The increasing need for continuous and real-time monitoring of patients, especially those Who are in Chronic conditions, has driven the development of advanced healthcare systems. This paper presents a smart healthcare monitoring and tracking system that integrates GPS, Telegram, and ThingSpeak to provide comprehensive patient care. The system is designed to monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature using wearable sensors. The collected data is transmitted to a cloud-based platform, ThingSpeak, where it is stored, analyzed, and visualized in real-time. The GPS module tracks the patient's location, which is particularly useful for elderly patients or those with cognitive impairments who are prone to wandering. This information is crucial in emergencies, allowing caregivers to locate the patient quickly. Telegram is used as a communication interface, providing instant notifications and updates to healthcare providers, caregivers, and family members. The integration of these technologies creates a reliable and user-friendly system that enhances patient safety, improves response times in emergencies, and facilitates better overall healthcare management. This system aims to reduce the burden on healthcare facilities by enabling remote monitoring and immediate intervention when necessary, ultimately improving patient outcomes

This is an honest attempt to find out the migration, settlement and life of the Pangals (Manipuri Muslims) of Cachar District of Assam. Assam has seen the migration of different groups of people in its history since long past. The fusion of different languages and cultures has created the present Assam that we know today. The state of Assam has a distinct ecosystem with different tribal groups and communities and such is the community of Pangals (Muslim Manipuris). As a result of the devastating seven years of Burmese invasion (1819-1826) to Manipuri kingdom, many Manipuris fled to neighbouring states and countries like Bangladesh and Myanmar. The fleeing Manipuris to Bangladesh left a group of their population in undivided Cachar. At present, Cachar has the largest concentration of Manipuri Muslims outside Manipur with an estimated population of around 80 thousand.

Prompt identification of skin conditions, especially skin cancer, is critical for enhancing treatment success and saving lives. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are transforming the way skin lesions are diagnosed by enabling faster and more precise evaluations. These advanced systems detect early signs of malignancy that may evade the human eye, facilitating early intervention. By streamlining the diagnostic process, CNNs help lighten the workload for dermatologists, allowing them to focus on more complex cases while providing timely, accurate results for patients. This innovation ultimately leads to better care, improving both patient outcomes and overall healthcare efficiency.

This paper explains the and demonstrates the study of the holi Abstract stic vision of the monument CHARMINAR The monument is so beautiful but it's visibility towards is taken of by the unusual development which does not take into consideration of the visibility of the monument. The study was made to understand the monument visibility by the method Kriging .Kriging is one of several methods that use a limited set of sampled data points to estimate the value of avariable over a continuous spatial field. It differs from simpler methods, such as Inverse Distance Weighted Interpolation, Linear Regression, or Gaussiandecays in that it uses the spatial correlation between sampled points to interpolate the values in the spatial field: the interpolation is based on the spatial arrangement of the empirical observations, rather than on a presumed model of spatial distribution. Kriging also generates estimates ofthe uncertainty surrounding each interpolated value.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has developed both health and life insurance underwriting and customer relationship management (CRM) through its extensive changes. AI produces better operational outcomes and risk evaluation together with personalized service but leads to ethical problems involving biased processes and lack of clearness and responsible decision-making. The research investigates ethical AI in insurance by studying approaches for bias detection and reduction methods alongside methods for creating fair risk evaluations. Monitoring systems need to stay active while regulations must be followed and XAI technology requires implementation to improve decision transparency. The analysis introduces blockchain together with federated learning and AI-driven bias mitigation solutions which represent new technologies suitable for ethical AI implementation. The research demonstrates how teams made up of humans and AI tools need to work together to sustain fair practices while obtaining consumer confidence from AI-based automation. Responsible AI implementation in the insurance field will depend on the fundamental approach of both fair practices and ethical governance and relevant regulatory compliance. The study confirms insurers must swiftly develop their implementation of fairness-enabled AI systems and use complete audit capabilities and privacy protection solutions to establish an open insurance market.

Recently researched aspect of superconductivity. in low- dimensional systems has become highly captivating owing to their advanced quantum phenomena at small dimensional scales. Thin films , nanowires and high purity , two- dimensional materials are among the systems that exhibit remarkable departures from normal (bulk) superconductivity due to increased quantum confinement and electron correlations. In this article, we will study the underlying universal principles of superconductivity in such systems and highlight their tremendous potentials for next generation quantum technologies. Issues such as how to maintain the superconductivity in reduced dimension , manage the effects of disorder , and raise critical temperatures are critically examined.

Education makes people into real human beings. It also helps in revealing the qualities within a person through which an ideal healthy and developed society and country can be created. Swami Vivekananda said, "Education is the manifestation and perfection already in man". So to get that education in the right way or to reach the people, the most important thing is the curriculum. The aims and objectives of education are elaborated based on various aspects and objectives of the curriculum. This is why the Government of India has played a significant role in formulating various curricula. NCF 1975, NCF 1988, NCF 2000, NCF 2005, and NCF 2022 FS etc. Within this framework, the NCF 2005 stated that new ideas should be developed in the current situation and that programs should be included that can keep all children in school, gain experience and build confidence in education. The curriculum should be designed in such a way that it creates a commitment to universal primary education and attention should be paid to ensuring that students who are physically, mentally and intellectually backward are not deprived of the light of education.NCF 2005 serves as a guideline for textbooks and teaching practices for schools in India, which can lead to improvement in all types of educational institutions in India. "The NCF-FS includes many examples and illustrations which play a critical role in its implementation. They help to clarify abstract concepts, reinforce learning, and make new ideas more accessible to practicing teachers. Myriad examples are aptly incorporated to enhance understanding, foster engagement, and elaborate concrete ways concepts can be implemented in day-to-day teaching." .The data has been collected through various sources, i.e., from newspapers, NCF 2005 and NCF 2022 FS reports, government websites etc. This study is based on secondary data. The main findings show that the educational curriculum and syllabus has changed according to the curriculum fame work the direction of teachers has changed towards multidisciplinary education. It is recommended that teacher training curriculum should be updated to include new technologies and methods of curriculum.

India, with its massive population and varying environmental conditions, faces an acute crisis due to climate change. Rising temperatures, floods, droughts, and air and water pollution threaten the country's ecological balance, public health, and economy. While the Indian Constitution does not explicitly guarantee a right to a sustainable environment, the judiciary has significantly expanded the interpretation of Article 21 (Right to Life) to include environmental protection. This paper investigates the potential for recognizing the right to a sustainable environment within the framework of India's constitutional law. By analyzing relevant legal provisions, judicial interpretations, case law, and international environmental law, this paper argues that the right to a sustainable environment should be constitutionally entrenched to address climate change challenges effectively and safeguard future generations.
