Balance Challenges For Female Employees. Recommendations Include Implementing Flexible Work Arrangements, Offering Childcare Support, Promoting Mental Health Programs, And Formulating Policies That Facilitate A More Inclusive And Supportive Work Environment For Women In Various Marital Situations.

A Systematic Review Of The Literature Was Conducted, Looking At Empirical Research On The Environmental Impact, Ethical Considerations, And Nutritional Limitations Involved With Vegan And Vegetarian Diets. This Study Critically Analyses The Environmental, Ethical, And Nutritional Consequences Of Following Vegan And Vegetarian Diets, Specifically Highlighting The Unexpected Effects Of Plant-Based Food Production On Pollinator Health And Carbon Emissions. The Global Demand For Trendy Vegan Crops Like Avocados And Almonds Has Led To Intensive Agricultural Methods That Threaten Bee Populations With Pesticide Exposure And Habitat Loss. This Study Aims To Investigate The Contradiction Between Minimizing Animal Exploitation And The Unintended Harm Inflicted On Pollinators, Undermining The Sustainability Credentials Of Plant-Based Diets. The Findings Demonstrate That While Plant-Based Diets Generally Have A Lower Carbon Footprint Than Omnivore Diets, There Are Still Environmental Trade-Offs Associated With Them. According To The Study, Vegan Diet Participants Are At Risk For Health Problems Due To Dietary Deficits In Important Elements Like Vitamin B12, Iron, And Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Furthermore, An Ecological And Animal Welfare-Conscious Approach Is Required By The Ethical Foundation Of Plant-Based Food Production Methods. This Study Proposes An Integrated Approach To Contextualize Vegan Dietary Choices Within Sustainable Food Systems By Identifying Knowledge Gaps. The Results Will Help Consumers, Educators, And Policymakers Make Evidence-Based Decisions On Sustainability, Ethical Consumption, And Diet.
