"A group of hollow spaces around the nasal bones are called the paranasal sinuses. The four kinds of paranasal sinuses are named after the bones that contain these empty spaces: the frontal sinus, maxillary sinus, ethmoid sinus, and sphenoid sinus. For diagnosing problems with the paranasal sinuses, computed tomography is a common diagnostic tool in medical imaging. CT outputs of the paranasal sinuses can be performed utilizing various methods, including NCCT, CECT, and HRCT. These imaging methods enable the identification of anatomical structures, as well as the detection of various lesions and physiological pathologies, as well as the detailed and precise visualization of the paranasal sinuses". Objective: To Identify the pathologies under Computed Tomography Method: This prospective study was conducted in Department of Radio-diagnosis, SGT Hospital, Gurugram, where 39 patients of all age groups with paranasal sinus complaints were included during October 2022 to March 2023. All patients are radiologically diagnosed with PNS pathologies. Result: ""A total of 39 patients were studied in the department of Radio-diagnosis, SGT Hospital Gurugram. All the patients undergo CT PNS and they were diagnosed with 21 different pathologies and a normal patient was seen. The age group of 21-40 years (56.4%) is highly seen. Anatomical pathologies like deviated nasal septum is highly seen and maxillary sinusitis (38%) is more affected among all other sinus." Conclusion: "The clinical symptoms are correlated with CT findings suggests that radiological results from CT scans can shed light on the underlying causes of patient complaints. The connection between clinical manifestations and radiological abnormalities are best. When evaluating anatomical variations, sinus opacification, and osseous abnormalities, CT scans are especially helpful because they offer superior visualization of bony structures.

In recent years, wildlife conservation efforts have increasingly turned to technological solutions to mitigate threats to animal populations and their habitats. This project proposes an AI-based wildlife conservation system that integrates multiple sensor-based features for comprehensive monitoring and protection of animals in the wild. The system includes real-time animal health tracking through heartbeat and temperature sensors connected to an ESP-32 module, providing vital information on the well-being of monitored animals. An anti-poaching mechanism, utilizing an accelerometer, detects unusual movement patterns associated with poaching incidents, ensuring prompt alerts to forest officials. Additionally, a forest fire detection module uses camera-based image processing to identify potential fires, automatically activating a water pump system to mitigate the fire's spread. In the event of any detected incident, notifications are instantly sent to forest officials for rapid response. This AI-driven system aims to support wildlife conservation by offering a proactive, real-time solution to protect endangered animals and their habitats from both natural and human threats

This paper explores the use of magical realism as a narrative device in postcolonial literature, with a focus on Salman Rushdie's Midnight's Children. It examines how Rushdie blends the real with the fantastical and magical to critique about colonial legacies, reconstruct fragmented identities, and provide a multi-layered historical perspective. Drawing from postcolonial theories by Homi Bhabha and Edward Said, this research highlights how Rushdie's novel challenges dominant historical narratives and constructs a hybridized sense of self. Through the protagonist Saleem Sinai, Midnight's Children presents an allegorical exploration of India's post-independence struggles, portraying the nation's political and cultural complexities. The paper argues that magical realism in postcolonial literature functions not only as an artistic technique but also as a means of resistance, memory preservation, and identity negotiation in the aftermath of colonialism and partition.

The momentum behind the global transition to electric vehicles (EVs) has been fueled by rising environmental worries, government incentives, and progress in battery technology. Nevertheless, even with these advancements, consumer attitudes and perceptions remain vital in the adoption of EVs. This study offers a thorough examination of the current literature related to the primary factors that affect consumer choices regarding EV purchases, highlighting both the motivators and the obstacles. The research highlights crucial factors that encourage the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), such as awareness of environmental issues, savings achieved through reduced fuel and maintenance costs, government incentives, and advancements in technology. Additionally, the growing societal acceptance of EVs, along with successful marketing approaches, has played a role in fostering favorable consumer perceptions. On the other hand, widespread adoption faces numerous obstacles. Significant concerns for potential buyers include high upfront costs, range anxiety, and insufficient charging infrastructure. Furthermore, consumer confidence is adversely affected by uncertainties surrounding battery longevity, replacement expenses, and misconceptions regarding electric vehicle performance. The study also points out differences in perceptions of electric vehicles across demographics and regions, with disparities noted between developed and developing markets influenced by factors such as income levels, education, and urbanization. To boost consumer confidence and speed up the adoption of electric vehicles, it is essential for industry stakeholders and policymakers to tackle infrastructure deficiencies, offer specific incentives, and prioritize consumer education. Additionally, upcoming research should investigate new trends like wireless charging, battery swapping, and how artificial intelligence can enhance the efficiency of electric vehicles. By examining consumer perceptions through a structured review, this study provides valuable insights into the evolving EV market, offering practical recommendations for businesses, governments, and researchers working to advance sustainable transportation.

Cancer patients still struggle greatly to control the nausea and vomiting brought on by treatment. Tetrahydrocannabinol and metoclopramide hydrochloride are two less effective traditional antiemetics than phenothiazines. Our findings and those of many pilot trials suggest that high glucocorticoid dosages help reduce the nausea and vomiting that come with cancer therapy. Still, some cancer patients suffer negative side effects from their drugs; the most frequent ones are nausea and numbness. Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) may occur gradually or suddenly. After starting chemotherapy, acute emesis manifests 24 hours later; delayed episodes follow and may last over several days. It is recommended to use dexamethasone, aprepitant, a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, or both as a pretreatment to prevent acute emesis. For delayed emesis caused by moderately to highly emetogenic anticancer medicines, oral dexamethasone, either by itself or in combination with aprepitant, is advised. Oral mucositis makes administering oral antiemetic medications more difficult. It is the cause of dysphagia and other swallowing difficulties in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. To aid patients who have difficulty swallowing, jelly formulations and oral dissolving tablets have been developed. Although the insoluble portions of oral disintegrating tablets remain in the mouth until they are taken, they disintegrate quickly and may be a bit uncomfortable to take. Though often hefty, these formulations are helpful for elderly people who have trouble swallowing. Furthermore, dental care products have made use of edible thin oral film formulations that dissolve readily in saliva without the need for water. Particularly helpful are these oral disintegrating thin film formulations for those who have trouble swallowing and eating.

This study investigates the impact of various parental engagement strategies on students' academic performance, focusing on the differences across socio-economic groups. The demographic analysis includes a diverse range of parents and students, highlighting significant representation in age, education levels, occupations, and income statuses. Data from a field survey indicates that parental involvement substantially enhances students' academic performance, with activities such as setting educational goals, participating in parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in school events showing the highest benefits. The effectiveness of these strategies varies by socio-economic group, with high-income families generally experiencing greater improvements. Hypothesis testing using SPSS revealed significant positive correlations between parental engagement and academic performance across all socio-economic groups. Strategies such as homework assistance, parent-teacher conferences, and participation in school events are beneficial for all students, though more impactful for those from higher-income backgrounds. The study underscores that setting educational goals and providing educational resources are particularly effective, with goal setting showing the highest correlation with academic improvement. The findings suggest that while all parental involvement activities are beneficial, targeted interventions are necessary to address the specific needs of low-income families. Enhancing communication between parents and teachers, increasing access to educational resources, and encouraging participation in school events can help bridge the academic achievement gap between socio-economic groups. This study highlights the critical role of tailored parental engagement in fostering academic success and suggests that a multi-faceted approach can create a more equitable educational environment.
