The economic development of tribal communities in Mysore has been significantly shaped by various government schemes and policies aimed at addressing the challenges of poverty, education, healthcare, and livelihood. These policies have played a crucial role in enhancing the living standards of tribal populations by improving access to education, skill development, healthcare, and social security. Key initiatives like the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Forest Rights Act (FRA), and Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation (TRIFED) have provided tangible benefits in terms of increased literacy rates, better healthcare, employment opportunities, and secure livelihoods. However, challenges such as gaps in implementation, cultural displacement, and land rights issues persist, limiting the full realization of these policies. This abstract explores the positive impact of these governmental initiatives, while also highlighting the ongoing barriers to the economic empowerment of tribal communities in Mysore. The findings suggest that while there has been progress, further reforms are needed to ensure sustainable development and the protection of tribal rights.

This scholarly inquiry provides a thorough examination of Dalit literature in the context of post-colonial Indian culture, exploring its dual role as a reflection of systematic inequalities and a catalyst for revolutionary social change. The inquiry explores the interconnected fields of literary studies, social theory, and post-colonial critique. It involves a thorough examination of primary texts, critical essays, and socio-political contexts to uncover the deeply ingrained patterns of social exclusion and caste-based marginalisation that Dalit literature expresses.. This process reveals the inherent divisions within the seemingly cohesive story of Indian national identity. It achieves this by utilising distinctive thematic viewpoints and narrative strategies that diverge from the conventional standards of mainstream Indian literature, establishing it as an alternative narrative that challenges dominant narratives. Concurrently, the study argues that Dalit literature has a liberating power that goes beyond its descriptive purposes. The argument posits that Dalit literature serves as an ideological tool that mobilises collective consciousness and fosters grassroots mobilisation by giving a voice to the subaltern and challenging normative literary conventions. As a result, it functions not just as a passive storage of societal complaints but also as an active catalyst for significant social transformation. This academic project seeks to enhance the existing academic literature by connecting the epistemic divide between literary criticism and social theory. It specifically focuses on the intricate relationship between Dalit literature and its socio-political consequences in present-day India.

Lilium candidum, commonly known as the Madonna Lily, is a perennial plant from the Liliaceae family, renowned for its various traditional medicinal uses. In recent years, pharmacological investigations have shed light on the diverse bioactive properties of this plant. Studies suggest that L. candidum possesses a range of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and antidiabetic effects. Its bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, alkaloids, and saponins, have been linked to these therapeutic effects. Furthermore, preliminary research indicates potential neuroprotective properties and anticancer activity, though more clinical studies are required to confirm these findings. The therapeutic potential of Lilium candidum highlights its value in modern phytotherapy and warrants further exploration into its pharmacokinetics and safety profile.

Industrial adoption of 3D Printing has been increasing gradually from prototyping to manufacturing of low volume customized parts. The need for customized implants like tooth crowns, hearing aids, and orthopedic- replacement parts has made the life sciences industry an early adopter of 3D Printing. Demand for low volume spare parts of vintage cars and older models makes 3D printing very useful in the automotive industry. It is possible to 3D print in a wide range of materials that include thermoplastics, thermoplastic composites, pure metals, metal alloys and ceramics. Right now, 3D printing as an end-use manufacturing technology is still in its infancy. But in the coming decades, and in combination with synthetic biology and nanotechnology, it has the potential to radically transform many design, production and logistics processes. 3D printing encompasses a wide range of additive manufacturing technologies. Each of these builds objects in successive layers that are typically about 0.1 mm thin. In basic terms there are four categories of 3D printers. Firstly, we have printers that extrude a molten or otherwise semi-liquid material. Secondly, there are printers that solidify a photo curable resin. Thirdly, there are printers that bind or fuse the granules of a powder. And finally, there are printers that stick together cut sheets of paper, plastic or metal.

The goal of this project is to develop a secure and transparent digital voting system that addresses the challenges of traditional e-voting mechanisms by leveraging block chain technology. The system aims to resolve common issues such as reliance on unique voter identification, delays in result generation, and security vulnerabilities. Blockchain, a peer-to-peer decentralized distributed ledger, ensures immutability, transparency, and anonymity, making it an ideal solution for secure elections. Our implementation utilizes smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum block chain using Solidity programming and integrates digital wallets to facilitate a trustless voting process. The system consists of a Voter Dashboard for casting votes and an Admin Dashboard for managing elections and monitoring results. By storing votes securely on a blockchain network and eliminating centralized control, this approach enhances election integrity, prevents voting fraud, and ensures real-time, verifiable results. The developed model demonstrates a scalable and efficient decentralized voting framework suitable for college elections and other secure e-voting applications.

Consumer attitude is a complex and challenging field to analyze by the marketer as preferences vary over a period This study analyses to determine the attitude of online consumers towards online shopping, to identify the factors motivating the consumers to purchase online shopping, to study the satisfaction level of online consumers, to study the various problems faced by online shopping consumers were the objectives framed for the study. The population selected for the research is Ramanathapuram district, the sample size selected for this research is 100 and we have used convenience statistical tools. Data were analyzed using Simple percentage method, Weighted average were applied. The findings showed that online buyers are content with every aspect of the products as well as factors such educational background, familiarity with online shopping, frequency of online transactions, and the weighted arithmetic mean results shows the consumers are satisfied toward the no travel to shop, easy payment, branded products, and wide range of products. It is expected that this study will not only help retailers in Ramanathapuram to devise successful strategies for online shoppers but it will also provide a base for similar research on the attitudes of consumers towards online purchasing.

Social Media, nowadays, is a very powerful medium of shaping public opinion, bridging gaps, fostering love and brotherhood. In the case of India and Pakistan, social media is playing the role of double edged sword, both fostering love and brotherhood and at the same time spreading hatred. This paper tends to focus on the positive role the media is playing to bring together the people of both nations. India and Pakistan are neighbours not good neighbours. There are various conflicts and issues between the two countries which keep them apart but somewhere in their hearts both are not apart. It's because they were one before the partition of the subcontinent in 1947. Still the wounds of that time are not totally healed. Many of People who bore partition have gone by now and those who are left still yearn to visit their motherland. But given the political situation, visiting each other's country is not easy. The focus of this study is to bring forth the role social media is playing to bring together the people of India and Pakistan on various forums and establish a peaceful bond. Social media is helping the people to discover the roots where they belong, it is celebrating the cultural oneness of both the people, bringing forth the truth and eliminating the misunderstandings and misconceptions about each other.
