Hair loss are the common problems of today's generation for men and women both. Due to increase in pollution and chemicals which are directly or indirectly used in the form of shampoos, hair gels and other hair care products. Hair loss, hair thinning, dandruff and early whitening of hair are the most common problems faced by people. There are a variety of herbal plants which can be used to promote hair growth which provide natural minerals and oils to our hair in comparison to chemical-based products. The present work is done by formulating and evaluating Hibiscus and flaxseed herbal hair gel. The present study focuses on preparation and evaluation of herbal gel which is full of benefits as compared to other gel. Rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, flaxseed, sometimes referred to as linseed, aids in the removal of pollutants and dead cells from the scalp. Applying flax seed gel to the scalp and hair as a moisturizer can help to promote hair growth and strengthen existing hair. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is a medicinal plant member belonging to the family Malvaceae. Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is used for the treatment of various diseases including alopecia Herbal hair gels help to overcome the various damages caused by chemical agents in various marketed products.

Over the last few decades, we witnessed a sea change in the social status of women as they came out of their confinements from homes, to work outside and play multiple roles with competence. This could become possible because of spread of education, awareness and skill training among the women but unfortunately, taking up a career came up with a lot of challenges for them. Working women went through a lot of stress and strain in balancing between professional and personal life, unhealthy work place with discriminatory practices and the problem of glass ceiling. Glass ceiling as a metaphor dealt with subtle gender disparities between men and women at workplace. It was an invisible barrier that prevented women from getting high positions in jobs regardless of their eligibility and efficacy. The present paper reviewed various studies on glass ceiling in the West and India and explored its existence across the globe. Findings were content analyzed and possible ways to handle the issue were suggested on the basis of socialization, gender role expectations, psycho-social needs and empowerment of working women.

Dushta Vrana (chronic, non-healing ulcer) is a frequently encountered problem in present era. It is a discontinuity of skin exhibiting loss of epidermis and part of dermis and even sub-cutaneous fat. Produced commonly as a complication of trauma or pathological insult and it causes individual long term suffering. The management of Dushta Vrana is a challenging task to surgeons. Various formulations and methods for management of Dushta Vrana has been described in various Ayurvedic texts. One of these formulations,Saptaparna patra lepa has been studied to evaluate and compare its efficacy with Jalaukavacharan. It is a single blind clinical study; where in 60 screened patients of Dushta Vrana were selected for the study from Shri Shivayogeeshwar Rural Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital,Inchal. Patients are divided into three groups of 20 each. Clinical signs and symptoms were given suitable grades according to their severity and assessed based on relief, after the treatment and were statistically analyzed with suitable test. Group "A"- Patients were treated with Saptaparna Patra Kalka Lepa application. Group "B" - Patients were treated with Jalaukavacharana Group "C" - Patients were treated with Jalaukavacharana along with Saptaparna Patra Kalka Lepa application The results observed in group "A" and "B" showed gradual improvement where as in group "C" highly significant results were obtained.

This paper retrospectively examines the differences in financial behavior among different age group tourists with regard to digital payments and to obtain an understanding of the consequences of increased digitalization of payments. To that end, the paper uses a sample of 122 respondents across different travel destinations of Kerala. The study characterizes individuals' stated preferences for cashless payment across the four domains of Bill payment, Hotel booking, Fund transfer and Purchase. The parameters of the resulting statistical survey are estimated within the SPSS Version.26. Therefore, this study adapted one-way ANOVA model with individual difference variables like, age and level of education as core constructs in different hypothesis and extended the model with consumer related constructs such as Cost saving, Ease of Use, Usefulness and Trustworthiness. Empirical examination of the model among 122 tourists revealed Ease of Use, Usefulness and Trustworthiness as significant positive predictor of consumer use behavior towards mobile payment. Moreover, intention to use was significantly influenced by age difference, level of education and facilitating conditions. Overall, the findings provide support for evidence-based decision making by the tourism department on digitalizing payments.

This paper explores the multifaceted impact of government schemes on the economic development of tribal communities in Telangana, India. Telangana, with a significant tribal population, has been the focus of numerous government initiatives aimed at addressing the socio-economic disparities faced by these communities. Through an analysis of existing literature, policy documents, and empirical evidence, this abstract highlights the diverse ways in which government schemes have influenced the economic landscape of tribal areas in Telangana. The socio-economic context of tribal communities in Telangana, emphasizing their historical marginalization and dependency on traditional livelihoods such as agriculture, forest resources, and artisanal activities. The critical role of government schemes in driving economic development and empowerment among tribal communities in Telangana. It advocates for the continued prioritization of inclusive and sustainable development policies that address the specific needs and aspirations of tribal populations, while also emphasizing the importance of community engagement, participatory decision-making, and robust monitoring mechanisms to maximize the impact of these interventions.

Cloud computing is a transformative approach to computing, providing remote access to processing resources housed in expansive data centers. Fundamentally, it leverages virtualization to enable the sharing of hardware resources, optimizing resource utilization and reducing operational expenses. Virtualization involves creating isolated virtual environments called virtual machines (VMs) for each operating system, essentially replicating physical machines. A single physical machine (PM) can host multiple VMs, allowing for efficient resource allocation. An integral feature of cloud computing is virtual machine migration, which enables the smooth transfer of a continuously operational VM from one physical host to another. This capability offers several advantages for data centers, including load balancing, maintenance, fault tolerance, and power management. This study delves into an analysis of live migration procedures in data centers, exploring various strategies for virtual machine migration. Additionally, it investigates the diverse parameters influencing VM migration. The paper also examines the complexities of live virtual machine migration and emphasizes the role of virtualization in effectively provisioning resources.

The purpose of this study is to find out how employee performance in the textile industry is affected by human resource management practices, or HRMPs. 500 workers in a range of positions were given structured surveys using a quantitative methodology. The goal of data analysis is to fully comprehend the relationship between employee performance and sound recruitment and selection (SRS), proper training and development (PTD), appropriate compensation and reward (ACR), timely performance appraisal (TPA), and AMOS-23 with structural equation modeling (SEM). The results confirm strong beneficial benefits, adding insightful information to the HRM literature and highlighting the critical function of HRMP in improving employee performance. This study fills in some knowledge gaps on HRM practices in the textile sector.
