Present study has been selected to explore the extent of relationship between Actual-Ideal Self Discrepancy (AISD) and Self Confidence. A sample of 395 students of Secondary Schools of Aligarh district U.P., India was selected through simple random sampling technique. Reliable and valid tools were used to collect the data. ANOVA, Co-efficient of correlation, and t-test were used for analyzing the data and it was done through SPSS software. The results show significant negative relationship between AISD and Self Confidence. Significant difference in Self-Confidence scores was found between high & low AISD group of students as well as male & female students of high AISD group. At the end of the paper, the results are interpreted and evaluated along with its educational implications.

Sugarcane bagasse is a fibrous byproduct of sugarcane processing, composed mainly of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. It is a sustainable and abundant biomass resource with diverse industrial applications, including biofuel production, paper manufacturing, and biodegradable materials. Due to its high carbon content and low ash content, bagasse is widely utilized in energy generation and biorefinery processes. Its chemical composition makes it suitable for converting into bioethanol, biogas, and value-added chemicals. The efficient utilization of bagasse can contribute to waste reduction, renewable energy production, and environmental sustainability. Further research is essential to enhance its processing techniques and commercial viability.

Flowering plants have developed a notable variety of floral adaptations and reproductive strategies due to natural selection influenced by pollinators. The structure and operation of sexual units influence pollen distribution and reception patterns, and, in conjunction with post-pollination mechanisms such as incompatibility systems, dictate the reproductive fitness of the plant. Reproductive biology holds significant importance in rare and endemic species because of their limited population and dispersion sizes. Lavandula officinalis, Hyssopus officinalis, Melissa officinalis, Salvia sclarea, and Salvia officinalis are the five Lamiaceae species whose floral biology and attractiveness were investigated by establishing a correlation between the morphological traits of their flowers and nectar production and pollinator visits, particularly in relation to honey bee forage preferences. While these species are farmed for therapeutic purposes, they also serve as a substantial source of pollen and nectar for honey production; thus, the study attempted to assess their melliferousness and importance for bee forage. Seven different kinds of Hymenoptera, three species of Diptera, and two species of day-flying Lepidoptera were observed visiting pollinators. The honey bee was the predominant pollinator, with flower aroma and color as the primary factors of attraction, succeeded by corolla shape and size, and to a lesser degree, nectar availability. The number of open flowers in each whorl and the length of the corolla tube were not very important. The most beautiful plants seemed S. officinalis, H. officinalis, and L. officinalis, while M. officinalis was the least attractive and S. sclarea was completely unappealing to all pollinators, with the exception of Xylocopa violacea, based on all flower characteristics that were analyzed and observations of pollinator behaviour and visits.

COVID-19 pandemic is the defining global health crisis of the 21st century and the greatest challenge that the world has faced since World War II. The outbreak was first revealed in late December 2019 when clusters of pneumonia cases of unknown etiology were found to be associated with epidemiologically linked exposure to a seafood market and untraced exposures in the city of Wuhan of Hubei Province. An exploratory study to assess the level of stress and coping strategies adopted by adolescents during COVID-19 lockdown in the selected school of New Delhi. Sociocultural includes Age, Gender, Education, Income, Occupation, Social position, Cultural background, Religious, upbringing and beliefs, Political affiliation, Socialization experiences, Level of social integration or relatedness. Sociocultural includes Age, Gender, Education, Income, Occupation, Social position, Cultural background, Religious, upbringing and beliefs, Political affiliation, Socialization experiences, Level of social integration or relatedness. The obtained value of Fisher's exact values to establish association between level of stress and the selected demographic variables that is Age, Gender, Grade in which you are and Monthly family income were found to be not significant at 0.005 level of significance.

Background: Musculoskeletal disorders are common among healthcare workers all over the world. They are common causes of severe long-term pain and physical disability. Physiotherapists report a high rate of musculoskeletal disorders despite having expert knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and injury prevention strategies. Materials and Method: A self-constructed e-questionnaire was sent to all the participants through email, What's app, and other social media platforms. A total of 73 physiotherapists responded and were included in the study. Results: A cross-sectional study among physiotherapists of Anand district for the prevalence of Work-related musculoskeletal disorders was performed which was high that is 78.08% with 77.19% of affected females and 22.81 % of affected males. The lower back (56.14%) region was reported to be the highest affected region. Conclusion: Based on our study, it is concluded that despite the usage of modifications and coping strategies the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders is high in physiotherapists of the Anand district.

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the phytochemical and antioxidant properties of leaves of Carica papaya and Mangifera indica and seeds of bitter gourd cultivated in the Bangalore region of Karnataka. The leaves of Karnataka papaya and M. indica and seeds of M. charantia were extracted with different solvents such as water, methanol, and ethyl acetate. The preliminary phytochemical screening was performed by standard methods as described by Harborne. The tests indicate the presence of alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, and the absence of saponin and glycosides. The total phenolic content (TPC) was determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu method. In addition, leaf and seed extracts of methanol were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography to identify bioactive compounds. The results confirmed that extracts of M. indica and C. papaya and M. charantia accumulate large numbers of phytochemicals, but the higher percentage is related to phenolic compounds. These findings are helpful to the phytochemist and pharmacologists for the identification of new active principles in the future.
