 Abstract

In 21st century world is global rather than local as a result we experiences good things as well as sufferings and one of such issues is COVID-19 pandemic. We all across the globes connected through our better communication system both physically and digitally. Information and communication technology (ICT) act as a boon for human beings for global integrity through different technological innovation system one of such is Web 2.0 technology via Satellite Network communication. Digital revolution in pandemic situation redefines the whole teaching learning system through online or E-learning mode. A paradigm shift in teaching learning system took place with the evolving pandemic situation across the world. Student ,teachers, academician and all other stakeholders associated with educational system get more acquainted to E-learning and online education .Although education institute are closed down but still teaching learning remains continues through online platforms .This paper makes an attempt to explores the E-learning through digital platforms and wide use of ICT with different issues and challenges related to it.

 Abstract

Artificial intelligence has its demand in almost every possible field, such as, medical, agriculture, military and so on. In depth, it is used to detect cancereous cells, lane detection, natural language processing, number plate recognition, and also in identification of fire. Fire has its own set of behavioural traits. Its static behaviour includes colour, texture, brightness and edges. characteristics for identification. The movement characteristics, shape which fluctuates incessantly constitute the dynamic behaviour of fire. The proposed approach presents an effective way of recognizing fire. It consists of two stages namely, the dynamic behaviour extraction and static behaviour extraction followed by classification for which pre-trained neural network is used to achieve accuracy. This termed as transfer learning. The first stage aids in ruling out all the unnecessary characteristics. The output of the first stage goes through the second stage, where all its static features are studied to put it under the correct category of classification.

Man has created education yet it has become indispensable in his life, for man seeks education for betterment of his life, both in ward and outward, and even for his survival. Not only is this �educability� now considered as one of the capacities, which distinguishes man from other species. Man is educable, where as other animals and birds etc are not. Man can never remain satisfied in anything for a long time. It is because of to the capacities in him to be self-conscious, to reflect, to desire for the better, to create to reason. It is no wonder; therefore he should have created education, subjected in to criticism, refashioned or recreated it.
