Well, with the rise of social networks comes a massive amount of data from which businesses can extract insight that can help them to steer their business decisions. Nonetheless, the sheer magnitude and unstructured nature of social media data pose a challenge to extracting tiered insights from it. So, the trend is moving towards predictive analytics, which is an analysis that uses statistical techniques on the data collected about previous behaviors to understand trends. Predictive analytics also helps make predictors and predict things in the future. Results. The proposed hybrid AI framework provides a substantial advantage in the identification of olfaction-induced emotional content from social media data. This allows us to discern more of the data about the dimensionality of olfactory perception. For example, you can apply ML to mining social media data to detect user behavior and sentiment trends. It helps businesses anticipate customer needs, tailor marketing methods, and improve customer engagement. Sentience cannot view videos or read complex language on social media, which is one of the most complicated types of data for machine learning. NLP methods such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and entity recognition can help generate insights from text-based social media data. By incorporating NLP with machine learning techniques, the hybrid AI framework enables capturing all varieties of social media data (including text, images, and videos) to make better predictions. The behavioral framework can be updated when new behavioral trends and patterns emerge as the social group data continues to grow and change. This ever-expanding approach ensures that the predictive analytics of the framework will be accurate to what is true of reality. Such hybrid AI frameworks can thus be implemented for a wide range of categories. Used for market research, brand cytometer, crisis detection, and targeted ads. By analyzing social media data, businesses can gain insights into the preferences, interests, and behavior patterns of their target market, enabling them to make informed decisions and stay current in the fast-paced market. We present a hybrid AI framework to address the challenges of using social media data for predictive analytics by combining the strengths of machine learning and NLP.

The era of digital technology has resulted in profound changes to the local journalism scene, exposing to it both difficulties and opportunities. Information outlets on the local level, once completely surrendered to print subscriptions and advertising, have to confront the challenge of adapting to a rapidly changing digital world. This paper is the one that looks into these media outlets' experiences with the migration from print to digital platforms, including new revenue models, audience engagement strategies, and media engagement that truly works in a competitive digital-first media ecosystem. Through the examination of case studies, the highlighting of emerging business strategies, and the changed role of social media and digital subscriptions, this research is expected to bring some usable ideas into the field of local news. The paper further delves into the broader meaning of these shifts in the context of democracy and community engagement, followed by the proposal of a few solutions for the intestine of local journalism in the digital era.

Background: As Substance abuse refers to the excessive use of a drug in a way that is detrimental to self, society, or both. 15-24 years age range, 50% of deaths (from accidents, homicides, and suicides) involved. Alcohol is the world's third largest risk factor for disease and contributes to 4% of the global burden of disease. In 2020-21, 66.7 million people in the United States reported binge drinking. Physical dependence caused by long-term drug use is a physiologic state in which withdrawal symptoms develop when the drug is stopped. Psychological dependence is defined as a strong desire to continue using a drug in the absence of physical dependence. Therefore, the current study aims to improve B.Sc. nursing students' knowledge of substance abuse problems by providing them with an educational package. Method: A Quantitative pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design was used to conduct the study. A sample of 120 B.Sc. nursing students was selected by using purposive sampling technique. Structured knowledge questionnaire was prepared for data collection and a structured teaching program was delivered about problems of substance abuse. Results: The mean pre test knowledge score was 12.60, whereas mean post test knowledge score was 22.05 with the mean difference of 9.45 and obtained "t" value 30.1841 was significant at 0.05 level. Study provide strong evidence in favour of effectiveness of structured teaching program in increasing B.Sc. nursing student's knowledge level about problems of substance abuse. Discussion: Discussion based on the findings obtained from the statistical analysis and its relation to the objectives of the study, the conceptual framework and the related literature. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching program (STP) on knowledge regarding problems of substance abuse among first year B.Sc. nursing students. Conclusion: Study concluded that continue educational intervention is the need of hour in enhancing knowledge level of B.Sc. nursing students regarding problems of substance abuse.

Accurate diagnosis of oral lesions requires a well-executed surgical biopsy and histopathological examination. However, inadequate biopsy techniques, poor tissue handling, and insufficient patient information can lead to misdiagnosis. This article reviews clinical surgical biopsy procedures and discusses three tissue stabilization methods, highlighting the importance of clinician experience and preference in selecting the appropriate tool for successful outcomes.

The economic reforms initiated in India three decades ago have turned the nation into the world's fastest-growing major economy. India has garnered acknowledgment as a prospective global powerhouse in the 21st century. The G20, comprising 19 nations and the European Union, serves as a crucial global platform for fostering worldwide financial stability and cooperation in the economic sphere. In 2023, India is poised to assume the G20 presidency, marking a significant achievement for the nation. Its objective is to enhance multilateralism and global governance with the aim of creating a world that is peaceful, sustainable, and prosperous for everyone. The foundation of this multilateral collaboration within the G20 is rooted in principles such as inclusivity, adaptability, and a diverse approach. Having been one of the original members of the G20 since its inception, India has utilized the platform to tackle global issues of significance and those that affect the most disadvantaged communities worldwide. India holds a crucial position within the G20 due to its representation of one of the world's rapidly expanding economies. It possesses the potential to emerge as a significant player in the realm of international trade and investment. As the G20 has evolved into a pivotal forum for global economic management, India's leadership will play a pivotal role in defining the group's goals and focus areas in the upcoming two years. This paper aims to examine India's position within the G20 and its broader role in global governance. It will explore India's aspirations and the obstacles it faces in this context.

With the use of AI and NLP, the patient medication assistance system extends the healthcare management communication for the patients. This alerts patients when they need to take their medication and allows them to tap an "OK" button to confirm that they have done so. If a tap has not been performed, their friend or caregiver receives an alert. The system then automatically recalls the medication supply when it determines that the supply is too low. A chatbot function is implemented to provide information about the types of available medicines. Patients are also subjected to depression analysis within the system, based on their behaviors and interactions. If in the course of the analysis depression symptoms are noticed, the system recommends watching movies, changing the diet, going out, and so forth, in order to try to bring the symptoms down. If however the depression symptoms are severe, the system issues an alert to the patient's friend or caregiver. The uses and applications of the advanced system seek to encourage medication compliance, support mental wellness, and predictably optimize medication stock levels.
