Anemia is a medical condition in which the red blood cell count or haemoglobin is less than the normal. The normal level of haemoglobin is generally different in males and females. For men, anemia is typically defined as haemoglobin level of less than 13.5 gram/100ml and in women as haemoglobin level less than 12.0 gram/100 ml. These definitions may vary slightly depending upon the source and the laboratory reference model. Any process that can disrupt the normal life span of a red blood cell may cause anemia. Normal life span of a red blood cell is typically around 120 days. Red blood cells are made in the bone marrow. Anemia is caused essentially through two basic pathways. Anemia is either caused: by a decrease in production of red blood cell or haemoglobin, or by a loss or destruction of blood. A study was conducted to assess the outcome of gooseberry juice on the level of haemoglobin among iron deficiency anemic adolescent girls in selected hostel. The objective of the study was to compare the outcome of gooseberry juice on the level of haemoglobin. The study was conducted by adopting quasi experimental research design. 60 adolescent girls who have fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected by non - probability purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis formulated stated that there was a significant difference in the level of haemoglobin among adolescent girls who receives intervention and who does not. The conceptual framework adopted was based on Roy's adoption model. In experimental group, gooseberry juice was given and pretest and post test level of haemoglobin was obtained by sahli hemometer. In the control group without the intervention, the pre and post test level of haemoglobin was obtained. Analysis revealed that the adolescent girls in the experimental group showed increased level of haemoglobin at highly significant level at p<0.001 when compared with the control group. Administration of gooseberry juice among adolescent girls enhances the level of haemoglobin. Therefore, gooseberry juice can be used as an effective measure, which helps to improve the haemoglobin and thus prevent anemia.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is an increasingly common diagnosis seen in men over age 50 years. Primary care providers must be aware of patient presentation, diagnostic tests, appropriate lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and potential complications in order to properly manage and educate patients with BPH. If left untreated, BPH can significantly decrease a man's quality of life; however, many pharmacologic and surgical treatments are available to control the symptoms.Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the leading diagnoses affecting men of increasing age. By age 50 years, about 50% of men are diagnosed with BPH; by 80 years, 90% of men are diagnosed, and the greatest prevalence occurs among men ages 70 to 79 years.1,2 In BPH, a proliferation of prostatic cells leads to an increase in prostate size, urethral obstruction, and lower urinary tract symptoms.2,3 Men with BPH can experience great discomfort with urination and may develop complications including recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and renal failure.2 Given the aging population, healthcare providers can expect an overall increase in the rates of BPH diagnoses, and must be able to recognize and treat the disorder.

A clap switch circuit using IC 4017 is a simple and fun project that allows you to control a device, such as a light, by clapping your hands. The IC 4017 is a decade counter and can be used to sequence through its 10 outputs based on input pulses. A 555 timer through a transistor activates the LED and after some time, it will be turned OFF. When this circuit is connected to any electrical load, then it turns ON & OFF only through clap sound. This simple project is very useful as it doesn't need any exterior mechanism to perform the particular operations. This article discusses how to make a clap switch using 555 timers IC and it's working.

Infertility is the most common health problem in the world.Variuous methods and good infertility procedure are available . Aim and Objectives- The aim of our study is to determine the role of Sonosalpingography in the assessment of tubal patency in cases of primary and secondary infertility (Infertility women). Methods -In our study of 50 fruitless women complaining of infertility, suspected tubal pathologies underwent various radiological modalities. Sonosalpingography and Normal Saline wsa performed in all cases . Result- Sonosalpingography has 87.18% Sensitivity and 75.67% Specificity .Analysis of the row data gave positive predictive value of 80.19% and negative predictive value of 79.9% near perfect agreement was seen between the result of the one method. Majority of the cases belong from 26 to 30 years of age and have been suffering from obesity. 90% of the cases had primary type of infertility and only 10% of the cases at secondary type of infertility. Conclusion - Sonosalpingography has a high sensitivity for tubal patency and is less Expensive diagnostic procedure in the management of the infertility in the Females.easely availability and accessibility of the ultrasound in all primary health care centres definitely can prove superior to conventional method of diagnosis of tubal patency in the infertility patients.

One experiment was conducted during the rabi season 2021-22 in RRTTS, G.Udayagiri to study the effect of inorganic fertilizers, organic manure and bio-fertilizers on growth, yield attributes and yield of field pea (Pisum Sativum L). It was observed that with combination of inorganic fertilizers along with green manure increased growth and yield . 50% Nitrogen of recommended dose+ glyricidia leaf incorporation significantly increased the yield over control in rice field pea cropping system.

The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the complex relationship between India and the Maldives by looking at both historical and modern aspects. The study explores the cultural, economic and geopolitical elements that have influenced the relationship between these two countries. The goal of the paper is to offer a thorough understanding of the historical and contemporary relations between India and the Maldives by examining the development of diplomatic contacts and the influence of regional dynamics. The paper examines what impact the diplomatic row since Mohamed Muizzu's coming to power in Maldives can have. The economic implications of campaigns like 'India-out' and '#boycottMaldives' can have. The global reaction to the ongoing spat and its impact on the Indian Ocean Region is also examined. The strategic importance of the archipelagos of Maldives in the region and why a stable Maldives is a necessity for the region is also discussed.

Effectiveness of yoga on resilience among adolescents in selected schools. To assess the level of resilience among adolescents at selected schools both in experimental and control group; to evaluate the effectiveness of yoga on resilience among adolescents in selected schools at Gujrat and to associate the level of resilience among adolescents with their selected socio demographic variables. Hypotheses: There is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest score among adolescents in experimental group; there is a significant association between the level of resilience among adolescents with their selected socio demographic variables. Conceptual framework: Modified Imogene Kings Goal attainment theory. Methodology: Quasi experimental non equivalent control group pretest- posttest design was used. The study was conducted at selected schools in Gujrat. 60 subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The 14- items Resilience Scale was administered for pretest. Yoga was performed by the experimental group about 60 minutes daily for 6 weeks. Post test was conducted with same scale a day after 6 weeks. Results: The findings revealed that there was a significant increase in resilience level after intervention by dependent 't' test (t=9.608; p< 0.001); independent 't' test (t=10.599; p< 0.001). Association between post test score of resilience with educational status of mother was Significant at p< 0.05 level. Also educational status of father, birth order and parental support were significantly associated at 0.01level. Conclusion: Yoga was effective on increasing the resilience level among adolescents studying in a school.
