Merely a small percentage of the ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials created in the last ten years are now being used in sensor applications. Transducers, actuators, and sensors have been able to be made from synthetic piezoelectric crystals (like quartz, as opposed to natural quartz), ceramics, polymer sheets, and thin and thick films in recent years. Transistors, solar cells, and light-emitting diodes are popular semiconductor devices; however, co-integration of additional active materials and component classes is sometimes required due to application requirements. Over the past few years, piezoelectric materials have become widely used in a number of science and technology disciplines, including health, electronics, the military, and the oil industry, thanks to a number of fascinating properties.

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has emerged as a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy over the last five decades. MSMEs not only play crucial role in providing large employment opportunities at comparatively lower capital cost than large industries but also help in industrialization of rural & backward areas, thereby, reducing regional imbalances, assuring more equitable distribution of national income and wealth. MSMEs are complementary to large industries as ancillary units and this sector contributes enormously to the socioeconomic development of the country. The Sector consisting of 36 million units, as of today, provides employment to over 80 million persons. The Sector through more than 6,000 products contributes about 8% to GDP besides 45% to the total manufacturing output and 40% to the exports from the country. The MSME sector has the potential to spread industrial growth across the country and can be a major partner in the process of inclusive growth. This paper closely analyses the growth and development of the Indian Small-Scale sector since opening of the economy in 2001. It also looks the present Scenario of MSMEs. Based on above background, the researcher has tried to analyse the "Growth and Performance of Small and Medium Scale Industry in India.

Biodiversity supports key economic activity and jobs in diverse sectors as agriculture, fisheries, forestry, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, cosmetics, horticulture, construction and biotechnology. The green revolution apart from introducing the high yielding varieties, mechanization of farming practise and irrigation also responsible for the indiscriminate use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides that has not only rendered the soil dead. There is a need, to help promote adoption of strategies that enhance the important roles and functions of soil biodiversity for sustainable and productive agriculture and to encourage integrated soil management approaches building on available information and knowledge, expertise, technologies, progress and opportunities.

Laplace transform is a very powerful mathematical tool applied in various areas of engineering and science. With the increasing complexity of engineering problems, Laplace transforms help in solving complex problems with a very simple approach just like the applications of transfer functions to solve ordinary differential equations.

Physical fitness is an essential component of overall wellbeing. In recent years, Zumba dance has gained immense popularity as a fun and effective way to enhance physical fitness. This article explores the relationship between Zumba dance and physical wellbeing, with a special emphasis on how Zumba contributes to muscular strength. By delving into the science behind Zumba's impact on muscle development, we aim to shed light on the benefits of this energetic and vibrant dance form for individuals seeking a holistic approach to fitness. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Zumba dance training programme on Muscular strength. Randomly selected 60 high school boys were divided into two equal groups as 'A' and 'B' for the study. After taking the pre-test for Muscular strength the training programme was given to experimental group 'A' where as the group 'B' was the control group. The experimental group 'A' had undergone the training programme in Zumba dance, thrice a week for 16 weeks. Two middle tests after 5 weeks and 10 weeks and a post test were conducted. The t-test was employed to analyse the significance of difference from the pre-test to post test on selected variable. The result reveals that there was significant improvement in Muscular strength for the experimental group as a result of the training programme conducted for a period of four months.

Gamification techniques have gained significant attention in recent years as a means to enhance employee recruitment and training. This study aims to explore the impact of gamification on the recruitment process and the effectiveness of employee training. By analyzing current literature and case studies, this research paper aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how gamification techniques can be utilized to improve recruitment strategies and learning outcomes. The paper will also investigate the various gamification strategies used in recruitment, such as interactive job simulations, gamified assessments, and virtual reality experiences. Furthermore, it will examine the application of gamified learning modules, serious games, and digital badges in employee training programs. Through a comprehensive review of existing research, the potential benefits and challenges of implementing gamification in recruitment and employee training will be thoroughly examined. This paper aims to contribute to the existing body of knowledge on gamification by providing valuable insights for HR professionals, recruiters, and training managers looking to leverage gamification techniques to enhance their practices. For the survey purpose, we have selected the Mumbai region companies' employee.

This study encapsulates the diverse applications and advancements of the negative binomial distribution, highlighting its pivotal role in statistical modeling across various disciplines. From ecology to seismology, transportation to epidemiology, seminal studies by Power and Moser, Rao and Kaila, and Zou et al. demonstrate its efficacy in capturing variance-to-mean relationships, enabling robust hypothesis testing and parameter estimation. Innovations by White and Bennetts, Aeberhard et al., and others refine modeling techniques to accommodate skewed data and mitigate sensitivity to misspecifications, ensuring reliable inference in complex datasets. Furthermore, developments by Hoffman, Vangala, Preisser et al., and others extend the utility of the negative binomial distribution to scenarios marked by excess zeros and serial dependence, enriching statistical methodologies in areas such as crash data analysis and dental health studies. The exploration of alternative distributions, including the generalized negative binomial and quasi-negative binomial distributions, further broadens the statistical toolbox, addressing challenges posed by highly skewed data and moment nonexistence. Collectively, these contributions underscore the enduring relevance and ongoing evolution of the negative binomial distribution in facilitating data-driven discoveries across interdisciplinary domains.

Education is the cornerstone of empowerment. Because of the patriarchal nature of Naga society, women historically do not have the same status as males. Thus, women were deprived of education and other aspects of life. Morung stand as traditional institutions that served as a training centre for the youngsters. However, with the advent of American Missionaries to the Naga Hills, modern education was first introduced to the Nagas. Since inception of the formal schooling, education has proved as an effective tool for empowering women. Therefore, an attempt has been made to shed light on the historical perspectives on education as a tool of empowerment for Naga women.

Surveillance of citizens by State and their right to privacy is a controversial issue prevalent in Indian federation. In the twenty first century, a government which is unable to maintain a right to privacy for its citizens that government cannot plausibly establish a democratic regime of equal treatment under the rule of law. India is the world's biggest democracy and one of the countries to acknowledge privacy as a fundamental right in its ruling in 2017. But, recently the government of India gives power of surveillance to ten government agencies including Commissioner of Police Delhi, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence etc. This action of government leads India towards a path where it might become a police state soon with bureaucrats having access to personal information. This research paper deals with the legal validity of surveillance in India with special reference to fundamental right of privacy. This paper also discusses the analytical history of Supreme Court's engagement with the right to privacy and law relating to surveillance in India. In last suggests valuable suggestions to maintain a balance between surveillance and right to privacy.
